The Space: Our newly renovated and refurbished 6 bedroom, 5 ½ bathroom full house is divided into 3 separate units (one upstairs unit, one downstairs unit, and a carriage house in the back). With accommodations for up to 12 guests, this property is perfect space for large groups of friends or multiple families looking to stay together while maintaining privacy. The house has a bright, open layout and midcentury modern design, yet still somehow manages to maintain that comfortable homelike feel. It is centrally located downtown within walking distance to Upper King Street as well as countless other local hotspots and historical sights such as Five Loaves Café, Xiao Bao Biscuit, The Darling Oyster, Halsey Institute of Contemporary Art, and much more. Throughout the property, you will find hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, chic light fixtures, original brick fireplaces, brand new appliances, trendy furniture and modern art/decor. Located in beautiful Cannonborough, with allocated off-street spots that can accommodate multiple vehicles, parking will be the least of your worries.

Unit A (1st floor) features…

A large front porch with seating. Upon arrival, guests will access Unit A through the shared front door and onto their own private front porch with seating. The café table and chairs make it an ideal spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail while people watching and soaking in the beautiful Charleston weather. From here, guests will make their way into the 1st floor unit through their own private entrance.

A bright, open living room area. The living room area is open and spacious with bright mid-century modern design and décor. This area features a light grey sofa, a side table with a lamp, an area rug beneath a modern style coffee table, a ceiling fan, and a 55 inch flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Here you will also find a café table with seating for 2. This space is sure to make you feel right at home.

A fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen is open to the living room and boasts brand new stylish cabinetry with white stone countertops. It comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and gas stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided. Three cushioned bar stools with place settings surround the large kitchen island, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal together. Here you will also find the brand new stacked washer and dryer units.

2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom, located toward the front side of the house features a memory foam king sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, a large dresser, 2 accent chairs, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The 1st bathroom accessible by the 1st bedroom and the foyer features brand new tile flooring, fixtures, stone sink countertops, chic lighting, and a full bathtub/shower. The 2nd bedroom, located toward the back side of the house off of the living room also features a queen sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, a large closet, ceiling fan, 2 accent chairs, a luggage rack, a dresser, a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall and an en suite master bathroom. The en suite bathroom has brand new tile flooring, stone sink countertops, and a glass standup shower.

Unit B (2nd floor) features…

A stylish living room/lounge space with dining. Guests will enter through the shared front door, and access Unit B through the private entrance located at the end of the front porch. Once inside, ascend one flight of stairs, and arrive in the bright, open living room area. The lounge space has an open, midcentury modern design and features a large charcoal grey sofa, area rug, coffee table, a standing lamp, 2 accent chairs, a ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall above a trendy console table.
Off to the side is a small round dining table surrounded by 4 camel colored leather dining chairs. These features make this is space ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal together after a long day of exploration.

A fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen, open the living room, boasts brand new stylish cabinetry, marble countertops, and new fixtures. It comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided to make guests feel right at home. Three barstools lined along the back side of the large kitchen island, make this the perfect spot for enjoying a home-cooked meal together. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the corner of the kitchen for guests use.

A 2nd Floor Balcony. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee, watch the sunset, or just enjoy one another’s company on their own private 2nd floor balcony accessible off of the living room and the front bedroom. Here you will find plenty of outdoor seating including 2 accent chairs, a café table between two cushioned wicker chairs, and a porch swing bench.

2 Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathrooms. The 1st bedroom, located toward the front side of the house, features a memory foam king sized bed with a tuft headboard, 2 bedside tables, a standing lamp, 2 accent chairs, ceiling fan, luggage rack, full length mirror, a flat screen TV atop a wooden dresser and an ensuite bathroom. The 1st bathroom accessible by the 1st bedroom as well as the hallway, features brand new tile flooring, fixtures, stone sink countertops, and a full bathtub/shower. The 2nd bedroom, located at the back side of the house off of the living room area, features a queen sized bed, bedside table with a lamp, a large walk-in closet, luggage rack, a small dresser, wall mirror, an accent chair, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV mounted on the wall and an en suite master bathroom. The en suite bathroom has brand new tile flooring, stone sink countertops, chic lighting, new fixtures, and a large glass standup shower.

Suite C (Carriage House) features…

A Fenced-In Yard with Outdoor Seating. To access the carriage house, guests will walk along the driveway and through the back gate into the private fenced-in yard. Guests can soak up the warm weather and ocean breeze while enjoying a meal, reading a book, or catching some rays in this spacious, grassy area. Here you will find plenty of outdoor seating including a round dining table with 2 matching wicker chairs, as well as a square table with 4 chairs.

A stylish living room/lounge space with dining. Once through the private entrance and inside, guests will arrive in the open living room/lounge space that is certain to make you feel right at home. The lounge space has an open, modern farmhouse design and features a coat rack/shoe shelf, a large charcoal grey sofa, rattan area rug, circular coffee table, 2 accent chairs with an ottoman between, a ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall above a stylish console table with an industrial style table lamp. Along the wall of the staircase is a dining table for two with featuring distressed wicker dining chairs.

A fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating. The kitchen, open the living room, boasts brand new stylish cabinetry, marble countertops, and new fixtures. It comes fully equipped with brand new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, and stovetop. Basic cookware, a coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and plenty of cabinet storage are all provided to make guests feel right at home. Two barstools lined along the back side of the large kitchen island, make this the perfect spot for enjoying a home-cooked meal together. A stacked washer and dryer is located in the corner closet of the kitchen for guests use as needed. The half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen under the staircase and features brand new plumbing, fixtures, and lighting.

2 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. The bedrooms are both located up one flight of stairs on the 2nd floor. The 1st bedroom, located toward the front side of the house, features a plush queen sized bed with a tuft headboard, a bedside table with a lamp, an accent chair, a large closet, ceiling fan, a luggage rack, large closet, a wall mirror, and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall above a small wooden dresser. The full bathroom, located in the hall between the 2 bedrooms, has brand new tile flooring, stone sink countertops, chic lighting, new fixtures, and a large glass standup shower. The 2nd bedroom, located at the back side of the house, features a memory foam king sized bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a large double door closet, luggage rack, wall mirror, a fabric rocking chair, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV atop a large dresser.
