La vie en station à son meilleur!

Bienvenue à la Villa Belle Bethany. Achevée en octobre 2014, cette unité d'extrémité neuve, lumineuse et spacieuse (2 900 pieds carrés) 4 chambres, 3. Villa de luxe de 5 salles de bains dans la communauté de Bay Forest dispose d'un grand plan d'étage ouvert, de plafonds de 10 pieds, d'une entrée voûtée, de comptoirs en granit , des planchers de bois franc brillants, des appareils en acier inoxydable et 6 téléviseurs intelligents HD Samsung, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

L'emplacement de l'unité d'extrémité permet une plus grande intimité, la lumière naturelle du soleil et un grand espace pour que les enfants puissent courir à l'extérieur.

Le plan du premier étage comprend une cuisine gastronomique, une salle à manger avec des sièges confortables pour les grands groupes familiaux, une grande salle spacieuse, une télévision connectée de 55 pouces et un lecteur DVD Blu-ray. La buanderie de la cuisine a une laveuse et une sécheuse Whirlpool pleine grandeur. Le patio en brique de la grande salle vous permet de profiter du grand air pendant que vous sirotez du vin, partagez un repas ou jouez aux cartes ou aux jeux.

Tous les nouveaux meubles et la literie de luxe sont présentés partout.

La chambre principale du roi au premier étage comprend un salon privé supplémentaire avec un canapé-lit queen-size pour se détendre ou lire, une télévision connectée Samsung de 40 pouces, une salle de bain principale (avec double vasque, baignoire et douche) et une promenade. dans le placard. Il y a un autre 1/2 salle de bain dans le couloir au rez-de-chaussée.

Le deuxième étage a deux chambres avec lit queen et une autre chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et un loft avec un canapé-lit queen size. Chaque chambre est équipée d'une télévision connectée Samsung de 32 pouces. Le loft comprend également une télévision connectée Samsung HD Smart de 50 pouces, un lecteur DVD Blu-ray et une offre de jeux, de livres et de vidéos pour les soirées ou les jours de pluie.

La station Bay Forest offre de magnifiques sentiers de marche / jogging / vélo à travers les zones boisées avec vue sur les nombreux étangs et fontaines. Il y a deux zones complexes Clubhouse à des fins récréatives. Les clubs disposent d'une piscine pour la nage en longueur, d'une rivière paresseuse, de toboggans, de courts de tennis, de basket-ball, d'un terrain de pétanque, d'une aire de jeux et d'un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne. Profitez de la livraison de boissons et de repas / collations au bord de la piscine ou rassemblez-vous le soir autour du foyer communautaire. Tout à distance de marche! Ou dirigez-vous vers le quai communautaire pour pêcher, pêcher ou se lancer en kayak, en canoë ou en planche à pagaie vers la baie (vous devrez apporter ou louer votre propre bateau à moteur).

La plage de Bethany est à moins de 6 km. Un service de navette gratuit depuis / vers la plage circule toutes les heures en saison depuis le Bay Forest Resort. Terrains de golf primés, boutiques hors taxes, voile, pêche, gastronomie ...... Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes des villes balnéaires de Rehoboth, Ocean City et Fenwick Island, ainsi que de toute l'excitation et les activités qu'elles offrent.

A wonderful home to retreat to after the bustle of the boardwalk and beach. The amenities were great too. I would definitely stay again and recommend this vacation home.

Great location in a great community

We enjoyed our stay in Bethany Bay. This townhome was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was convenient location to the pools and fitness center. We enjoyed the walking paths, access to the bay and the lazy river pool. It was a short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Helen was a great host who shared a lot of information about the community and the townhome.

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time at this location. It was close to the swimming pools which my daughter's family enjoyed, especially the lazy river. My wife and I was able to workout at the workout center and we also enjoyed the swimming pools. The grocery stores were very close. I would highly recommend this location especially if you have young kids in your group. The beach was also very close.

The house was amazing! Everything was clean, neat and tidy, and exactly as they described it. Helen and Blake are great hosts, and their home is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed using both of the pools in the development, in fact, that was the highlight of our trip.

House was perfect! Every ammenity needed, beautiful little community. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to still get to places. Only thing i would change is to have linens and towels included.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of 6, which includes 4 teenage/young adults men, had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Bethany Beach. Being Marylanders all our lives, it was our first time to Bethany Beach and we loved it. Such a quaint town with great restaurants. The atmosphere of the Boathouse Restaurant was our favorite in addition to the 2.5 mile kayaking trip we did that took us to Fenwick Island. The resort complex was so quiet and peaceful. We spent a majority of our time at the pool since it was such a great facility. We will definitely be staying here again!

