Perfect for our stay

The property was very convient for what we needed. We stayed for the weekend and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The communication with the host was so easy to.

Located by the beach and the place was clean SPI rental always got back to me when I had questions next time I would book directly through SPI than vrbo due to extra fees other than that everything was great

Great Beachfront Condo

This was perfect for our family vacation to SPI. The condo is right on the beach and very convenient to everywhere. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable and would certainly come back again.

Lovely condo right on the beach

The condo was lovely and we had a great stay. It was overall, clean, comfortable and on the first floor which made it so easy to get to the beach and the pool. The master bedroom mattress was pretty old/squeaky, but that's my only complaint. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay was fantastic. The first day we were there the air conditioner wasn't working right. We called Spi rental office and they had someone come and fix it that night. The view of the ocean was great.

SPI rentals is the icing on the cake!

The condo itself is a great value. Even better is the support that SPI rentals provides. There were a couple of issues with the condo this time I rented and SPI was courteous and fast to get the repairs completed. I will always rent with these guys no matter where I end up at SPI.

The Best

This condo was amazing, I loved the view, pool in front was a plus. Easy beach access was awesome and we also took pics by the sunflowers. The shower/rinse area was nice. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. I just couldn't get the blind in the master bedroom up but the living area view made up for it. Every room in this condo clean and supplied very well. Thanks, we had the best time.

Condo was great! Clean! Bed was comfortable. I would suggest a high top patio set. The unit is ground level and patio appears a bit below ground level which prohibits a good ocean view. The building is old and needs some TLC. Small pool area but, again, the unit was great!

Easy Family Stay

Our family of 5 had a great time at this condo. It was very clean with super easy access to the beach and all the fun of the island. We prefer the location on the far end of the island, over the busy area near the bridge. The first floor was ideal for hauling our stuff to and from the beach. The weekend was crowded in the pool area and on the beach. The washing machine was a game changer! The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a later check out. A 10 a.m. check out doesn't leave us much time to enjoy the last day. Thanks for making our stay in SPI so great.

Cleanliness & safety

We found dirty socks and jeans in bed and also clothes in drawer. We additionally found chewed gum in the hand railing of bunk bed It was brought up to SPI about cleanliness of establishment and nothing was done. It made us question the level of cleaning down by crew between clients. Additionally, SPI did immediately respond to a safety concern w back sliding door not locking as we were on 1st floor. It was immediately resolved.

Great view for a ground floor unit ♡

Overall, this place was great. View was perfect, kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities. Community is gated and has its own private boardwalk to the beach. Parking is across the street but that was not an issue for us. We only had 2 complaints: Master bed is the squeakiest thing ever. Pretty sure it is the box springs but every turn in the night created a horrible squeak that would wake one of us up. Other issue is the temperature in the master. The condo stayed cool everywhere except for the master which made it necessary to use the ceiling fan at night. Even with these 2 issues, we would definitely stay here again...for the location (less than a block from the Wanna Wanna) and the price, it was an excellent deal. SPIRENTALS was very easy to work with also :)

Overall a great stay

We stayed for 4 days. The SPI management company is great to deal with, they are very friendly and quick to answer questions. You will need to print and sign the contract and fax/email back to them, so make sure you have a printer available and have a way to send it back to them. You call them when you are 30 minutes out, and when you are at the bridge and they have someone meet you at the property. We arrived to Continental #104. First, they do not have parking in front of the property, you have to park across the street, either on the street or in a parking lot for residents/visitors. There is a locked gate and they give you the code, so it's secure. Upon getting inside, it's definitely like the photos, except the couch is a bit run down and odd to sit in because of the 2 cushions, just don't sit down the middle of it. There was some damage to walls, but they say they note all of that and should not worry about it. There is a TV in each bedroom and living room. There is an XBOX for games, but we didn't use it. DVD player available too. You have everything you need in the kitchen, except pot holders (when you use the oven, you kind of want them). You get dish soap and 2 tabs for the dishwasher. They pretty much provide you with linens and towels, and get one little bottle each of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. But if you are staying for more than a day, you will most likely bring your own. The little bars of soap were sufficient for us. You will need to bring your own detergent if you intend on washing clothes. There is no direct access to the beach from the patio, which is nice in space, since it spans the length of your condo from living room to master bedroom. The master bedroom bed is _extremely_ noisy, when getting in, changing positions or getting out, but very comfortable (not firm though, in case you like firm beds). The bunk beds are possibly queen or double beds (top and bottom), so they are a good size. The view of the ocean is a bit limited, but that was because we wanted the convenience of the first floor (picture on site depicts correctly). There is a pool, which we didn't end up using. There is a wash off area by back gate. You can see the bay fireworks (Thurs and Fri night) from the front of the condo, but probably best if you were on the bay and we didn't get to stay for the beach fireworks on Saturday night. Beach isn't too crowded in this area. Overall, we had fun, felt at home. Renting a condo beats renting a hotel any time.

Lovely, tastefully decorated clean unit, so nice to have first floor quick access to beach walkway. Very quiet and access to pool immediately outside door of unit. Small 3 level condo building, no large crowds around pool or immediate beach area, very private and comfortable. Meets all relaxation needs, beautiful gulf view from 1st floor balcony. SPI Rentals were exceptional to deal with and responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Excellent staff.
