***L'ESPACE***
Les vues --- les vues à couper le souffle sont au cœur du penthouse Nahil. La chambre principale, la salle de bain principale, le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine, la piscine à débordement et le bar swim-up sont tous en bord de mer. Situé à l'extrémité nord isolée de cette belle baie, le penthouse Nahil surplombe la plus spectaculaire étendue d'eau turquoise entourée de récifs coralliens, de sable blanc poudreux et de palmiers qui soufflent dans la brise. De la vue plongeante du penthouse, vous pouvez littéralement voir les raies aigles et les tortues nager en dessous, le catamaran occasionnel qui passe et les pélicans qui vous espionnent au niveau des yeux.
Décor --- à partir du moment où vous entrez dans le penthouse Nahil, vous êtes frappé par l'équilibre délicat où l'océan rencontre la jungle, le confort se transforme en beauté et la nature se fane en élégance. Cette résidence a été conçue sur mesure pour incorporer la nature dans une œuvre d'art vivante: des douches en coraux, des arbres de la jungle poussant du sol au plafond, des carreaux incrustés de fossiles et des pierres mayas couvrant des murs entiers. Endormez-vous au rythme des vagues et ne vous réveillez que par les eaux bleues des Caraïbes.
Des chambres --- La chambre principale en bord de mer avec son lit king-size personnalisé a une disposition ouverte où le mur principal se glisse en lui-même, des portes coulissantes doubles du sol au plafond s'ouvrent sur la terrasse, et la salle de bain surdimensionnée et la douche double donnent sur la chambre et la turquoise brillante les eaux en dessous. Les murs de pierre maya, les arbres enveloppés dans des vignes étrangleuses, les coraux saupoudrés de coquillages et les dalles naturelles de bois sont les matériaux de construction ici.
La chambre donne sur les cimes de la jungle avec un lit king size suspendu fait d'arbres naturels et une salle de bains attenante avec des coraux et des coquillages.
Le loft palapa sur le toit peut être configuré pour une reine, deux reines, un jumeau ou deux jumeaux pour les enfants ou les voyageurs plus aventureux.
Les deux matelas queen et deux matelas gonflables jumeaux sont également disponibles pour une utilisation dans le salon et la chambre d'amis (ou la salle à manger si vous préférez).
Cuisine --- la cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz à six brûleurs, d'un réfrigérateur surdimensionné avec portes françaises et d'une machine à glaçons, d'un évier surdimensionné avec un évier pour laver les légumes séparé, d'un plan de travail en granit, d'une barre de petit-déjeuner, de l'élimination des ordures, d'un lave-vaisselle , laveuse / sécheuse et eau potable du robinet et du réfrigérateur.
Salon --- le salon a un grand canapé sectionnel avec méridienne, un écran plat de 46 "avec un véritable son surround, un centre multimédia préchargé avec Netflix, Spotify, You Tube, une station d'accueil pour votre propre musique et un son multi-pièces et haut-parleurs de plafond dans toutes les pièces. L'espace est entouré de murs en pierre maya avec des œuvres d'art originales, des vignes de la jungle et un sol poli qui déborde sur la vaste terraza. Chaque soir, l'éclairage d'ambiance automatisé prend vie lorsque le soleil s'estompe.
Palapa sur le toit privé --- Ceci est l'espace le plus étonnant de la maison. une terrasse privée sur le toit de 900 pieds carrés avec des sièges à manger, des hamacs, des meubles de salon, des chaises longues, un loft, un évier et une salle de bain. Les vues d'ici sont très spéciales et c'est le meilleur endroit à Akumal pour regarder les couchers de soleil!

