Maison de conque privée avec 3 chambres au bord de l'océan

Cette maison classique de clés est située directement sur l'océan. Superbes vues sur le front de mer. La propriété dispose de 3 chambres, une salle de bain avec une douche extérieure supplémentaire. La maison a été entièrement rénovée en 2018, y compris tous les appareils et 2 unités de CVC. Hot tub pour le plaisir en plein air. L'accès à la jetée permet de faire du kayak ou de la pêche. Le lot est assez grand pour garer une remorque avec un bateau. Mise à l'eau locale disponible à quelques rues de l'hôtel pour une utilisation quotidienne, car il n'y a pas d'accès en bateau à moteur à la jetée

Our stay was awesome! This house has everything you need. The swim spa was amazing. The tiki hut was a wonderful place to sit and the fans were life savers with the heat and the mosquitoes in the evenings. The pictures were a perfect description of the house.

It is a very nice house. My people really enjoyed the tiki hut and sitting outside where there’s an ocean breeze blowing on you. I would highly consider renting this house again if we were in the marathon area again.

We loved all about this home. The attention to detail was wonderful. The location was perfect and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The place was clean and had all you could ever need. Our youngest daughter and her husband used this vacation as their baby moon as she is about to give birth in 5 weeks. We will certainly come back. We loved it and recommend the place completely.

Amazing Week!

We absolutely loved our visit! Despite the smelly seaweed here and there, we enjoyed every second of our vacation. This property is 10 out 10 in every aspect! Location was perfect. We went to Key West one day, rented a boat for two days in Little Torch, ate amazing meals both at the house and at numerous restaurants. The view is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings soaking in the swim spa. Thank you so much to Cyndie and Ray for sharing their home with us! We will definitely be back!

This was our third stay at this property. We had a great time. The fish were biting this week, and we caught lots of mangrove snapper and even a juvenile tarpon from the dock. The new swim spa is a great addition. Great place to stay and enjoy the Florida Keys!

I'd just be repeating what everyone else has said so suffice it to say everything is as advertised, both in the listing and reviews. If you come here and can find gripe, that's probably a you problem, not one with the home or its location. I don't think I'll ever sit with my morning coffee again without thinking of that view. Fantastic week all around and thanks to Cyndie for having us!

Return visit better than ever!

This was our third visit to this property and it won't be the last. We love everything about this place. One day we only left for dinner because everything we wanted was right there. We brought some heavy duty fishing gear with us and spent many hours fishing from the dock. We caught tarpon, barracuda, sharks, snappers, grunts and others. Bugs were bad at night so be sure to bring a good repellent.After fishing we would relax in the great new spa. As usual, everything was clean and very well provisioned. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. If you are looking for a private fishing charter, we really like Infinite Blue. Close by and we caught lots of fish. Otherwise the Marathon Lady party boat is a good choice. Three recommendations for cook your catch are Castaways, Lazy Days and The Island Fish Co. If you want to cook your own, there is a grill and well equipped kitchen.We can't wait for our return visit next year.

Spring getaway

Stayed 7 nights in this beautiful home! Every picture is completely accurate. The views are awesome and it was very private with plants growing on either side of the property. Cindie has thought of everything and there is so much to do you don’t ever have to leave. The hot tub was huge and great to sit there and watch the evening light over the water.

Great Place to vacation

This place certainly exceeded my expectations. If we ever stay in the keys again it will be here. The property was gorgeous and centrally located. It was well stocked and the hosts were very responsive to any of my questions. The sunrises and sets were beautiful. The hot tub and Tiki were well used to unwind at night and watch the peacefulness of the ocean. This place was perfect.

Ocean Oasis

We stayed at Ocean Oasis as a getaway following the hustle and bustle of Christmas. It was PERFECT!!!!! The hosts were great about answering any questions we had and had great advice about things to do in the area. The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need to grill, cook and enjoy a lazy and relaxing week in the keys. We used everything this house/property had to offer. We lounged in the many chairs and lounge chairs on the beach, we fished off the private dock, we paddled out on the reef, we kayaked too many hours to count, we relaxed in the GIANT hot tub, we played ring toss in the amazing tiki hut EVERY SINGLE DAY (and the ladies finally won on the last day!!!!), we grilled our meals and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day right on the ocean at this beautiful property. We already have it booked for next year. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us Cyndie.

Exceptional! Very private, yet close to everything.

This is a great property and done vey well. Every detail thought of. Great for either just a couple, families, or guys/gals getaway. Nicest hot tub I’ve been in! Private beach with tons of wildlife visiting and yet close to great restaurants and plenty of things to do. This was my first time to the keys and it did not disappoint. I was really depressed to leave.

Amazing place to stay

This was our second stay and it was just as amazing as the first. The new bathroom was a great addition to the house and the new hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. They have everything you could need for cooking and to just have a fun relaxing day at the house. They are also close to some great parks and areas for a family to go out and enjoy. We can’t wait to be able to go back again.

Great Marathon oven front oasis

Had a great stay at this property. The location was absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed at. The house was perfect for our group of four. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The amenities were great and included a nice private beach front tiki sitting area, a dock for fishing and kayaking, a hot tub big enough for 8-10, fishing equipment, bikes, etc.our group was thrilled and we will definitely be back!

The perfect stay

First, as a frequent user of vacation rental property, I would rank this (on a scale of 1 to 10) as a solid 12! The property was meticulously clean and the view was unmatched. A Piece of Paradise

Our family stayed at The Conch House for a week, exceeding everyone’s expectations. For starters, you will not find a more pleasant host than Cyindi. She is easy to communicate with and went out of her way to ensure that our family had a great time. For example, we drink smoothies in the morning for breakfast, and the blender was not working correctly. Cyindi went on Amazon, and the next day, we had one of the nicest blenders delivered to our doorstep. I can’t say enough about Cyindi being an AMAZING host. The house's location is perfect. We biked to restaurants, shops, and a few great watering holes. You don’t have to leave Marathon because everything you can imagine is near the house. The waterfront view will take your breath away. Please do not bring your bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, etc., because they will already be waiting for you at the house. Also, I would recommend spending your nights outside under the tiki hut. Trust me, you will LOVE IT! Overall, The Conch House has everything you need and more to enjoy your time away. I would highly recommend booking this house and do it quickly because it fills up fast.
