Ce type de condominium est situé dans le centre-ville de Gatlinburg, à quelques minutes de marche de tout ce qu'il y a à voir, notamment du centre des congrès, de l'aquarium Ripley, du terminal de tramway du centre-ville d'Ober Gatlinburg, de centaines de restaurants, bars, musées, centres commerciaux et autres attractions. Small for Tall, Super Quiet, Extra Quick Access, Remodeling, & Ultra Relaxing, 12 of 10

This was a small location for my nearly 7 ft tall friend. Oops my bad. This location seemed to be in the middle of being remodeled. From the time of booking to the time of arrival the pictures had been changing as they went along. One thing I strongly hope they do is remount the TV in the bedroom to be on a strong swivel mount or a mirror over headboard so you can enjoy it from the super deep tub and balcony during morning coffee. This is a Super Quick walk to the Convention Center and Downtown Strip. Which I made 6-8 trips a day during our trip. The Elevator and stairways could use some better labeling *not the condo owners fault. First floor (100's) leads straight out the elevator to both the pool and another stairway that leads you down to the outside wood steps. This stairway is where you will need the back door code. Ground floor (200's) is for the parking lot but there is a set of concrete stairway if you happen to get off the wrong floor or can't get into the back door stairway that goes around the building. Despite how busy our trip was it was ultra relaxing to know that at the end of the night you can get in the big tub and just unwind. Unfortunately this is not available during my trip for May. But it does look to be open for when we possibly might be back in October or November. Depending on which of my vacation weeks gets approved. Fingers crossed it's still available by then as I would rate this condo 12 out of 10 in my book. updating as progres . Even

Home away from home

The location was perfect, you can capture views of downtown and while seeing mountain views from the front and back of the property grounds. Nice size parking lot and all spaces are a short walking distance to the rooms. I love that they provided us with more than enough bathroom towels. The kitchenette was nice ample room for the 2 of us. Living room was a great size was cozy with a sectional and a fireplace which we loved. I did rate cleaniness at 4 star, because, i did notice dust on the headboard and dust bunnies under the living room side table. We understand the turn around on the rooms is in 4 hours or less plus you may have multiple rooms to get done before the next guests arrive. This wont stop us from renting a condo at Laurel Inn again, as we are already talking about our next trip.Laurel Inn is definitely a hidden Gem

Clean, safe, and PERFECT location

The place was very clean and welcoming. It was walkable to the downtown, and complex was super quiet. After a long day hiking the jacuzzi was a great way to end. 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains National Park! Highly recommend!

Husband & I stayed 4 nights- we enjoyed it. Easy walk to downtown (steady incline coming back), or park right at the bottom of the hill and walk everywhere. 10/10 would recommended.

Long weekend

This was the perfect location for our long weekend away. It was within walking distance of the main strip in Gatlinburg. The condo was homey and clean. We felt very safe the entire time. I would highly recommend.

Birthday getaway

It was very relaxing. The location was a perfect Mountain View which was very peaceful in the morning. I love that it was extremely close to a lot of attractions & things to do. On a nice day a walk would be lovely. I would definitely book again

Lovely little condo and fairly close walk to the main street that goes through Gatlinburg. The property was clean and felt safe, I’m a solo female traveler and felt comfortable walking back from town alone after dark. The decor is music themed, so if you’re into music you’ll love it! It was really cold during my visit and the gas fireplace was wonderful for evenings on the couch. I’m knocking off one star because the two things I care about most when traveling (mattress comfort and good shower pressure) were just meh. Everything else about the place was excellent!

Anniversa Trip

We stayed here for our anniversary and the property was in a good location. A little bit of a walk to downtown, but no problem for us. My only complaint is the mattress. It was hard as a rock with a hump in the middle. The owner was excellent at communicating with us and even sent an email with tips on the area and alternative routes to avoid all the traffic.

Great time

We had a great. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Our only down fall was when it said a short walk to town. It was close to town but after walking all day the walk back wasn’t the greatest. It is all up hill so that wasn’t great but we would highly recommend this place and will be back again.

Best place for a short stay

It was a great space for 2 people who weren’t in the place for long periods of the day. My wife had a hard time reaching many things in the kitchen as it was all placed so high up. I had to bring some cups and plates down to the counter so she would be able to use them. Overall a wonderful stay and we would love to be able to stay here again in the future for our vacation. It was located really close to downtown and we took advantage of the stairs that led to downtown. On a side note (nothing that can be done but this is a heads up) you will be able to hear your neighbors. Unless we had the tv on we could hear people in other units talking or walking across the floor. Nothing too bad but it was noticeable.

Loved it!

This was perfect for our anniversary trip. The property was extremely clean and perfect for just the two of us. It was convenient to be so close to downtown and the property was easy to find. I saw someone had suggested the room needed blackout curtains and the owner did add them. There are bright lights that come on outside at night so they were definitely needed and were very helpful. The only thing we didn’t love was the bed was extremely firm and a bit uncomfortable. We would definitely come back.

Problems with door won't lock correctly. Mattress on the bed was awful. and steps down the back did not walk on to the main road there was still quite a walk to get there. But it was clean.

I am an owner of several vacation rental properties in the area. I stayed in this unit in the Summer of 2015 when all of my rentals were booked. I fell in love with its convenient location. I love to be park my vehicle and walk to what I want to do and this location fit the bill perfectly. When my agent informed me it was for sale I jumped on it right away.

You can take the elevator to the first floor then the stairwell down to a lane which will connect you with either Reagan Drive or Airport Road which will put you at the convention center in less than 10 minutes and pretty much all the other attractions the area has to offer as well.
