Laid Back Lounge: Seasonal Pool and Tennis Court, Close to Golf Course
Enjoy the best of McCall from our recently remodeled Laid Back Lounge. Located in the well-maintained Aspens complex, guests have access to the seasonal pool and tennis court. The property is located less than 1 mile from the McCall Municipal Golf course and is a short walk or bike ride from Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park's trails, beaches, and boat launch. Downtown McCall shopping and dining is less than a five-minute drive away.
The condo features a cozy living room with wood burning stove (guests must provide their own wood) and big screen TV. Petite patio access from the living space opens onto a grassy common area. This property is just two doors down from the pool and is across from the tennis courts. Meals are hassle free in the well-equipped modern kitchen. Beautiful cabinetry, stone countertop, stainless steel appliances, and creatively lit workspace with counter seating make âeating inâ an experience for you and your guests. Don't feel like cooking? Nearby downtown McCall offers a variety of dining venues and is less than one mile away.
Inviting accommodations with full size laundry house up to 8 people in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor guest bedroom has a queen bed with hall access bathroom. The upstairs guest bedroom with king bed and full size futon shares a hall access full size bathroom with the âbunkroomâ that features two sets of twin bunkbeds in the half-wall loft with private door.
The Laid Back Lounge is a great home base for easy recreation and entertainment access and laid back, year-round fun!

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
Aspen Parking:
Each unit has one assigned parking space in addition to the garage parking. The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit.
Trailer parking is restricted. Only trailers 16' and under are allowed on Aspen property. Those trailers must be parked in the designated space, NOT in the general parking area. Trailers over 16' and/or additional trailers are not allowed.
The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.

In front of entrances/access areas to unit walkways
In front of dumpsters
In front of fire hydrants
In front of garages of another unit

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills. For this property, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us â we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
