The camera is positioned to monitor the entrance and surrounding outdoor areas . There is parking for two (2) small to mid-size vehicles. To ensure smooth access for everyone, kindly avoid blocking the driveway, CVP is not responsible for towed vehicles.

Neither Curated Vacation Properties nor the property owner shall be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas.
đ« Pets are NOT Allowed:
As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
đ« This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
đ§ł Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.
đïž Noise Notice:
Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetâs dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
âïž A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
âïž Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
âïž We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
âïž By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
