This is the unit you want to stay in

I've stayed in many units in Annapolis House and this one was the most comfortable and up to date. The furniture, beds, window treatments, and general aesthetics of the décor are top notch. The only negative I have is the unit wasn't available to rent the following year for the time I wanted.

Spent a week here with our two year old. There is tons to do and the beach is very well maintained. The ocean views from this unit are great - no craning your neck, you can see the shoreline from the living room sofa. The unit is not child-proofed (nor did we expect that!) but honestly required very little to make it safe for our toddler. Overall this is a very nice unit.

A perfect weekend getaway!

Me, my sister and my mom went for a post Mother’s Day weekend trip. The unit was very clean, updated, and functional. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the beach. We used the kitchen all weekend and it was excellent. Beds were comfy. My only complaint was that the listing didn’t specify what kitchen supplies were in the unit. We planned on cooking and eating in to save some money and brought somethings that were in the unit that weren’t specified. For example, the coffee pot was a Kuerig single cup and pot combo which would have helpful to know. No complaints about the unit itself!

We had a fantastic time staying here for a quiet weekend getaway. Lots of beach walking, shopping, resting, relaxing & enjoying the beach in the off season. So lovely!

Really nice condo

I messaged ahead to Vacasa to make sure the blinds in the second bedroom were repaired and Vacasa assure to me that they were. I discovered that the blinds were not fixed. Also, the carpet in the living room needs steam cleaned. I noticed that the baseboards in the kitchen need wiped down better. The bedroom carpets need steam cleaned. The condo is really nice. I loved it and I will stay there again. Oh and the recliner in the living room has a bar poking out of it. Thank you!

Great location. Needs a good cleaning and some attention to details.

Pros: the condo is located right on the beach and has access to the many pools and pickleball courts Sea Colony has to offer. In addition, it is located within a short walk to this cute little boardwalk area that has shops and restaurants, which we found lovely. Cons: like some other reviews mentioned, it wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in and the broken blinds still have not been replaced, so you have a lack of privacy and you are woken up very early with the early morning sun. In the units current condition, I don’t think we would ever return and I would not recommend this place to any family or friends because of these reasons.

Great family rental

We loved how open the living space felt. Large, comfortable beds were a definite plus. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Great beachfront unit and we took advantage of the resort amenities. Kids hoped around to the indoor pools and we even swam in the heated outdoor pool on the bayside! Wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay here! The place was clean, well stocked, and had a great view. We enjoyed the beach and the quick walk to it. Our kids loved that the beach had a slide and a swing! The bedrooms were perfectly sized to fit multiple pack n plays. We hope to stay here again one day!

Family vacation

Overall, the condo was nice and what was expected. There were a minor issues that came up when checking in. 1. The Vacasa site emailed and said we would get a digital code but it wasn’t sent. When we called, we were told that the code would be given to us when we got there. Once we got there, we had to call and try to message online to find out that we needed physical keys. 2. Then when we got to our condo: the door was ajar and unlocked. There were dirty towels and tissues all over the beds. We took pictures and had to call twice to have someone come in and clean the condo. 3. The cleaning was decent but not great: food was still dried on some plates, baseboards were dusty, large sliding glass door wasn’t cleaned and the air filters in the bathrooms and main part of the condo were extremely dusty and causing us to sneeze and have itchy eyes. I do believe that if the condo was cleaned better, securely locked prior to our entry as well as the communication about the key wad taken care of it would have been more highly rated. I also was very concerned for the home owners and the condo being completely unlocked and the door literally open upon our arrival.

Updated Condo with Ocean View

We used to vacation at a great beachfront hotel in North OC Maryland (Hilton Oceanfront Suites) and decided to try Sea Colony this year. We were worried about the side view of the ocean with this condo, but the view was still fantastic. You can see the ocean from the kitchen, family room, and master bedroom. The decor is very nice, and everything seems pretty newish / updated. The only major thing we were missing is a table on the deck. We used one of the chairs, but a table for drinks/food would make it even better. Some of the pillows were flat and could also be replaced... Overall, this was a great location in Sea Colony. We loved having the extra space compared to the hotel in OC. Our daughter loved having her own bathroom, and we were very comfortable there.