Truly home away from home

We were in town for a wedding. The condo was spacious, warm, welcoming, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was actually perfect! Excellent Visit

Family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed for a week. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Bay Forest is a lovely community with terrific amenities. We used the fitness center, the pools, and walking paths, and the outdoor grill. We had everything we needed. We appreciated having beach items and a bike available in the garage. Grocery and pharmacy within a couple of miles. The owners clearly made an effort to feel that we were in someone’s home. We appreciated the TV streaming service in the living room. The owners were readily available when when questions came up. A very good experience.

This fabulous beach house went above and beyond our expectations in every way!

This vacation villa has it all - gorgeous home equipped to the hilt; comfortable beds; plenty of room for multiple families; unbelievable clubhouse, gym, pool(the lazy river was definitely a hit) with food and bar service; close to the beach; close to shopping and fresh seafood; friendly neighbors! This was the most beautiful beach house I have ever rented - and at a reasonable price. The neighborhood is close to everything but tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The owners were delightful to work with! Helen always answered my emails promptly and helped me find a good linen rental company. When Helen returned my deposit check, she sent ME a Thank You note! Don't let this villa pass you by on your next search for a Bethany vacation! My family (including out of towners) want to book again for next year! We really want to just LIVE there!

Perfect Summer Vacation!

Our stay at "Villa Belle" in the Bay Forrest Community was wonderful. The house was perfect for all seven of us. Spacious and beautiful and the community offered something for everyone. The 15 yr. old enjoyed playing with the Xbox in the loft and riding the bike to explore the community when we were not beaching or at the pool. The 6 yr. old couldn't get enough of the pool (actually we all loved the pool) and his daily water ice which was purchased at the grill. And of course there was a beautiful Bethany Beach, miniature golf, Phillips Crab House in OC and the local Charlie K's delicious pulled pork sandwiches. Helen, the home owner is easy to contact. Answers your emails quickly should you have any questions and can be contacted by phone. We had a great family vacation with our children and grandchildren. It is not always easy getting everyone under one roof anymore. Would love to return to the "Villa Belle!"

Lovely Accommodations

The 3 high points of this rental: 1. The home is beautiful, new, and well furnished. The photos are accurate. 2. The water park/swimming pool was fun and enjoyed by all - especially the children. The lazy river supplies pool noodles - inflatables are not allowed except for swim aids on little ones. 3. There are two grocery stores (Giant and Weis) just 3 miles from the home. The 3 low points of this rental: 1. The house is located 5 miles inland in Ocean View, rural DE. This is not a true beach rental. We did not use the shuttle, we did not want to spend time waiting. We drove to the beach. 2. The cell phone reception is a dead zone. We had ATT, Verizon, and Tmobile subscribers and all 3 had no service or one bar intermittently in the entire Bay Forest development. 3. The internet band width in the house was slow, interrupted, and poor. Basically, we lived with poor connectivity for the week.

This property was everything we expected from the posting. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, including a crock pot! The property was clean and well maintained. The owners maintained timely communication and addressed all issues. The neighborhood was amazing and has something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent vacation property!

Excellent vacation home in Bayforest. The house is very clean, spacious, quiet and exactly as described. The wifi is strong should you have to work and there is ample space to spread out. The amenities at Bayforest cannot be beat, with the home in walking distance to the pool and gym facilities, and child friendly activities. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. We have stayed at other properties in the area. Villa Bethany is the best!

Great vacation

My family spent the last full week of August 2021 at this property in Bay Forest Resort. What a great vacation. The condo easily accommodated four adults and two children under the age of 12. So much space! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to be together as a family but also to spend quiet time alone. The resort facilities are excellent with two pools (one especially good for kids with water slides and a lazy river), tennis courts, a gym, etc. Bay Forest Resort is a beautiful and well maintained community with quiet streets and slow moving cars. Even the full-time neighbors are nice. The grandchildren got a kick out of watching neighbors in their golf carts driving their dogs around the property. Helen is a very responsive and responsible property manager/owner. The condo was clean and well stocked. The second morning there we discovered that the blender was not working and informed Helen immediately. She, in turn, got back to us in hours and said that if we needed a blender we could purchase one, send her proof of purchase, and she would reimburse us. And that's what happened. We had the purchase price back in our account the next day. She answered all of our questions promptly and completely. In addition we all loved the garage full of stuff for the beach and recreation and the games for that one rainy afternoon we had. The condo is less than a 20 minute drive north up Rt. 1 to the wonderful Delaware Seashore State Park. Go early, between 9-10 am, and secure your place of choice on a beach (the one right before the Indian River/Rehobeth Bay Bridge and half way to Dewey Beach) with plentiful lifeguards and full amenities. Virtually every morning was spent on the sand and in the ocean for the six full days we were there. If you qualify for senior citizenship you can purchase a Sr. Annual Pass for $35 and save yourself a few dollars (daily entrance is $10 for cars from out of state). This was a top notch vacation.

House and amenities were fabulous

The house was large and accommodating, easily sleeps 8 people. The grocery store, beach, and Dewy were close and met our every need. The amenities were excellent! Bike and walking paths were easy to navigate and the pools were excellent.
