Doux condominium au bord du lac sur le lac Payette. Condo de troisième niveau avec vue magnifique sur le lac. Cuisine complète, bar de petit-déjeuner et terrasse au bord du lac. Barbecue à gaz communautaire pour la préparation des repas. Piscine chauffée (été seulement) avec accès à la plage et au quai. Près de la ville! Il y a un maximum de 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) pour cette unité. Les règles strictes de la Timberlake HOA ne permettent pas aux locataires d'inviter la famille ou des amis à utiliser l'installation. Cela permet une expérience plus intime et plus agréable pour les locataires et les propriétaires.

Lovely Condo on the Lake

Immaculate and comfortable condo and property - nearby but far enough away from the activity of the town. Very quiet, beautiful view of Payette Lake. Murphy bed is very comfortable but may be a consideration for some. We would not hesitate to book again!

Enjoyed our stay...

The room was comfortable. Loved the deck and view. We found the living area quite dark, however, both because of the decor and lack of adequate lighting, which made it difficult to read or play games. It was very clean and the manager was kind and helpful.

Fabulous property that is private with easy access to downtown. Great property with a fabulous beach. The unit had everything we needed to relax, cook, and stage our outdoor excursions.

McCall homecoming vacation

Cute studio apartment, very clean and well stocked. It has a wonderful lake view, and the beach area was perfect for soaking up some early fall sun. Close to downtown McCall and the state park. We'll be back someday.

Can't beat the view

Beautiful view and great location. Wish the kitchen were a little more stocked with creamer and more sugars, directions on how to turn on the fireplace would be helpful. Cheri and Bob were great.

Beautiful views and great location. Can easily walk or bike to town or Ponderosa park. Great kitchen/amenities. Would have liked a way to block out/shade westward facing windows from evening glare off lake and morning light.

Lakefront condo

The listing stoats the unit is a 1 bedroom however it is a studio. The king size bed is very comfortable. The only negative is that the sofa is a hide a bed and is uncomfortable. The seat cushions continually slide to the front of the sofa. Replace the sofa with something comfortable.

Excellent studio at edge of lake

Property is small and lovely at edge of Lake Payette with view. Close to ponderosa park—you walk in, no fee. 1.5 miles from McCall center. I was there in early June so it was quiet. I imagine it could be a noisy place in summer.

Perfect space for a group of friends

We had a wonderful stay and the space was perfect for us (it was a girls' weekend trip and we spent a lot of time chatting and catching up). The lack of privacy and small space might deter those looking for a place for two sets of couples to stay, or maybe people with kids. However, we loved being able to "slumber party" and spend the time together. Very reasonably priced, especially for McCall and filled with every amenity would could have asked for. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful View, Cozy, Convenient

Property owners were very responsive. The view is amazing. We found it conveniently located close enough to town to walk or ride bikes and also close to the State Park. It was clean and well stocked. We do wish the bed was larger than a full (it was either a full size Murphy bed or a sleeper sofa that you’d have to fold up each day) the Murphy bed was comfortable except for the size. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful Place!

My wife and I stayed in the studio for three nights and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and well supplied. There were plenty blankets, towels and kitchen supplies. The murphy bed was a little smaller then the pull out sofa bed, we opted for the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. We had a small balcony with a couple chairs and a table, and a beautiful view! The entire complex was well kept and very clean. Bob and Cheri were very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return in the not so far future. David and Jennie

Lovely Getaway ... GREAT Location!

I hate to rave about this place too much... I don't want it to get booked up so we can't come back - and we do plan to return. The view from the patio is the best part of this unit - and there is a lot to enjoy with this property. We spent the first afternoon having wine on the balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and lake and brought back a pizza for dinner because we just didn't want to leave the view. So peaceful and relaxing. The sun chased us away for a few hours each afternoon but, as soon as it dipped behind the pines we were back outside. Unit feels very updated and had all the necessary items. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and filters, wine opener and wine glasses and dishware. Highly recommend this unit with one caveat. The cleaning products used to both clean the property and wash the linens had a floral aroma that i was allergic to. Had to purchase some laundry soap and wash all the linens and towels. Have not had this happen before so did not realize until after I had used the towels and opened up the bed for the night. Would recommend using a fragrance free cleaning product for counters and linens. Otherwise great place.

Gorgeous lake view and close to town, Ponderosa State Park, and the McCall Golf Course. Intimate setting on pristine Payette Lake with over 200' of beach access. Also, we just installed a beautiful custom king size wall bed!
