Sweet Stay Studio in Old Lou

Your private studio apartment on the 3rd floor of our home is a great space in a wonderful location (easy access to all of Louisville but in the charm of Old Lou). There is a full size bed tucked into a nook to provide you with sleeping comfort while the rest of the apartment is bright and light.
There is a complete kitchen with all of the necessary cooking utensils, a claw foot tub in the spacious bathroom and a couch and large ottoman used as a bed that could accommodate another person.

The indoor staircase leads you from the front porch to your Louisville getaway. You can relax on the couch and watch tv (local HD channels and Netflix), take a relaxing bubble bath in the claw foot tub, look at downtown from the front windows, cook a meal in the full kitchen, catch up on reading in the cozy bed, hang out on the front porch to enjoy a cocktail or, if you must, get some work done from the comfort of the table/desk. We have all you need here in the studio!

The hardwood floors are smooth and clean, the rugs are collected from around the world. There are glassware options so you can pour your drink just so, and if you forget your shampoo there’s some on hand. Anticipating your needs is what motivates me...try me!

I live and work on the bottom floors of the home, so would be available if needed, but with a private entrance and access to the key, you need not meet us if you so wish. You can reach me by phone, text or simply by ringing the doorbell during your stay.
