We had a nice comfortable stay in Pantin! Arriving was easy, just like communication with the friendly host who was readily available for any questions and to help.the apartment was cute, clean, comfortable, on a quiet street. We came by car and finding a parking spot was fairly easy and the parking costs are very reasonable in this area. The neighborhood is nice and colorful, with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants, metro station etc close by(a few hundred metres) but calm at nights. Also there is a beautiful canal very near, super nice on hot day or a warm evening to stroll or sit by and cool down.

Un chouette appartement, original, loft sur 3 demi niveaux. Vraiment très plaisant à vivre et nous sommes ravis du séjour!!! Peut-être manquait-il de lumière notamment dans la cuisine, avec des ampoules trop faible, et quleques appareils disponibles mais ne fonctionnant pas ou mal: four à micro-onde (cassé et hs) et aspirateur ayant un faux contact au niveau du fil. Et pas de possibilité pour sécher le linge vraiment... De petites choses à améliorer et à investir mais qui n'enlèvent rien au plaisir du séjour pour nous!!! Et aussi à saluer, une grande réactivité de Clément le propriétaire avec qui la communication était très bonne. Nous reviendrons c'est certain!!!

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour que se soit au niveau quartier environnement calme. près de toutes commodités, métro pour ne pas avoir besoin de la voiture juste à 100m du logement. Et très bel accueil par le propriétaire, et très serviable. je recommande fortement

La maison est très comfortable per une famille. Près de la maison il y a la metropolitaine et le supermarché. On rejoint le centre ville en 20 minutes. La proprietaire est très gentille. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le séjour.

I rented this apartment for a week in August when I took my six-year-old daughter to Paris for the first time. The location is perfect. In a charming street in the Marais, a block from the Rue de Rivoli and the St.Paul Metro Station, with many outstanding local restaurants within a few minutes walk. The air conditioning, which for me was an essential requirement, kept the apartment very cold when it was hot outside. The apartment is small, as you can see from the advertised dimensions. But the availability of the stove, microwave oven, and small refrigerator made it possible for us to eat dinner or breakfast in on a couple of days which was exceedingly helpful in reducing the difficulty of traveling with a young child. Likewise, the washer/dryer, which we used a couple times, though small, made our trip much easier. All the appliances worked beautifully. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Pascal, the owner, was excellent. He offered us all assistance, though we never had cause to call on him. All-in-all, five stars.
