Vous y vibrerez au rythme de la plage, juste derrière le Grand Canal de Venice et à 1 pâté de maisons de la plage et de la promenade de Venice. C'est l'un des quartiers « secrets » les plus mignons de LA- Vous pourrez vous rendre partout à pied ou à vélo. Vous disposerez quand même d'un parking pouvant accueillir 2 voitures. Le cottage comprend aussi une télévision HD LED de 81 cm toute neuve avec lecteur DVD/DVR, un téléphone avec les appels gratuits aux États-Unis et au Canada, une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit, 2 vélos de plage, un kayak et un canoë, des chaises de plage ainsi que toutes les installations, le linge de maison et tous les ustensiles de cuisine, mais aussi une buanderie avec un lave-linge/sèche-linge. Vous ne voudrez plus partir. Le lit queen-size, la banquette-lits jumeaux et le lit gigogne jumeaux peuvent accueillir 4 personnes au total. Le cottage se situe à 1,6 km de Santa Monica, à 40 minutes de Disneyland, à 15 minutes de Malibu, à 14 minutes de LAX. Il est très bien placé ! Tous les meubles sont neufs. Sweet bungalow

A perfect little gem on the canals and very close to the beach, cafes, good restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

home sweet home ...on the canals in Venice

We had a marvellous stay at this beautiful cottage, all the amenities we needed and fun stuff too with bikes & kayaking, very close to beach & nice restaurants...highly reccommended!

Fantastic location!

Three of us stayed comfortably for an entire week. We did have a bit of 'front house' envy but throughly enjoyed our stay in the coach house. Staying on the Canals is a must if you are planning a trip to the area.

Great Apartment in Venice Beach

5 minute walk to the beach and a great little apartment. It has everything that we needed and was immaculately clean. I would rent again!

A great place to stay and enjoy the area

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was a great place to have a few days getting over our flight from New Zealand. We enjoyed using the boats and biking down to Santa Monica on the bikes. we found the place clean and tidy and would recommend. Carol got back to all my emails and questions really quickly.

Beach Cottage

This cottage is a perfect location walking distance to beach and restaurants. The bathroom a little small but other then that the place was perfect. We enjoyed riding the bikes that were included.

Very nice and reasonably priced.

This cottage worked well for my wife and son and I. We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, and we took advantage of the bikes. The cottage was priced well below a local motel room with the added conveniences of appliances and modern laundry facilities.

Venice cottage

This is a great little place to stay for a couple. Comfortable bed, all you need in kitchen and bath. GREAT LOCATION! Easy access to the canals and the beach. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrella all provided. Good eating nearby, as well as the bike path all the way past Santa Monica. Will definitely stay again when visiting LA.

Venice Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay here! Excellent location, well furnished and clean. Carol was prompt to respond with all my questions and inquiries. We received a full refund the same (or following) day that we checked out. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay on the boardwalk!

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights which was not long enough! This cottage was perfect for our stay, it was close to restaurants and cafes and only 3 blocks to the beach! The use of the bikes was fantastic! We rode them to the Santa Monica pier and to the harbour! Can't say enough about this cute little cottage! Would definitely stay here again!

Darling Cottage

My husband and I stayed here while visiting my son in LA. It was a darling, clean and very convenient cottage close to everything that Venice beach has to offer. We enjoyed the use of the bikes and rode up to Santa Monica for the day. The house has all the amenities one would want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect beach rental!

This little condo was perfect for the two of us and would have fit a couple of kids if we had them with us. It was clean, modern and close to EVERYTHING. The bikes that came with the rental were invaluable as we used and enjoyed them everyday! We also appreciated the washer and dryer. I would for sure stay here again.

Delightful Beach Cottage!

Carol's beach cottage was exactly as described. Perfectly clean and neat, all of our vacation beach activities were provided for. We biked along the beach every morning, paddled on the canals at sunset, and walked to great restaurants every evening. The location is superb and the decor was charming. It was perfect for us as a couple, but I fear it would be quite cramped for four adults.

Yes, I always warn people when they say it is 4 adults. It's an adorable cottage, but not real big. Most guests stay play so hard during the day, come home exhausted and simply sleep! So for those kinds it's perfect. Perfect for a family with 2 kids. Or perfect for people who are really trying to save money.

Amazing beach stay

We had the most wonderful time in this little cottage. The location was perfect for going into LA or staying 'home'. The cottage was comfortable and we really appreciated the availability of the bicycles and the canoe. Also, having on-site parking was important as it looked to be difficult to get otherwise. We were able to walk/bike to grocery shopping, restaurants, the beach - it was great! Thanks!

Cute cottage

Had a wonderful stay in this very cute cottage in Venice! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were really comfy. We went for a boat ride on the canal and had a great time looking at all of the unique houses. The beach is one block away. We wished we had more time here. Thank you Carol!

