Experience the epitome of modern Charleston living in this stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom vacation rental apartment, aptly named The Soiree. Nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston, this luxurious abode offers an unbeatable location for those seeking to immerse themselves in the city's vibrant nightlife, rich history, and breathtaking beauty.

Upon arrival, you can access the unit via a personal entry code on the electronic keypad, on your private entrance door. The elegant staircase beckons, guiding you to the second floor which is home to 4 of the 5 bedrooms at The Soiree each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and one boasts a queen-size bunkbed.

Wandering up to the third floor will lead you to the expansive open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for unwinding and socializing with your group. The living room's glass doors seamlessly connect to a balcony overlooking Cannon Street, providing a refreshing escape and a glimpse into the bustling downtown scene. The third floor also features a bedroom with another king-sized bed, with access to the balcony, offering up a spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The pièce de résistance awaits on the rooftop deck, a true gem of The Soiree. This sun-kissed oasis offers a grill, outdoor dining area, ample seating, and a hot tub, making it the perfect spot to soak up the Carolina sun, take in the stunning views of Charleston, and create unforgettable memories with friends and family.

The shopping district, the historic district, and the Charleston City Market are just a 10-15 minutes walk. Leave the traffic and parking woes behind and explore the city on foot from The Soiree’s prime location.

For those who prefer to venture off the peninsula, The Soiree offers free parking, conveniently located just two blocks away on Line Street. Your hosts at Charleston Vacays are happy to arrange a ride from your vehicle to The Soiree between 10AM and 5PM. Please note there is no on-site parking at the property.

If you'd prefer to park closer, street parking passes are available for purchase, but parking is not guaranteed—it's first come, first served.

If you choose street parking, please read all street signs carefully, especially for street sweeping days. The city may tow cars that are parked illegally, and Charleston Vacays is not responsible for any fines or towing.

This unit is accessible by stairs ONLY. There is no elevator. The main floor is up a large staircase (pictured in the listing.)

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: The hot tub is routinely serviced on the FIRST THURSDAY of every month. Charleston Vacays' team services it on every checkout otherwise. If your reservation contains the first Thursday of the month, our technician will need access into your unit. Guests are not required to be present, however, please understand that this is NOT an optional service. Our technician will enter the property whether guests are there or not in order to keep our hot tub in working condition. Additional service can potentially be scheduled upon request but is not guaranteed.
