Villa Valbonne is a perfect family holiday home, located in a private domain – an exclusive and quiet residential area, approximately a 15 minute walk into the village of Valbonne, next Golf d’Opio-Valbonne and Mouratoglou Tennis Academy.
The charming village of Valbonne has a great French atmosphere with many restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques to enjoy. It also has a lovely main square around which many restaurants have outdoor seating, providing a wonderful atmosphere. There are also local markets, galleries, plays, music and circus events that come to Valbonne.
Friday mornings are well known for the great outdoor market in Valbonne. It has a wonderful selection of local products such as cheese, saucisson, … as well as local arts, crafts, clothes, …. It’s a great place to walk through the village streets and enjoy shopping, browsing or a morning coffee.
The villa is approximately a 20 minute drive to the coast and the larger towns of Antibes and Cannes. It also has many other great villages to visit within a 20 minute drive such as Mougins, Biot, Grasse… which all offer restaurants, cafes, shops, local markets…

Exterior
This lovely property has a great garden which is large (5000 m2) and mostly flat. There is lots of space for children to run around the entire garden. The part of the garden closest to the villa is more manicured and the remaining garden is left more natural – all of it is accessible and pleasure to explore.
The property is very private. It is located in a lovely, private domaine in Valbonne. There are great nature walks starting directly from the villa into the nearby forest area between Valbonne and Roquefort les Pins.
The large pool (11m x 5m) is heated and has a tiled terrace around it as well as a flat grassy area. There are several sun loungers around it to enjoy the outdoors and a large shaded comfortable lounge furniture set for 12.
There are also outdoor games such as table tennis and a trampoline.
The terrace directly outside the villa, overlooks the garden and pool area. On this terrace, there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a comfortable lounge area. Ideally located in the shade for warm summer days. There is a also a gas barbecue for meal preparations. You can enjoy playing ping-pong or trampoline.
Villa Valbonne is a wonderful holiday accommodation in which to relax and located walking distance to a very charming village.


Interior
Villa Valbonne has a lovely spacious interior which is tiled and mostly open plan. The living area is on the ground floor and opens directly onto the shaded terrace, on which there is outdoor dining furniture and a lounge area.
The large Provencal kitchen is fully equipped. It is next to the interior dining area, which opens onto the shaded terrace facing the pool area.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor with air-conditioning. The master bedroom is large and has a 180 cm double bed. It has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower, double sink and toilet. It also opens onto the terrace facing the pool.air-conditioning
The second double bedroom has a 160cm bed and opens onto the side garden. The third bedroom has a 140cm bed..There is a second bathroom on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet for the two bedrooms.
There is also a separate independent guest toilet.
There are 2 other bedrooms on the first floor both with air-conditioning. Two of these bedrooms have a double bed (140cm). They share a bathroom with shower, sink and independant toilet.
The interior of the villa is well laid out for a large family, or several small families, with spacious rooms. It is a wonderful accommodation in which to enjoy a summer holiday by the pool and very close to Valbonne.