*** LE COMPLEXE ***
Pool & palapa --- une piscine à débordement de 15 mètres avec des sièges de style jacuzzi, une île aux palmiers et des chaises longues englouties en font partie des points forts. Une palapa adjacente spacieuse est un endroit idéal pour se cacher du soleil de midi ou profiter d'un déjeuner tranquille.
***L'EMPLACEMENT***
Nahil est le seul nouveau complexe de condos à Akumal et est situé sur une étendue idyllique de plage sur Half Moon Bay. Il y a peu de touristes qui passent car il se trouve au bout de la baie, mais est toujours à distance de marche du meilleur que la baie de demi-lune et Akumal ont à offrir. C'est une promenade de 10 minutes sur le sable jusqu'au meilleur bar de plage de la région, La Buena Vida. Une courte promenade de 5 minutes dans les deux sens vous amène à un dîner en bord de mer à La Lunita ou à une cuisine italienne dans le cadre de la jungle de Que Onda. Un mile en vélo ou en voiture sur la route privée vous ramène dans le village d'Akumal, avec ses fabuleux magasins et restaurants (Lol-Ha, Turtle Bay, La Taverna et Cueva de Pescador).
Akumal Bay est célèbre pour ses tortues dociles avec lesquelles vous pouvez nager toute l'année. Half Moon Bay est un monde loin de cette zone animée avec son intimité et sa beauté. Nahil est situé en face de la plus belle partie de la baie avec l'eau la plus claire et le récif le plus vivant. D'autres parties de la baie ne bénéficient pas de vues, d'une beauté et d'un accès incroyables au récif. L'emplacement de l'extrémité nord de Nahil permet aux vents du nord de pousser tout flotsam ou sargasso jusqu'à l'extrémité sud de la baie, gardant ainsi cette étendue de plage et d'eau immaculée.
Un "must-do" absolu est de prendre 5 minutes à pied de la célèbre lagune de Yalku. Ce lagon immaculé est l'endroit où les cenotes et leur eau douce rencontrent la mer des Caraïbes, s'affrontant dans un cadre unique de jungles luxuriantes et d'eaux émeraude. Réveillez-vous tôt pour le lever du soleil ou attendez la fermeture de l'entrée principale et ayez tout le lagon pour vous.
Akumal est à 75 minutes au sud de Cancun, à 30 minutes au sud de Playa Del Carmen et à 20 minutes au nord de Tulum. Ces villes ont des équipements fantastiques mais ne sont pas des lieux de vacances isolés romantiques car elles sont surpeuplées de touristes, de magasins et de restaurants. Si vous voulez une "grande" soirée, ces villes ne sont qu'à une courte distance en voiture ou en taxi de votre sanctuaire caché.

Fabulous stay! The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The whole area felt safe, peaceful, and friendly, with plenty of convenient parking. We arrived late at night and had a little trouble spotting the ‘Nahil’ sign above the entrance, but we found it. The night guard, Alberto, was incredibly kind and helpful. The only downside to our entire trip had nothing to do with the condo or the area .. If you rent a car, the only problem we had was fueling up at the Pemex gas stations. They try to rip you off every time. You have to be very aware and make sure they start the pump at zero before pumping your gas don’t let them distract you!! and give them the exact amount. Do NOT hand them a credit card! keep it in your hand to use tap and pay because they will steel your card info! and if you hand them the correct amount in pesos and they act like you handed them the wrong amount (they bill switch) just roll up your window and drive away! They could probably fix this problem by changing to self-pay and self pump. Hopefully they figure that out. But back to the condo in the area…flat out amazing. We will be back!!

Awesome Condo!
The condo was great! We had an excellent time! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.Just a note, the bed is high, but they have stools I was alright but I could see some people struggle with it.The location is fantastic! Management was on top of everything before and during our stay! I loved that the transportation, massage, car rental were all local to Akamul. Not large corporations. I hope this continues! Everyone we met was super helpful and kind. I can't wait to return!!!

Beach offers tons to do …. amazing snorkeling … great restaurants, shopping and a cenote all in walking distance. The on-site staff were incredible … especially the main housekeeper. Bird watching and view of ocean from the balcony outstanding!

My husband and I decided eleven years ago to move somewhere tropical and wanted to find the "perfect beach". We traveled through all of the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico (we wanted to stay in North America for proximity to our families). We finally discovered Akumal and Half Moon Bay and knew that we had found the truly perfect beach. Eleven years later we've been to many other amazing beaches, but none that have the combination of beauty, calm water, amazing snorkeling, great restaurants, and such a wide variety of activities.
We're adding the swim up bar, bathroom, and kitchen to the upstairs private rooftop deck this year, so I hope you get a chance to come visit again in the future. Additionally, there are so many activities here that you couldn't possibly experience them all in even several trips. Of course there has to be time set aside for serious lounging as well! We've also just added all of our art to the unit (I believe when you visited we still had a few blank walls). The art really completes the home but doesn't take away from the natural beauty of the ocean, sand, jungle, and Akumal.
We just had another recent guest have an amazing experience... they were snorkeling out front just on the near side of the main reef. They had only planned on being out for a half-hour or so, but ended up being out for over an hour since they were getting lucky and seeing lots of stuff they hadn't seen the previous day or two. They were just getting ready to head back in when they spotted a large shadow. They originally thought that it was just another big coral head, but as they moved closer they saw that it was a giant manatee! My husband and I have each seen several over the years, but hadn't heard of a spotting directly in Half Moon Bay for quite a few months. They said that it wasn't skittish at all and they ended up swimming with it for about twenty minutes. Needless to say that they were on cloud nine when they called me to tell me about the encounter! It must have stayed in the bay for a week or so because many more sightings were reported in the next few days.

