Continental #304 is a nicely decorated 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo with great ocean views!
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. It has everything you need to cook a nice meal while on vacation!
The living area is spacious, and offers plenty of seating including a pull out sofa sleeper to accommodate more guests if needed.
The condo has two bedrooms.
The master has a queen bed and the guest room has two twin beds.
The pool area is a great place to cool off in our tropical beach climate.
Guests can get to the beach quickly, by using the private beach access for the complex.
Parking is conveniently located just across the street.

Great Location and Condo

Only reason I did not give it a perfect score is this condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Other than that it's located by Wanna Wanna and other restaurants are walking distance.

The walk to the beach was very close and very convenient. The parking lots right across the street was also very nice. The house was very clean and nice. Lots of utensils to use in the kitchen. The view and balcony was great and was able to hear the ocean from the house.

Fantastic Getaway Paradise

Spent 3 weeks at this beach front condo overlooking the sea. Enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and walking out to the beach to lay out and do some surf fishing. The complex was very private and secure. It was conveniently close to the Wanna-wanna bar & grill as well as to so many shops and restaurants. Needless to say we left very relaxed and pleased with the unit.

Above Average

Amazing view. Rooms where clean. Kitchen had all the essentials. Staff was readily available to answer calls. I think the only downfall was the main bedroom bed was hard. Also I don't remember seeing that there was no elevator. It was hard for my mother-in-law to go up the third floor.

Memorial Weekend

We really enjoyed our weekend, condo was as expected. AC was cold, place was clean. Great beach view and could see fireworks from the balcony. The pool had great shade late afternoon. We used laundry facilities with ease, bring quarters. My only change is next time I will stay on 1st floor instead of 3rd floor, too many steps for me on vacation LOL. Kids loved that Wanna Wanna was walking distance to get burgers, etc. See you again soon!

What a view! Great location, great beach access and great view. BUT the condo is not to the standard of the price tag! Everything in this place is in need of refreshing. The shower is beyond acceptable, the sink, pots and flatware is rusty. The table is damaged, the dresser doors don't work, the furniture is mismatched and very minimal. Deck furniture is just for 2, bed in primary bedroom only double bed and no overhead lights, sink in bathroom is child hight as is toilet. Bathroom itself very tiny. Overall the condo interior needs to be remodeled. Upgrade lighting to led, would make the condo look lighter.

Vacation rental

Rental place was good. Pluggings especially in master bedroom would not keep cords plugged in. Bathroom was the same. SPI were right on the ball when there was a electrical problem. We're very helpful. It was a great trip.SPI very helpful in helping find a more suited place for next year. One with a elevator.

On the Beach

View was spectacular and getting to see the sunrise each morning just set the tone for the rest of the day. The place had everything we needed to have the most wonderful vacation on SPI! Thank you!

Beautiful view

The condo was nice and clean but could use some updating. The view was beautiful! We were on the 3rd floor and no elevator, it was a lot harder than we thought. We will never stay at a place without an elevator ever again.

Shortest Walk to Beach

Loved how close we were to the beach! The condo stayed very cool. Wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans. Seems like the rooms stayed warm unless the doors were left open. Would stay again! Reasonably priced!

The view was incredible, which was the main reason we decided to stay here. However, the bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all. We also noticed multiple tiny roaches throughout the condo, even on the bathroom door. The toilet is small, a tall person might have a hard time as the sinks are also very low. Pros- OCeanfront View at top floor Cons- Needs Upgrades; at the very least a comfortable bed and Pillows.

Good but could be great

Our stay at Continental 304 was very enjoyable with a few negatives. The location and view are magnificent. Balcony access from both the living and bed rooms give you a reason to get up in the morning and linger as the sun comes up over the water and the waves pound the beach. The unit is clean, kitchen well equipped, and the bed in the master is very comfortable although a bit small. The beach is only a couple hundred feet away. Beds in the second bedroom have cheap mattresses and are only suitable for children. The pool is small, not heated, and only has three loungers and three chairs. No lounge chairs or umbrellas for the beach. The boardwalk to the beach is in disrepair and could be a problem for those unsteady on their feet. Complex has laundry facilities but they are fairly expensive. Water to the bathroom sink takes a very long time to get warm and never gets hot. The Wanna Wanna bar and grill is just a few feet down the beach and is a wonderful place to eat and get a drink. We highly recommend it. If we return to SPI, we would consider staying here again. The price is very reasonable for what you get and the SPIRental staff is courteous and responsive.

Our third floor condo was in pretty good condition and had a fantastic location and view. It was spacious and fairly well kept for an older unit. The pool was quite small, not heated, and only had room for three lounges and three chairs. Not enough for a complex of 15 units. Other properties we have used in the past included lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. you could take to the beach. This unit had two folding web chairs and one was broken. We were quite disappointed as other condo complexes on the beach had stacks of lounge chairs at the beach. While there are laundry facilites in the complex, they are not free and are quite expensive. The master bedroom is large and the bed is quite comfortable. Unfortunately it is only a double. The mattresses in the second bedroom are quite cheap and only suitable for children. Nothing was a deal breaker but a few bucks spent on amenities would have made this a great vacation spot. Instead it was merely good.

Continental #304

We love the location of the Continental and have stayed for multiple years , the last two years in #304. We love the 3rd floor and have already booked again for next year. The only two things I wish could be addressed is there is no other seating than a short couch. Seems odd in a condo that sleeps 6 but on has seating for two. If you have guests over it sucks and you have to use your beach chairs inside, which isn't very comfortable. We just like the location so much we bring our own. The other thing that would be greatly appreciated would be a tv in the bedroom. Doesn't seem like too much to ask and I don't feel like I should have to haul one a thousand miles just to have one. These are really the only two things we'd change and as I said at the beginning we've stayed at the Continental for many years and it just feels like home away from home in January every year.