Comfortable, convenient Cottage

This comfortable cottage is 2 blocks from the action. Very quiet area and easy walking to some nice restaurants. Bikes, boats, and beach toys are all provided. Washer and dryers are handy. Yes, the bathroom is tight but who spends much time there?! My wife and I loved it!

So glad guests are using the bikes and beach chairs etc. The weather is perfect! I have 2 nights left in April: April 13 & 14th and have only June 16th - 21st left. After those dates check calendar- it's up to date.

Wonderful Venice Experience

We started our trip up the coast with three days at the cottage. It is exactly as described, cozy, comfortable, and spotless. The bikes and canoe were the lures for us, and we used them both. Its not only on the canals, but is a couple easy blocks from the beach and Venice boardwalk; perfectly located. This is our new home away from home in L.A.

Perfect little cottage

My girlfriend and I were looking for an extended weekend away to L.A. This bright and sunny cottage had everything we were looking for and more. Priced right, it was a cute little place with parking, a full kitchen, BBQ, bikes and backed right onto the canal. It even has laundry if you need it. Within walking distance to Venice beach and and even Santa Monica. We had no issues booking and received our damage deposit back within days. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone going to the area.

Great beachy cottage, close to everything!

My mom and I had a really nice stay here. The cottage was quite charming, had plenty of space for the both of us. Both the bed and the day bed were quite comfortable. We ate out and didnt use the kitchen much, but the house had everything we needed. The house borders the canal which was a really beautiful walk. Also a couple of blocks from the ocean / venice boardwalk. We also had a car and explored LA, everything we wanted to do seemed to be within about 30 minutes which was fantastic. Would definitely go back.

A great start

My husband and I stayed in this charming cottage for a few days while we explored the LA area, including Venice Beach and Santa Monica. It was exactly what we anticipated from the description and looks just like the pictures. We loved that we had a place to park in Venice and the canoe and bikes allowed us to explore the area more thoroughly. We enjoyed our a.m. paddle through the canals and our bike ride to Santa Monica pier. We hope to come back.

Quaint and cozy beach cottage- PERFECT!

My college daughter and I spent a mother/daughter get away for a week in the adorable cottage. We are frequent visitors to this area of LA and this cottage is perfect! During our down times, she was able to study while I took wonderful walks around the canals. Noise was never a concern to us The location is amazing- close to everything I would love to hire the cleaning crew because the cottage is spotless! Off street parking- WONDERFUL! This was a true find for us! Thank you Carol for being so easy to work with!

We like this place!

Hi Carol: The few problems (TV, light switch) were taken care of promptly. We did have a problem in using the rowboat -- no oarlocks! Paddling it with a canoe paddle got pretty tiring! We'll probably be back next year.

Great Location

This was my first visit to Venice Beach and this was the perfect spot. Close enough to the action, but amazingly quiet and peaceful at night. It was off season so I don't know about the high season, but it was amazing how just going over a block from the main streets lead to peace and tranquility. The restaurant recommendations were helpful as there are so many to choose from. Having a place to park the rental car, access to kayak or canoe, bikes, beach chairs, body boards, laundry makes this so much more convenient than a hotel room. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and the kitchen has every thing you need. It is ideal for a couple, a trio of friends, a couple with young children.

I live in the other cottage and I also own a few other rental properties in Venice. I bought this classic Beach Bungalow in Venice and remodeled it from top to bottom, filled it with designer furnishings and had no vacancies! I tried to produce a space that people would feel happy in. Everything is new, clean, light and bright with a beachy vibe and cheerful feeling.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Venice is an incredible California experience and the Venice Canals are the best Venice has to offer. You are one block from the beach and the Venice Boardwalk; walking distance to the Venice Pier and fabulous restaurants and boutiques in Venice and Marina Del Rey. This particular property is surrounded by multi-million dollar homes so that gives you a feeling of both security and pride of ownership in the neighborhood.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

2 Beach Cruiser bikes + use of shared boats (red Canoe and Blue Row Boat) to use in the canals, beach chairs + towels, plus outdoor eating area with BBQ shared with other cottage. You can walk along the Venice Canals and go to breakfast at Joni's Coffee Roasters or Noah's Bagels or stop in at the corner Starbucks. It's a healthy lifestyle where you'll be encouraged to walk or bike wherever you go- like the weekly Farmer's market. Sunbathing, Sailing, Biking, roller-blading, surfing, gallery hoping, shopping, celebrity watching, you name it, we've got it here in Venice. Public transportation is just 1/2 block away. It's a very peaceful neighborhood but all the action of Venice is just minutes away. Or go to the 3rd street Promenade in Santa Monica and the brand new Santa Monica Place mall for movies, restaurants, and some of the best shopping in LA. Take your kids to the Santa Monica Fun Zone and Pier after a day at the beach, then eat at Bubba Gumps- a family friendly restaurant on the Pier. Do not miss a ride on the famous Carousel on the Pier, the very same one featured in many Hollywood movies including 'The Sting' starring Paul Newman and Robert Redford.