My husband and I have each seen several over the years, but hadn't heard of a spotting directly in Half Moon Bay for quite a few months. They said that it wasn't skittish at all and they ended up swimming with it for about twenty minutes. Needless to say that they were on cloud nine when they called me to tell me about the encounter! It must have stayed in the bay for a week or so because many more sightings were reported in the next few days.

Picture Perfect
This condo is amazing. I would stay here again without question. From the spacious showers to the blackout blinds to the patio to the well appointed kitchen to the extraordinarily comfortable beds, this place has it all.
The on-site management and daily cleaning service are extraordinarily helpful. Above all, the views from Nahil condos are unmatched in Akumal. It's perfect
Several restaurants and the public beach are just a short walk down a quaint streetscape. It makes for a perfect after dinner stroll back to the condo. Very safe and friendly environment.
Owner was very responsive and her guidebook and helpful tips were spot-on. Thank you!

Wonderful
This was a wonderful place for 2 couples to stay. Location was great! Walked to wonderful restaurants/bars. We rented a car in Cancun but only used it once! Michaela was prompt in replying to questions. She’s wonderful. And the staff was equally as helpful. Highly recommend going with JP to visit a cenote.
The rooftop is amazing. The only thing I didn’t realize from the description is the access to it is not from inside the condo. Love that the 1/2 bath is up there! Enjoyed the hammock!
When we return to Akumal we will hope to stay here again.

Akumal is amazing enough as it is, but the views and amenities from here just elevate it to that rarified air 😊. Great to also hear that you made it to JP's private cenote. BEAUTIFUL and RELAXING - Exactly what we were looking for!
We were looking for a change from the typical hustle and bustle of those large mega resorts. Akumal and Nahil #8 were exactly what we needed. The atmosphere of the area is very relaxed and super friendly. Plenty of things to do and places to explore. The condo exceeded our expectations. Simply breathtaking! And Mica was very responsive throughout the reservation and pre-arrival process, even providing us with lots of local information to help us plan our stay. Unfortunately Tropical Storm Cindy tried her best to derail our fun, but with no success. Though we never saw the sun during our stay, we still had lots of fun and plan to come back again soon. And when we do, rest assured we will be booking again at Nahil #8.

I appreciate the positive attitude about the weather and hope that you had a chance to visit the underground caves, cenotes, and jungle ruins. All of those are perfect options for cloudy or rainy days. That jungle can get hot when the sun hits it!

Perfect penthouse for a family vacation
This property is absolutely beautiful inside and out, including an amazing rooftop. My family and I just returned from our trip to Akumal and I already miss it. It is a gorgeous little town with lots of things to do. The penthouse is beautiful with a breathtaking view.We enjoyed snorkeling just outside the condo and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Everything is kept extremely clean. The management company is right next door and are there for any of your needs. Adrian is great and can easily get you setup with a golf cart if you need one, I would recommend renting one. The owners were in touch with us from the beginning and had tons of cool recommendations of things to do in Akumal and it's surroundings. Thank you Michaela!!!

I'm so glad that you really took advantage of the snorkeling just out front. So many guests get sucked into the pool and beach, and oftentimes the more adventurous groups head out to the ruins or cenotes when there is this spectacular reef right just in front of our home! We actually just had another recent guest have an amazing experience... they were snorkeling out front just on the near side of the main reef. They had only planned on being out for a half-hour or so, but ended up being out for over an hour since they were getting lucky and seeing lots of stuff they hadn't seen the previous day or two. They were just getting ready to head back in when they spotted a large shadow. They originally thought that it was just another big coral head, but as they moved closer they saw that it was a giant manatee! When we come this summer we will complete the final phase of the rooftop and add a pool, swim up bar, kitchen, and bathroom. We have been dreaming of this rooftop for years and are so excited to see it finally come to realization. Hopefully you get a chance to visit again in the future and check it out the final for yourself.
I'm glad that Adrian set you up with a golf cart. They are ideal to cruise around town and up and down our cobblestone road. Once we secure more parking we will buy our own and keep it for our guests.

