Manatee Bungalow Key Colony Beach is a completely and newly renovated three-bedroom/three full bathroom private single-family waterfront cottage on sought after 7th Street! Two large king suites, and third private bedroom with new queen sized bed! All one level! 200′ wide boating canal, 10 minutes to ocean or bayside. Includes five kayaks, cornhole boards, pickleball paddles and balls! Includes Cabana Club with beach, pool, bar within walking distance! MB welcomes you with an all-new luxurious interior featuring an open bright floorplan and coastal décor, all new furniture and furnishings, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with new stainless appliances, quartz counters with a large island, two large king bedrooms with en suite baths, and glass showers, large master bath with double vanity, therapeutic mattresses, tile throughout, 4 smart TV’s with HULU LIVE TV, and high-speed internet. With more than 1,600 square feet of well-designed interior living space, MB will sleep 6 comfortably.

Best time ever

This is a beautiful home. The finishes, accommodations and amenities are of high quality. This is the nicest home we have ever rented in the 15 years of renting. The golf course across the street was an added bonus and the manatees in the backyard were cool to see. The cabana club, which was included was a lot of fun. The owner checked in with us to see if we had any issues or questions, and she was just a text away if we needed her. I would highly recommend this home and the owner. She couldn’t have made our stay any better.

Our family purchased this beautiful home in March 2020, after having family in the Keys and visiting frequently for 25 plus years. We were on vacation in Key Colony Beach, saw an open house sign, and the rest is history! We have worked hard to create a fun and luxurious property with the true Keys vibe, that you will want to visit year after year. We had so much fun decorating and creating a welcoming home away from home, and put a lot of thought into what would create a wonderful experience for us as well as our guests. This is our happy place, and we hope it can be yours as well! Our home is surrounded by other full time owners, and we have the friendliest neighborhood, with the unique 7th Street boardwalk that allows you to socialize with others as much as you like during a waterside stroll. Our home doesn't feel like a rental, but rather a comfortable home with every amenity you need. We as the owners directly handle bookings, since we like to know our guests and make sure all questions are answered. We also have a management company that will be boots on the ground locally should you need anything during your stay. We hope that you will be our guest!

Live like a local! Our home is designed for every comfort, while giving you the tropical Keys paradise experience. Our name was inspired by the manatee who visit daily. Please note occupancy is very strict in KCB and enforced by local officials, so make sure to include every guest when requesting a reservation, including children. Should you book through VRBO, there will be a separate Rental Agreement to sign and Welcome Packet with useful information on our home.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home is all one level, no stairs, with a large back area and tiki hut. Everything is new, clean and super comfortable. This home was completely renovated in 2020, taken to the studs, and completely redesigned to open concept living and modern amenities. We have 2 large king suites, and a third private bedroom with a twin bunk over full bed. There are no walk throughs, and this single family home is totally private with no shared spaces like a duplex.
