We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice, clean, and had an amazing view. One of the things I appreciated most was that there was a restroom in every bedroom â super convenient for everyone.
The jacuzzi worked perfectly and was already warmed up for us when we arrived, which made us feel so welcomed. The owner had everything ready and responded very quickly to any questions we had throughout our stay.
Highly recommend this property for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Pigeon force.!
The cabin was beautiful and the views are incredible! We did see 1 bear at dusk walking up the side of the house. The kids loved the game room downstairs! The only complaint is a wasps nest between the middle and top deck. We also enjoyed the public pool. It was a great way to cool off after hott days! Definitely reccomend this cabin
We stayed here with our 10 and 7 year old as well as one set of grandparents. The house has a great layout with plenty of room for everyone. The stairs are a little scary going up and down but with two masters on the main level the four adults didn't have to take them to their rooms. The game room is fantastic as is the hot tub and you can't beat the views. My kids didn't to leave and already decided they want to come back for their birthdays. The road to the cabin is pretty steep so I would be leery traveling up there in the winter. Other than that, it's a great location!
We had the best stay! Amazing view without the steep driveway. Very clean and very cute cabin. Just what we were looking for. Perfect for a girls trip! Would definitely stay in this cabin again! 10/10
The house was clean. We had a few couples staying there and there was plenty of space for everyone! Love the views! Close to town but far enough away to not hear a lot of the noise.
Impressive cabin. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable. It took the fridge a day or so to get cold on highest setting but no issue. Thank you again
Overall the place was very good. There were only 2 forks when we got there, but they delivered them the day we called. The beds downstairs were very comfortable. The one bed needed a mattress pad. When we went to pull the sheets off to put on the floor to be cleaned there was a large pee stain, so I would recommend that if renting your place get water proof mattress pads for beds because this mattress is a nice mattress that someone ruined, and obviously did not relay that message when they departed.
The place was overall very clean.
The downstairs tub would not drain, so you stood in 3 inches of water.
The furniture was outdated which did not bother me, but I would recommend at least some knobs on some of the dressers. Knobs can be bought pretty cheap.
Views were great. Hot tub was clean. Could not get main floor tv to work with direct tv. No HDMI cable, but other TVâs worked well, and main floor tv you could use as smart tv.
We never could get fireplace to work. The actual remote plug in for fireplace has never been out of box. Would recommend that being fixed for upcoming cool weather.
We have stayed at about ten different Starr Crest cabins over the years and this one was by far the worst we ever rented. The cabin has clearly been neglected and has seen better days. The furniture is old and broken, nothing has been updated in what looks like thirty years, the faucets don't work properly, the toilets all run constantly, the kitchen faucet drips constantly, the ac in the main bedrooms didn't work and they were miserably hot, the fireplace in the main room didn't work (not that we would have wanted to use it this trip because the bedrooms were so hot, the hot tub wouldn't get warm and the jets wouldn't work, the carpets were super gross and stained and we wouldn't dare touch them with our bare feet, the cabin looks so dingy and gross even if the cabin was spotless it wouldn't have looked clean, the linens were gross looking, and the outdoor furniture was splintered and unfit to sit in. Overall this cabin needs A LOT of work and until then should NOT be rented. Gross. Gross. Gross.
We absolutely loved the location and the view! The cabin was well furnished. The washer was tiny (you could fit three towels) and the dryer took two full cycles to dry anything, but if you donât want to wash clothes on your vacation, itâs great!
The dryer was broke and had to dry clothes 3 times, there was a leak either from the sink or dish...
Beautiful view, spacious, plenty of room for everyone!! Could use a little upgrading compared to other cabins Iâve been to, but overall wasnât too bad!!
The cabin was beautifully decorated, had comfortable beds, full of amenities, 3 decks and 10 minutes drive to the heart of Pigeon Forge! The view of the mountains was breathtaking!!
Used this house for a multi-family vacation. We had six adults and eight kids. There was plenty of sleeping area. The view off the back deck is beautiful with nice rockers to enjoy. Over all house was clean.
It was a struggle to cool the house down. Upstairs loft was so warm, no one wanted to sleep up there. Dryer wasnât drying clothes even after 3 cycles. We soon figured out that it wasnât vented properly. Management was notified. No fix during our stay. Trash was never picked up. We had a large group and cooked everyday, so that was a real problem. Requested a pick up from management. It didnât happen⊠I realize they are probably on a schedule, but we didnât know what to do with all our trash bags.
Living room/ dining area is tight. A large group canât all be in it at the same time. There is an outside table though.
