Nestled along the pristine shores of Miramar Beach, Destin, Florida, the Tides at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort offers the ultimate luxury beachfront experience. This Gulf-front condominium is located on the 1st floor, just steps from the beach. Perfectly designed for relaxation and adventure, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

From the moment you step inside, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living area, where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and showcase stunning resort views. The living room features a plush couch and accent chairs, arranged around a large flat-screen TV, creating a cozy spot to unwind. Adjacent to the living area, a dining table provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals while overlooking the resort. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal, whether cooking a family feast or a quiet dinner.

The primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and spacious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a Queen-size bed, a Twin bed, and a flat-screen TV, with easy access to a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination.

One of the standout features of this condo is its expansive wraparound balcony, where you can take in the resort views, feel the coastal breeze, and enjoy sunsets in complete privacy. It’s the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Located within the exclusive TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort, this condo offers access to a wealth of amenities, including a lagoon-shaped pool, hot tub, children's pool, and kiddie pool. If you're feeling active, the resort also features a basketball court and a putting green for outdoor recreation.

Best Condo EVER

Wow! This condo and Tops’l in general are amazing. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, is beautifully decorated, and very clean. The pools are awesome and beach access is super convenient! The host is so kind and very easy to communicate with. We LOVED everything about our stay and hope to return again! Thanks for helping our family have a wonderful vacation.

Perfect!

We’ve stayed at tides multiple times and always choose different rooms. This room was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in and they left little bags with laundry pods and dishwasher pods, I thought that was so thoughtful! Nicely updated and quick responses when we had questions. Although this room doesn’t have an ocean view, It’s VERY convenient. First room off the elevator and so close to the pool. Would be a great option if you had small children with you!

Great home away from home

Love the place, it is updated and modern. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and clean. There is no view of the water, but the patio was large with lots of seating areas. We spent many nights hanging out in the patio. My one gripe, kitchen was missing a spatula/turner. The unit is close to the elevator which is a good or bad thing. We only use it to get to the car. Otherwise , no need for an elevator to the beach since unit is on the first floor. We used the pool once, it was pretty nice. Ordered drinks from the blue dunes grill several times, pricey but good. Tried to order food, service was verrrryyy ssllllllowwww we gave up. We did not get to use the tennis court or other amenities. Overall, great place to stay.

Perfect location!!

Didn’t have high hopes since we booked so late in the season and the map made it look like it was further away from the beach. But it was the complete opposite! Perfect spot and great food at the restaurants on the property! No view of the ocean but the amenities made up for it!

Perfect

This was a last minute booking due to a hurricane canceling our trip to another state. Absolutely loved the condo! The layout was perfect for us. Loved that both rooms were next to the door. The condo was clean and beautiful. Quick walk down to the beach. You are on the level to the walkway, so no elevator! The place has a great pool, 2 restaurants, and a bar by the pool, along with beach service. Loved that it’s gated. Would definitely recommend this unit and Vacasa was amazing getting us rescheduled so quickly.

Great Location near beach at Sandestin

The condo is just a short 3 minutes walk from the pool and then another 2 minutes you are on the beach. The first floor location means you don't have to take the elevator every time you come and go. The condo is large and the deck is very nice.

Beautiful condo - highly recommended!

This condo is beautifully decorated, completely updated, & fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The walk to the pool/beach is short which was perfect for my family with a toddler in tow and being 8 months pregnant. We have found our perfect beach getaway and will be back to rent this condo again and again.
