This spacious two-story, 5-bedroom 3.5-bath single family vacation home is located in the community of Wedgefield in Ocean View, just about 10 minutes to the beach and across the street from Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, a 27-hole championship golf course. Less than a block to the community pool, this freshly repainted (2019) home features two master bedrooms - one on first floor and one on second - as well as an 'office/den' with desk, which is great for setting up a laptop. Enjoy the fresh air by relaxing in the covered front porch. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 3 DVDs, gas grill, outdoor shower, Wifi., Keurig (as well as drip coffee maker), 2-car garage (only fits one car due to additional storage). Plus, bikes, golf clubs, pool noodles, sand toys, high chair, pack n play, beach chairs and umbrellas (courtesy items not guaranteed).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
