Walk right in and allow the calm atmosphere of this lovely home to put you at ease. We feature a comfortable open floor plan for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen overlooks the living room and balcony, making for great views as you cook. We have installed brand new sprawling counters which allows for the cook to easily communicate with their family and be a part of the fun even when prepping a meal! You will find that the kitchen is spacious, well lit and stocked with everything you may need to cook and serve/enjoy meals. The oversized kitchen island seats 6 comfortably. After your meal, you can gather around our large Smart TV or take a breath of fresh air on the balcony. Our views from this condo are simply spectacular!

Our master suite features a comfortable king size bed, generous closet space, a large Smart TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen smart TV, great closet space and access to the hall bathroom. Additionally, the living-room sofa doubles as a queen sleeper for any extra guests and friends! You can reserve this home separately as a 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo, or along with its adjoining studio condo, turning it into a 3/bedroom 3/bathroom stunner! When reserved on its own, the heavy-duty adjoining door is locked at all times.

This Summit condo is located in Tops'l Resort, Tops'l is a wonderful Beachfront development. Basketball, Shuffleboard and Mini Golf are available for you to enjoy at the Tides at Tops'l. All are free to play! Please go to the Tide's office for equipment. Just across the street for Tops'l Resort is Grand Blvd, with great shopping, fabulous restaurants for inside and outside dining, a theater and a large grocery. Check these out in our photos.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
