Welcome to Chic Urban Getaway at Rose Lane, Melbourne! This dual-apartment setup is perfect for larger groups, families, or corporate travelers looking for a modern and comfortable stay in the heart of the city. With two spacious apartments on different levels, this listing offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
Both apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The open-plan living areas are ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Melbourne, with flat-screen TVs and comfortable seating. Please note, there is no parking available, but public transport is easily accessible nearby.

Guests will have full, private access to both apartments, with separate entrances for each unit. Youâll be able to enjoy all amenities within the units, including the kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. Although there is no parking on-site, the central location means you're just a short walk away from Melbourne's extensive public transport network.
This setup is perfect for groups who want to stay together while enjoying their own space, offering the flexibility and privacy of two separate apartments.

CAR PARKING:
We don't have a space in the building, but the local carpark SecurePark has convenient parking that allows you exit/re-enter privileges. They set the prices. In our experience it has typically been $30-40/night depending on length of stay. If required, ask us for a quote/booking link once you've booked the apartment.
PORTACOT & HIGHCHAIR:
Available if anyone has infants in their group- just let us know at least 48 hrs before arrival.
EARLY CHECK IN:
If you need to check-in early, ask us about our early check-in Options.
CHAUFFEUR SERVICE AND AIRPORT TRANSFER:
Ask about our Airport Transfer were our partner drivers will meet you at the airport, transfer you to your apartment via stopping at the key collection point to collect keys along the way.
CHECK OUT:
Check out is 11am, if you need a late checkout, ask us about our late checkout Options.
Max 2 unregistered guests in your apartment before 9pm. None after 9pm.
Noise should not be audible outside your apartment after 10pm.
Violation of the guest & noise rules will likely result in:
âą Your security deposit being held for 70 further days to allow for any neighbour or other claims.
âą Sorry hampers being bought for the neighbours at your expense.
âą Breach notices, administrative fees or extra guestsâ fees are commonly charged. Building management will typically charge $100-$300 per notice. You may receive multiple notices.
âą More serious cases will result in your license being revoked without refund, and the potential for VCAT imposed damages running in to the $â000âs.
âą Unregistered extra guest fee of $50/guest/night or $200/guest above the dwelling capacity limit advertised on the website you booked on.
Readyset Apartments is a collection of private residences that are generally situated in residential building complexes. Ownerâs corporation rules apply and are strictly monitored and enforced.. Concierge services are for long term residents. Any services required should be directed to us. Guests are liable to pay for any damaged/missing property on the premises caused by themselves or their guests. This includes, but is not limited to, all and any damage caused to areas including the accommodation and common areas including any
Recreational Facilities, Gardens, Lounges and Car Parking facilities within the building premises. It is the responsibility of all guests to securely lock the apartment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside on balconies or on common property, a minimum charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found or cigarettes are disposed of inappropriately. Guests are required to keep all Recreational Facilities (if available) clean and tidy after use, and agree to adhere to all rules and regulations enforced by any administrators of the facilities Guests are liable to pay for any fire brigade call out fees due to guest negligence (e.g. smoking in the apartment, burnt cooking, etc.) â Fines can vary from $3000AUD. Guests are to note that all common areas are under strict surveillance and that all activity is always monitored. We will not be held liable to any losses or theft while staying in the provided accommodation. Loss of keys, swipe cards and/or remotes will incur a replacement charge upon departure (cost very from AUD200- 500). If you are using a car park, it is the responsibility of the guest to park in the designated car park lot provided.
Parking unauthorized will result in vehicle being towed at the expense of the guest. Parking is at the driverâs own risk. We will not be held liable to any losses held owing to theft or damages of the vehicle.
All Guests staying in the property are required to confirm their photo identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driverâs licence or national identity card prior to or during your stay as well as any information required to perform background checks. We ask for this information prior to arrival and may ask for this material to be provided by message platform from booking channel, secure email and any secure online website and platforms used to collect this information for compliance and local laws requirements covered by government privacy policy.
We reserve the right to withdraw guestâs license to occupy if there are complaints about noise, unruly behaviour, improper conduct, disturbances, abusive and unruly behaviour towards Readyset staff, building or cleaning stuff or any violations of these terms & conditions.
Maximum of 2 visitors allowed between the hours of 8 am â 9 pm (0 after 9pm).
Building Management may disable access to accommodation if any unregistered guest is found in the building, reactivation fees will apply. .
Any building breach notices, fines issues by the ownerâs corporation will incur a $100 administration fee plus the total cost of any fine, an additional $100 administration fee incur if house rules are broken.
Guest are to adhere to the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and agree to any charges that may result in a breach of the act where severe penalties apply.

Readyset Apartments will not be held liable for any cost relating to trade persons such as plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, and all call out fees unless approved prior my Readyset Apartments Management.
