Owner needs to update unit
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Unit was clean but embedded dirt along edges. Tile has chips in it and vinyl floor has scratches. Rusted appliances were replaced but we had to buy cooking utensils and pans. Furniture is old and chair is torn. There is a hole in the wall of the shower. Very loud dishwasher and garbage disposal. Elevators broke down frequently - a few occasions both at the same time. Most disappointing is that contracts for complex renovation was signed months ahead of our stay and we should have been informed of this and given the option to change complexes. Couldn't use the balcony for 7 weeks. Couldn't use the pool. This is what we paid for. The smell when they coated the balcony floor was unbearable and harsh for respiratory patients. We had to open the front door for ventilation. Tried to use the large fan but this was broke and both the large and small fan were caked with dust. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom only worked with the light on so we couldn't use it for ventilation at night. Carrie and Maria were helpful with somethings but I cannot, and would not, recommend this unit to other people who were interested in renting it.
