Perched on 3.5 acres of bushland, the house blends vintage charm with modern comfort. Every detail, from the wood-panelled ceilings and terrazzo floors to the Palm Springs-inspired pool, tells a story. This is not just a place to stayâitâs a unique experience that immerses you in historic architecture, light, and nature.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 12.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

Guest Limit Policy:
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any timeâday or nightâmust not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 12. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.
