Il a un excellent emplacement à seulement deux pâtés de maisons du centre-ville et de la plage, vous pouvez donc passer la journée à vous promener sur la plage, faire du shopping et manger à distance de marche. Vous rentrerez chez vous dans un cadre calme et paisible avec une kitchenette, une télévision à écran plat et le câble.

Le Sea Treasures Inn est situé à seulement un pâté de maisons du centre-ville. Dirigez-vous vers l'est jusqu'à l'autoroute 101 où vous trouverez de nombreux magasins à explorer, de nombreux restaurants et bien plus encore. Il y a un accès à la plage publique à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons à l'extrémité ouest de N 3rd Avenue où vous trouverez de longues étendues de plage à explorer dans les deux sens.

Perfect for a beach getaway!

I had a lovely time at Sea Treasures Inn. The room was clean and the housekeepers even left a roll of poop bags for my pup. They had plenty of bath and beach towels for us to use. The location is just steps from Rockaway Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely vintage motel, steps to the beach

Love how it was right in the center of everything, and only a half a block to the beach. Did not love the lack of water pressure, and that it would go from scalding hot to freeze you in about two seconds with no warning, and back-and-forth. Very easy access, clean, and air. Definitely could have done with a screen on the sliding glass door, because the flies were atrocious. Three fly swatters were provided though. Would also have liked the option to turn off the lights on the balcony, which made the room extremely bright to sleep in.

Clean cute Studio

Renting and checking was a breeze. Our stay was great. The room was clean. They provided towels and a water dish for my pup. The amenities were good. Maybe only downfall would be, I wanted to set out on the deck for fresh air and view and there was a lot of bird droppings that I thought should have been cleaned.

No need to be afraid of the dark here!

Balcony faces street, has only one chair, no table, and the lights flash all night like a Las Vegas casino sign. Hot shower water is a premium you fight for. Walls are thin... lots of noise! Plus side...just one block to the beach and right in town!

Couldn't stay

Check in was really rough. They almost canceled my reservation, then didn't send me the code for the door and when I called the code they have me didn't work so I had to use the lock box and get the key. The bed was awful. The room was hot. There was so much bird poop on the balcony that stunk so bad we couldn't open the door to cool off the room. Ended up finding somewhere else to stay. Still waiting on news of a refund.

Safety issues

Two major issues with the room: The bathroom vent fan did not work (this is a legal violation), and we were unable to lock the door from outside, using the keypad (safety issue). We did get it to work once (with the help of another guest), so we knew how, but after that it stopped working altogether. We called both issues in immediately, but by the end of our 3-day stay, nothing had been done.

Sea Treasures Inn

Our stay was overall good. Pretty close to the beach and other parts of the town, within walking or short driving distance. We liked that they provided dog bowls for our dog too. Only downside was the toiletries and toilet paper luckily we weren't staying longer or else we would have ran out, but we assumed they based that on the stay. We also brought our own shampoo and things because they did not have any. The parking is also not that great either as it is set up where you have to park behind someone or them behind you. So that doesn't access to leave whenever.

Paying for Pet Friendly Hotel and Location

The hotel check in and check out was super easy. The room was clean, bathroom was not squeaky clean but good enough for us. The balcony and balcony door is not very secure and the pigeon droppings is everywhere we can’t use it at all. The toilette is smaller than an average american size toilette and it sat lower than usual even for a 5’7” guy. The bath tub has rusts, but that’s something minor but worth mentioning. The beach is only 30 paces away and even when we paid $200 for the night, it was still worth it for us for the fact that they allow pets and they provided towels for our pets. I would have rated 4.5 stars and we’ll stay here again in the future.

Place to sleep.

This is a converted motel room. It was fairly clean. The mattress is in need of replacement. Not easy to sleep with the curtains that should be blackout but aren't, and the bright balcony lights outside, made worse because one of them is faulty and blinks off and on all night long. The water system doesn't have any way of accommodating when the person in the next room turns their hot water on or off, so be prepared to be chilled or scalded while showering. Fridge is pretty good. Small microwave so don't bring anything much bigger than a burrito to heat up.

Unprepared Room

I didn't like that there was no one on-site for check-in. There were 2 of us booked for 2 nights. There was one single-cup coffee filter provided. We had brought our own coffee but it could not be used in the miniature machine they provided (not keurig). Likewise, there was only 1 patio chair provided. The dresser knob was broke and it came off with each use. The hair dryer did not work. There was a significant leak from the bathtub faucet which was loud. There were no hanger to hang our clothes on the provided rack. No clock, and only one lamp. We were given 1oz of shampoo and 1 oz of conditioner. We called Vacasa, waited on hold for many minutes. They then called the maintainance, who in turn called us. Ultimately they ended up bringing us more shampoo and a set of hanger, that was it. Very disappointed with this room, we won't be staying there again.

Better than expected

A decent, clean room at a fair price. There's some deferred maintenance which is troublesome - we were told that the owners were made aware of our leaky tub faucet months ago. Check in was problematic. We were not aware we needed to download a separate app. When we got a live person we discovered our reservation had been switched to a location thousands of miles away. Fortunately that was resolved quickly.

Dirty

The pictures sure look good online but the inside of the room is very dirty...... hair on bathroom wall, dirty walls and doors, front door looked like it had been kicked in, bed must be 100 yrs old as when you sit on it you sink down about 3 feet. We booked for a week and stayed 1 night. Refused to ruin our vacation. Got a full refund after arguing about the condition. Do not stay here.

We only stayed one night instead of two as the bed was horribly uncomfortable and the room felt like a prison room rather than a hotel or home.

- [ ] No screen in sliding glass door when there’s no ac. (Note: we didn’t expect ac in Rockaway, there’s usually no need. But since the sliding glass door is the only way to get a breeze not having a screen is ridiculous) - [ ] Only 1 (flimsy plastic) chair on deck - [ ] No mirror in main room - [ ] Constant stream of water in tub - [ ] No directions on lockbox - [ ] General disrepair -needs painted, difficult to use and sketchy deadlock, knob missing from dresser - [ ] 3 remotes for tv with no instructions If it hadn’t been for the friendly and helpful housekeeper who just happened to be on site, getting into the room would have been a nightmare. She was the only positive about this place. Also just be aware that the stated price isn’t the actual price you will be paying after the hidden fees pop up.

1. I didn't like checking in via a code within my email. Absolutely no employees onsite. 2. Broken dresser drawer knob that came off every time I opened the drawer. 3. Hair dryer was not working. 4. There were 2 of us, staying for 2 nights. Only one tiny shampoo and conditioner was supplied. 5. Only one coffee round filter (one-cup) for single cup coffee maker was supplied. We could not find these in stores (not Keurig cups). 6. Only 1 chair on the balcony. 7. No hangers to hand clothes on the rack provided. 8. Constant stream of water leaking from the bathtub faucet (loud). We called, waited on hold of course for many minutes. Several of these items were suppose to be taken care of and/or brought to us right away. This did not happen. We were brought hangers, shampoos and conditioners. They knew about the leak before we arrived. They couldn't find more coffee, or a 2nd chair for the patio. The other listed items above were not noticed at the time of the phone call.

Light and Airy, Quiet and Peaceful

I felt so at ease in this room, it has such a light and sunny vibe. I was a little bummed that the birds had taken over the patio, as that also could be such a great space!