wonderful stay in Akumal!
It was our first trip to Akumal and we will be back. The condo was wonderful and has it's own private beach in front with some of the best snorkeling in Akumal. The condo is brand new, has a full kitchen and nice features throughout. You wake up to a spectacular view. I couldn't figure out at first why there were eye masks on the nightstands and by the 2nd night I figured out that you leave the curtains open and then when you wake up and take off your eye mask you wake up to a spectacular view of the water. Michaela was very helpful and gives you a good guide on where to eat, shop, snorkel, etc. which was nice to have. She also helped me get an item that I left in the condo back to me which was great. Fun time and just way too short of a visit!

Thank you Julie for the kind words. I'm glad you pointed out the eye masks. We never use the curtains/blinds and actually only installed them for guests. One of our favorite activities in life is to wake up to that view!
I hope you get at least a full week next time as there is definitely too much to see and do inbetween margaritas on the beach!

LOVED IT!
The condo was in a great location and immaculate. We would definitely book this condo again and will recommend it to friends. The only thing that I would caution people about is that it sleeps 4 people in beds but there is a blow up mattress that could have been used instead of the couch. The deck where the loft is located does not have access from inside the unit so you must walk outside and use the public stairwell to get to it which means that the rest of the units have access to it (there is a sign that says that only #8 may use it but its still open). Given the outside access and high winds/occasional rain it would be tough to sleep up there- a nap, yes, sleep all night, no. WITH THAT SAID, our family nights out on that deck with drinks and appetizers were among our best nights there. It had an amazing view and had comfortable seating. We used a golf cart all week to get around Akumal Bay but many people had bikes too. Akumal Bay has an easy village-like feel and the condo was one of the nicest condos there. Thank you, Mikaela!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing. We came right after the hurricane and would barely notice with hardworking staff working on the property constantly. The area is a perfect beach town with a close breakfast place “jungle cafe” and a very friendly restaurant essentially across the street, and a corner market type place maybe 1/4 of the mile down the road. Other more fancy restaurants were also within walking distance. The coral reef… amazing. Friendly and reassuring owner who I am sure I drove nuts with all of my questions. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it was beautiful. 25 minute drive from either Tulum or Playa Del Carmen, walking distance to cenote, you can’t go wrong location wise. Lots of little things that make a big difference… coffee pot with coffee, welcoming drinks, the decorations gorgeous, the snorkeling equipment saved us money in rentals. Only complaints was that we had eight people, the place really should t be allowed to accommodate eight. Although there are two blow up beds there is only room for one inside and the other would have to be outside on the roof without access to us, big protection, or locks (or air conditioner). So we had four people camped out on our he couches. I thought the loft has inside access but was wrong.

Almost perfect.
Highlights:
Amazing view, great staff, gated community, felt very safe. The house keeper does an amazing job and the grounds keepers are very nice and helpful.
We loved having breakfast almost daily at the nearby “La Jungla” which is just a short walk away.
We also loved having casual dinners and drinks right on the beach at the nearby “La Buena Vida”.
This place was almost perfect.
Here are some things to note if you’re considering staying here:
1. If you rent a car during your stay, there is parking on site, but not enough parking to accommodate everyone if the building is fully booked. Towards the end of our stay we had to double park at night.
2. The touchpad on the safe did not work during our stay. However the groundskeeper lent us the backup key so that we could store our valuables while we were out.
3. Towards the end of our stay a someone came(unannounced) to work on the AC unit. We left to grab lunch and when we returned, we found ourselves locked out of our place
Since guests use the keypad to enter, we had no key to the deadbolt. We had to wait over an hour for them to come unlock the door.
After their visit, the thermostat would reset itself to 78 degrees on its own within minutes of us turning it down. We would have to get up several times a night to turn it down to a comfortable temp.

