Dazzling panoramic views over the expansive pool and Half Moon Bay reveal white-sand beach and brilliant blue water. A private, beachside pool is just steps away from your door.
This luxury condominium complex is nestled in one of the best locations in Akumal. Popular, local, beach restaurants such as La Lunita and La Buena Vida are within a short walking distance. Snorkeling lovers can find all sorts of adventures at the nearby Yalku Lagoon.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a beautiful view of the water through large floor to ceiling windows.

The guest bedroom has been fitted with two twin-sized beds, a private bathroom, and a west facing terrace overlooking the jungle.

The full kitchen has been recently upgraded with new stainless steel appliances and includes a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster for the added comfort of our guests. Off of the kitchen, the dining area will comfortably seat four people all while enjoying an impeccable view of the Caribbean.

The living room has been furnished with two comfortable couches and a Smart TV. The terrace has been furnished with an additional seating area, making it the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise over the water with your morning coffee. This unit offers incredible amenities including an air conditioning unit with controls in each room, and unique to Nikte 6, a private in-unit washer and dryer for guests to use.

On-site parking make it easy for you to hop in the car and enjoy a day-trip to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, or one of the many cenotes and eco and adventure parks in between.

Great condo on the beach! We loved this place and all the amenities! The bed was lovely and the living area had everything we needed. Would definitely come back and stay here again! What a wonderful trip!

Perfect relaxing vacation

The condo was beautiful, so close to ocean that we heard crashing waves through closed doors. Situated in middle of bay, with only sandy beach in bay. Sleepy, quiet area with amazing shore snorkeling.

Family Vacation

The condo was wonderful and clean. The beds were great and comfortable. Amazing view and a spacious patio. The kitchen appliances worked well. I would definitely go back again. The location was perfect and we loved the pool.

perfect place for family fun

perfect place for exploring. no crowds. so easy to just relax in the pool or go out snorkeling. The kitchen had everything we needed. The 2 bedrooms were great. loved the view from the patio. Seeing the sunrise over the bay was a joy ever morning. will be back.

Great location, the unit has a great view and was spacious. There are a few basic upgrades that could be made to make it an awesome rental. A few things that could be updated include: *All towels (the water in area seems to turn your whites super dingy, thus making the towels look less than clean. They were clean but consider changing to darker color.)*Dishes, cookware, knives - all could be updated. Plastic wear (cups, etc) look beat up after multiple use *Mirrors have started to have damage due to salt air I'm sure. Simple replacement of those and some of the lighting would really make the place look great. Outdoor area was great. Loved the balcony and the furnishings were super comfy. The pool area is nice but adding some twinkle lights would make it more inviting for evening use (I believe it's open until 10p). The concierge group for the unit was really helpful and very responsive. The unit is in a great location and overall it's a good rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space and location were great. The area is perfect and everyone was so friendly. I would recommend updating a few things. All of the linens and towels had stains, the bath mat had a rip, the lamp shades even had stains. The space is so great to be brought down by that. Also the lock box was rusted shut upon arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in nikte #6. The unit and property were well maintained, staff were very attentive and answered any questions we had. Check in/out went smoothly, we were able to leave our luggage at the office while we waited for our flight so that was a plus. Having a golf cart is not necessarily needed, we just found that it was convenient that we could use it in half moon bay and akumal bay To access all the great restaurants and snorkelling. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice location with a convenience store across the road! Beach was a little rocky so water shoes are recommended. The couch on the deck was awesome because the palm tree provided shade for most of the morning! Great for reading a book outside. The pool was very well maintained and a great place to relax. Would recommend renting a golf cart to allow better exploration of restaurants and the grocery store at the south end. The Buena Vida restaurant is only a 5 minute walk however. Would definitely come back.

