In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.

- Lost keys (up to $200 per key)

- Failure to leave property at agreed check-out time (up to additional cost incurred by Superhostly)