Perfect getaway with husband and baby
I have to be honest, at first I thought this place was going to be too good to be true. When we arrived, it was not only perfect, but also true! The condo was beautiful, clean, functional, and luxurious. It had everything we needed and more! The view was indescribable... you really have to see it to believe it. Endless turquoise ocean sprawled out in front of you... when you wake up, shower, brush your teeth. When we arrived we were exhausted and cranky from 14 hours of travel. The staff at Nahil condos helped us with our things up to our room. We opened the fridge to put away some groceries we got, and there were ice cold beers and sodas from Michaela in the fridge waiting for us. It was just what we needed! A high chair and port o crib was there waiting for our 8 month old... perfect! We rented a golf cart one day next door (40 bucks a day... kinda pricy, but worth it if you are going back and forth into town a few times). The bikes and paddle boards were a nice touch too, although we didn't get to use them because of baby. We took turns snorkeling a bit outside the condo- beautiful! The condo provided some snorkeling equipment too. Our favorite food recommendations were Turtle Bay Bakery (delicious ice cream and breakfasts... as well as fun happy hour atmosphere!) and Buena Vida (super fun/realizing beach bar... we went there twice!) We also loved the condo's proximity to the Yal Ku lagoon! Overall, a perfect vacation and we would stay here again and again. Highly recommend!

Thank you Lauren for the kind words. It's nice to hear someone appreciate that view as much as we do! We've lived on Half Moon Bay for over nine years now and we still find ourselves just daydreaming while we stare at it. I oftentimes take a book out on the terrace or roof to read and end up not finishing a single page.
I hope you had a chance to try the Habanero Chocolate ice cream at Turtle Bay Bakery and Restaurant. I'm still not sure if I even like it or not, but it's the most unique thing I've ever had!
You guys rock for being so adventurous with the baby... well done!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
The very moment we walked into this penthouse we were excited! We thought we were dreaming. seriously!,, I felt like home immediately. The decor was awesome. My boyfriend and I both LOVE the beach/ocean. and to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean was exhilarating! You can see the ocean from anywhere in the penthouse, with the exception of front bedroom that faces the jungle, but even that view gives you a nice calm. OK back to the ocean view ..if you are in the kitchen, you can see the ocean, when taking a shower in the master bedroom, you can see the ocean (by the way...the shower is a beautiful huge area with 2 shower heads, so my man and I took candle-lit showers together - electric candles provided by the owner). Most nights we turn off the AC and open the sliding doors and we had the best sleep. I am very picky when it comes to a clean environment, and this place wss kept sparkling clean. The staff that cleaned the penthouse did an awesome job. They did not speak great English, but we still managed to communicate. Now let me tell you about the roof.....OMG it is the best! There is a sitting area with comfortable couches and a hamock. Closer to the railing there are 2 lounge chairs where we hung out everynight with a glass of something(LOL) to watch the sunset. We love, love being on the roof. And BTW, the area I describe on the roof is only for this penthouse...so very private. I have traveled to numerous places and this is one of my places and I plan to rent again. Akumal itself is a wonderful quiet town... our favorite resturant is the Turtke Bay Bakery and Cafe hands down!!! We eat there pretty much everyday...so much to chose from their menu. Last but definitely not the lease...the owner, Michaela Vargas is awesome...just like her rental She was very informative, flexible and answered all my questions. I will definitely rent this place again. Thanks Michaela

It is so nice to hear that others love it as much as we do. My husband is and architect and structural engineer and designed the entire unit and rooftop. We lived next door to the construction site for six months and he was on site every day making sure everything was perfect.
He personally built the two showers (including hunting around on the beach every day to find the best pieces of corals and shells to use), he built the two interior rock walls, and built the swinging bed as well. It was a labor of love since things don't normally work as smoothly as the States and you can't just order a part on Amazon or run down to the local hardware store!
We were lucky to have bought pre-construction and therefore had the chance to change our interior layout completely. I'm not sure if you had a chance to visit any of the other units, but they have quite a few more walls and don't have the ocean views from all the rooms like ours. As you can tell we are obsessed with the views and that is why we leave out the eye masks for all the guests. It is so nice to sleep with the windows open to get the ocean breeze and wake up and look directly out into nature. We can't imagine waking up and looking at curtains anymore!
That's so cool that you noticed the candles as well! I'm not sure if you had a chance, but when we're there we never use the normal lights at night and only have the spotlights lighting the trees, the under bar lights, and the candles. That alone is sometimes too much light for us!