Reviewer Comments: Had another great stay and the elevators were working this time.The condo has all the supplies you need for a comfortable stay.They even supplied snorkel gear.Still have not been able to make the Mabe washer complete a full cycle, even trying on the settings the maid uses so don't count on being able to do laundry.I use the same model over on Cozumel so it's not me.😁Overall, just a great condo in a good location.The maid service is awesome and intuitive to your schedule.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did a last minute trip to Akumal. The condo was in good condition and everything was clean and in working condition. The bed was hard so I brought a foam topper and that helped, I left it for future visitors. The guest beds were hard. The maid was great & cleaned daily. The pool was nice except it turned our hair very green. We are still try to get the green out a week later. The seaweed was pretty bad as I heard is common in August. Overall it was a very nice condo in a quiet and safe feeling area. Taverna Italian restaurant was our favorite in Akumal. If pool didn’t turn our hair green we would be a full 5 stars. Property management was also good

Beautiful beach ok condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent and the Condo development is pretty good. This is a newer build than some of the neighboring condos. This unit needs some easy updates/repairs. The washer and dryer didn’t work at all which was inconvenient. The lamps all need to be replaced - one was poorly wrapped with tape and was a fire hazard. The furnishings in general m are a little dated. We rented this condo because there was an elevator and I have a broken foot - however the elevator only worked for the first day. I had to hobble down 3 flights of stairs which was terrible. The owner if this unit is has it for sale and is clearly not interested in improving the property. The housekeeper and rental company were nice to deal with but need to make sure repairs are made.

Peaceful in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Akumal Direct did not disappoint. Easy to use service with great codos to choose from. Service was prompt in replying to my questions and payment system easy to use. Our stay at Nikte 6 Condo was all that we asked for and more. Akumal is a quiet area, easy to navigate and beach front to Nikte clean and rock free. Condo was perfect for four adults. Condo, pool and surrounding property was spotless. Lovely patio to enjoy morning coffee or dinner and check out that view. Washer/dryer was not working which would not have been a big problem but we were continuing on to another area and would have loved to do laundry before we carried on. Small grocery store behind condo or larger store a short walk into small shopping area. Bring your own grocery bags. There are very good beach bar/restaurants nearby. Lots of beach to walk onto next Bay. Bikes for rent. Snorkel at Yalku lagoon a short walk away. We could not have asked for a better area to stay for some quiet away from Cancun or Playa. This property does not disappoint.

Beautiful condo, right on the water

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and the staff keeping up the condo. They were friendly and did a fantastic job. Condo was beautiful and location was spot on. Pool was much needed and well kept. Unfortunately the sargassum was terrible which made the surroundings smelly and unable to go into the ocean. It brings in a lot of trash as well. This isn’t fault of the condo, but for those looking to travel here I would recommend a sousing June and July months due to sargassum. Workers worked so hard to shovel the sargassum to help us enjoy our stay but it was a never ending task. Room has filtered water and full kitchen with everything you need for your stay. The jungle cafe down the street has the best coffee and breakfast in town in my opinion. Great location out of the hustle and bustle of things. The only thing I would say is they should let ALL guests use the paddle boards and kayaks. Management was a bit rude about this when we asked. There were 2 paddle boards and 6 kayaks sitting there unused our entire stay and they wouldn’t let us borrow them to get in the ocean past the sargassum.

Great spot, nice building

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was as described and the daily cleaning service was superb. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated on humid days. Lounge furniture on the balcony was nice for relaxing outside. The beds were pretty comfortable, bedding is very minimal. Kitchen had cooking tools and a few seasonings but you will need most food/supplies if planning to cook in the kitchen. Furniture was in fine condition. The pool was lovely, and the grounds were well cared for. Management promptly responded with any concerns. We arrived to the condo at 8PM, after the office was closed, and the key was missing from our lockbox. It took a while to reach someone and to have them bring a key, which made for a long day of travel, but the management company brought it out to us in about 45 minutes. My note requesting a grocery stop for the car service was not communicated to the driver that picked us up at the airport, and we spent some time trying to figure out if he would have time to take us. This was arranged by the property management. My overall suggestion would be to overcommunicate with them. The location is very convenient, across the street from the market.
