Furniture was flimsy, definitely not safe for above average weight. My 70 year old grandma is only 200lbs and fell as soon as she sat as the chair and it broke the first day. We refused to use the dining table and chairs the rest of our 4 day visit. A fan blade broke upstairs as soon as it turned on, luckily didnt hurt anyone. Not enough pillow cases for the extra pillows. Not enough dish soap/toilet paper. However they did give us our first day refunded. Great amount of shampoo, conditioner, & body and hand soap. If you have knee/back problems, all the beds are very low. Hard for older/disabled guests to use. Only 1 TV and its in the living room. The oven vent doesn't work. The dishwasher was difficult to use. The sink has a motion sensor that should come with instructions. The air conditioner is set for 75 degrees and resets to that every few hours even if you try and make the house cooler which makes the upstairs unbearable without several fans that you have to bring yourself.
Overall we made the best of the situation and had a good time, definitely an experience to remember. But, we do feel like other guests need know these things.
