Yellowtail Island Retreat, pool, dockage and covered patio

Our Island home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large wrap around porch with large covered balcony with see through pull down shades, ceiling fans, and patio furniture off of the kitchen. The balcony overlooks the large 14’ x 28’ heated pool, additional charge for heater, and large outdoor deck area with chaise lounges chairs. The home offers 30’ of dockage for a boat. The canal is a flow through, clear and snorkelable canal. The master suite is a king size bed with with large flat screen television. The large master bath has a jetted tub/shower and a bidet. There is also a queen room and a double twin room with each room having its own television and the twin room a TV/DVD player. A queen size aero bed is also available. The kitchen is all granite with stainless steel appliances. A double kayak, two paddles, vests, along with two bicycles come with the property. There is a fish cleaning table, bait freezer, and gas grill. We rent Saturday to Saturday only. Pet fee $100/per pet, per stay.
