Village House 206 is a tastefully updated condo offering a prime location near the beach! Located in the Village House in Port Royal Village, this condo is well-maintained and decorated with a light and airy touch. It's also well-appointed and tastefully furnished, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, and Westin.

Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the second level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, tasteful décor, many updates, comfortable furnishings, and wall-mounted flatscreen TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper sofa and two accent chairs, a large wall-mounted flat panel TV, and balcony access for enjoying the serene sounds of the village.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs. The main bedroom has a king bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom is shared with the hallway. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat panel TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool.

Beautiful place but the sofa looked dirty .The chair arms and neck / head areas so dirty looking that I would not sit in the chairs .

Our Stay

We contacted guest services on our day of check in due to air not working, mold on the shower curtain and ceiling cracked and falling in above the main shower. We was told on multiple occasions someone would be out and nobody ever came. The bedroom stayed at 73-74 degrees the entire stay and was not comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach and it is in a nice safe neighborhood. Just very disappointed in the service and nobody fixing the air.

Trip was cancelled at the last minute

We were driving from Ontario to our destination in South Carolina. We were 4 hours from our destination when we received word that our accommodations were no longer available. They staff we spoke with tried to resolve the issue by offering other accommodations however, they did not have they things we were looking for (pool, walking distance to beach). It’s was a disappointment to all of us who were looking forward to getting away someplace warm after being cooped up for the past two years due to Covid 19.

HHI Family Vacation

Great location too and from the beach. Unit was clean and updated. Used the community pool and was very nice, hardly anyone there. Overall we had a great time visiting our family and grandparents that live on the island.

Overall good experience and enjoyed our stay. Quick response when we requested a new shower curtain. Overall clean however there was gum on the floor in one room and on the wall in the other, comforters on the beds had an unknown substance on them that was brown and gnats everywhere.

Unit review

Our stay was nice overall. A few negative comments - the airfilter over the dining room table has not been replaced in a VERY long time . Full of muck, which obviously affects air quality in the unit . A clean air filter is obviously important, especially these days. I have photo . Also we had 4 people stay but only 2 very small frying pans - not nearly enough to easily cook a decent breakfast of bacon , pancake and eggs for 4 people. Also the tv remotes were not easy to use (really!), and there were no instructions in the guest book .

Great Vacation

Very nice and roomy apartment. It has a great view of the court yard with shade trees. A short 5 minute walk from the beach. Quiet and clean place. We enjoyed it very much and will stay there again when next time in Hilton Head.

Wonderful stay

July 2016 Stay

We have just returned home from our July 9Th stay at 206 village house. We have been visiting Hilton Head for 25 years and this was the 1st time that we needed to express our concerns. We rented this facility because it stated in the description that it was updated. The only update was the floor.The appliances were old. The only upgrade to the kitchen and bath were the counters. We had friends stay with us who used the washer daily. The first night the washer made a lot of noise spinning. We called maintenance on Tuesday. He said he would come the next afternoon..He did show around dinner time. He said he was getting the part and would come the next day. He never did show or call to let us know. Needless to say we needed the washer so we put up with the loud banging each time... Very annoying. I'm sure that it's rented out this week and the same thing will happen. The owner of this facility needs to do more upgrades for what we paid. Our daughter rented on the 3rd floor and it was fully updated. Doors, kitche

August 2015 Stay

I just want to say thank you so much for such a fantastic stay! My family and I loved the Village House so much we have already talked about staying there in the future. The price of our stay was absolutely within our small budget. It was a last minute decision to tag along with my sister and brother in law. The young lady I spoke with by phone who helped me book my reservation was absolutely amazing!!!! I want to especially thank her for all of her assistance. She 100% went above and beyond for me and my children. The property itself in 206 was so nice, home away from home only better considering it was only a walk away from the beach. The only thing I missed out on was taking advantage of your smart phone ap for assistance in activities. I really wish I would have taken advantage of it. I guess I will know for our next visit. Thank you all so much. Also, your team of housecleaners must be wonderful because the place was very well kept up. We had everything we needed. God bless you all for giving this single