I'd have to say that Turtle Bay Restaurant is our favorite as well (La Taverna is a close second), but since we are locals we don't need to eat all of our meals on the ocean. That's why I was surprised you wouldn't have said La Buena Vida, Lol Ha, or La Lunita. Cool to see that you're already living like a local.

Beautiful condo, but no sandy beach & not toddler friendly
We booked this condo for May 13-19th, 2017. We were bringing our 2 1/2 year old toddler. This condo is beautiful and good for adults and older children over 10. I specifically asked the owner if it had a sandy beach that my toddler could dig and play in the sand. I said this was important. I was told that there was a beautiful sandy beach. This is not the case at all. I was aware that there were rocks at the entrance to the beach but the pictures make it look like there is nice white sand. In fact, you cannot even walk on the little bit of coral white rock that looks like it is sand. It cuts your feet and there is hardly any on the beach. I would not even call it a beach. Also, I could not tell from the pictures that the master bed was so high off the ground. The bed must be 4 feet off the ground. There are big wooden step stools to get in the bed, even for adults. It scared my toddler because she could not get in and out of the bed. She woke up the first night an hour in because the AC does not cool well. She was hot. We were in the living room and saw on the camera that she was awake and we ran into the room and caught her head as she fell off the bed and nearly bashed into the glass wall separating the room from the living room. The master bedroom is very small. If you want to put a pack n play in the room, you could not. We are ok with her sleeping with us though. We could not use the guest bedroom because the AC did not work in that room. It was over 80 our first night. Adrian was very nice, in the management company, but he could not fix it and said we had to wait until tomorrow. That is not acceptable. No hotel would make us stay in an 80 degree room. We received no refund for that one night of the AC not working. Apparently, the AC freezes a lot because it is not big enough and that is why the owners give instructions to turn it off all the time. Well, that does not work when we need to use the room a lot for napping and such. The AC needs to be on and constant all day. We have never had trouble with AC's at any of the resorts we have ever stayed in. The WifI also goes in and out which keeps Netflix from working, big problem for toddlers because there is no TV service. We had to leave the next morning. Our toddler could not handle the space. She has autism. We checked into a resort and our daughter had a great time. In all, this place is great if you are adults and don't want a beach but want to snorkel. We do love Akumal.

I'm so sorry Carina about your short stay in Akumal. I wish you had called, texted, or emailed me so that I could have addressed your problems. We take enormous pride in our home and have meticulously thought and perfected every detail and it therefore hurts me so much to hear your list of complaints. I think other guests can decipher some of the more trivial complaints (our $3,775 custom bed is 6 inches over average height, sliding glass doors and windows in an oceanfront room is standard). I would like to defend what I believe are inaccurate complaints:
1. We do indeed definitely have a beautiful and 100% sandy beach. The "sand" that you are referring to is the landscaping around the pool. The guests arrived late and left early in the am and did not even walk past the pool to the beach.
2. We have 3 zoned central AC and you are welcome to use it 24/7 (we actually encourage you to use it to make you as comfortable as possible)! We do not discourage this nor have any postings about limiting its use. The filter in the guest room AC did in fact need to be replaced, which we did the very next morning (our on-site management company has a full time electrician, plumber, gardners, maids, etc).
3. I have offered a full refund to offset the unpleasant experience you had, even though I feel that we provided a gorgeous home, in a spectacular location, with every possible amenitiy.
4. The guest unfortunately logged onto the community internet. We have our own private dedicated high speed internet for your exclusive use.
For other possible guests, please note that this guest has only left negative reviews in the past (please click on her avatar). Here is a list of her verbatim complaints about **OTHER HOMES**:
A. There is no TV in the house, just downstairs in the basement. My daughter has autism and does not eat without the TV, it softens her sensory problems and allows her to eat. Luckily we had her iPad
B. The home was stifling and we had to be outside as much as possible. My daughter naps during the day and this was a serious problem
C. Could not stay in the master with our daughter since it was too bright for her nap
D. Front door has glass instead of screen so we could not leave front door open for air flow. Without a screen all the bees would have flown in
E. The mattress in the upstairs guest bedroom needs to be replaced. It is un-usable, so bad. I had to sleep on couch
F. The appliances are not full size and hardly useable

Beautiful condo and amazing view!!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and didn’t want to leave the view was so beautiful, we loved being able to see the ocean from almost every room. Paddle boards and snorkel gear was a plus the have right there!
