Remarques sur le stationnement: Deux places de parking sont disponibles sous le bâtiment. Il y aura deux laissez-passer de stationnement fournis dans le condo. L'un sera bleu et l'autre sera rouge. Veuillez remettre les laissez-passer au réfrigérateur avant de partir pour le départ, car ils seront nécessaires au prochain client. Garez-vous dans l'espace bleu et utilisez le col bleu. Garez-vous dans un espace rouge et utilisez le laissez-passer rouge. Veuillez laisser sur le comptoir de la cuisine à la caisse. Good spot

we were really pleased with our stay. The Home had enough room for five adults and two kids moved around freely and had our own spaces. it was a short walk to the beach and easy enough to come back-and-forth to get snacks and such. The vacasa Team answered my text messages quickly and effieciently

Not worth 500 a night

The place was dirty no parking pass and the balcony furniture was broke so we couldn't sit will never rent from them again our neighbor let us look in his rental and it was alot nicer and cheaper

Big Beach Rental

Typical beach rental. Pictures make the queen and bunk bed room look bigger than they are. King room looked nice with two sinks, shower and tub. Hair jamming the shower drain, hole in coffee pot, sub par cookware, MIA TP in one bath. Next to pool, one elevator. Big buckets on rollers to bring your stuff up.

The property is a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We were informed via email of the COVID Premium Cleaning program, yet the property was not very clean. The kitchen trash can had dirty water in the bottom & gummies were found under the bed. The plastic deck chairs were cracked/broken, and the master bedroom vertical blinds were missing slats. There was no way of making the bedroom dark or private, so we had to dress in the bathroom. There were no dish sponges or wash clothes provided(as stated), but bath towels were provided. The location was great, but we would not rent this particular unit again.

Great place and location with a few problems

Vacasa messed up a bunch of things that a property management company should get right. The day before pur check in I was given a keypad code to access the unit and instructed to go directly to the place. Got there, no key panel on the property. When we called Vacasa they initially (incorrectly) said my reservation was the next week. When they finally found my reservation, we found out we had to go to their office for a key. The place is really nice and spacious, good location, and was clearly clean. I wish we had known there were 4 coffee mugs and 2 patio chairs for a group with 6 adults. We asked on Monday night if Vacasa could help us out with getting some more patio chairs. The night before we left they finally responded saying, "The place only has 4 patio chairs. Sorry" ...???... there were 2... The biggest problem we had was the toilet in the common area bathroom got clogged, and despite trying to plunge it out ourselves we had to call Vacasa for help, they slow rolled on fixing it for 2 days, so we basically paid for a 3 bathroom place and got 2 usable bathrooms for the majority of our stay. I understand things happen... if we had any decent comms from Vacasa about what was going on and why they were unable to fix the issue during our stay i would have felt different about the whole experience. All in all the property was great even though we needed more dishes and chairs, and Vacasa's subpar management made this stay unnecessarily frustrating.

RENT ELSEWHERE!

Vasca is the property manager. AC never went below 80 even though it was set to 70. We had to wash every pot,dish, and silverware. All dishes were put away dirty. Coffee pot burner was rusted out and the actual glass of the pot was broken-hole in the side of glass!! Deck furniture-only had 4 chairs two of which were broken to the point we couldn't use. Called and texted 3 times to vasca. Nothing was resolved. Rent somewhere else!!! Do not stay here. It looked like a frat house, dirty beyond belief,cheap utensils, broken furniture throughout the condo. We will NEVER go back. Not family friendly. We stayed with 10 people ranging from 4 months to 73. I had to keep apologizing to my family for the condition of the place. The pictures are from when the place was brand new. It has not been maintained and not been properly cleaned in between visits. We had black feet immediately on entry, there was a layer of scum and grease on everything in kitchen. We should not have to clean when arriving!! Again, choose somewhere else and definitely do not use vasca. They have yet to resolve our issues and brushed off our saftey concerns with the broken glass. When we arrived a maintained person told us to watch out for broken glass because the people before broke a picture. Our sink hose turned on when you turned the faucet on and they brushed that off. Like I want a shower while washing your dirty dishes left behind by someone else. Never again!

Neglected Property with Serious Issues, DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!

This property was located in a great area of OCMD and had great views of both the ocean side and Bay side also the pool was in a perfect location on the same floor as this unit, but that was it. The home was found to have a non-working AC system for which I had to call Vacasa representatives who took forever to get back to me. Once Vacasa did get back to me they stated that they knew that there was a known issue with the AC unit and that the Owner did not want to replace it and had been refilling the freon every two weeks. I also found out that just prior to our stay (2 days prior) Vacasa (through the owner) opened up a home warranty on the property due to the known AC unit issues. Once the AC repair service arrived Vacasa refused to send a repersentitive to the home to facilitate the fixing and forced me to be the person that communicated with the repair people on behalf of them and the unit owner. There was also a large amount of mold on the bathroom wall which they stated that they would send someone to the home to fix and deal with which they never did. Lamp shades were found broken, outside patio chairs were broken, no toilet paper in the unit at all. Water on the floor from the broken AC unit. This home is a very neglected property and Vacasa and clearly the unit owner do not care about it at all. I would avoid this home at all costs. I am in the process of attempting to get a refund for some of the stay but I am getting the run around by a Vacasa Representative named Lori. This ruined about 48 hours of our stay and added a large amount of time that needed to be dedicated to the staying at the home waiting for the AC company as well as staying with him to figure out the issues. Like I said DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Great homie condo

It was such a nice place to stay. On the main street with lots of places to go during the at just a walk distance. The condo had a lot of beds and bathrooms for a family to enjoy. I loved staying here. It had 5 full beds (Queen and kind size) balcony and three bathrooms. Nice pool on rooftop and full kitchen with huge dining table.

Spacious for larger groups.

We enjoyed the location and the set up of the property. Check in and communication with management was easy. The property is capable of being excellent. The balcony furniture is old and a chair was cracked. The laundry closet was filled with dust because of the hvac unit. A bedroom had a leftover corn chip in the window. The balcony door wasn’t working properly. You have to fight with it to close it every time. In one of the bathrooms rusty nails are poking out in the side of the sink. A little TLC could really go a long way.

Overall a good location.

Property needs updates, furniture and bathrooms clean but dated. There was no balcony furniture. Not enough living room seating. Stated at other units in this building that were nicer and less expensive. Still a good unit in midtown.

Great Stay

The condo was good. It had alot more amenities than we expected. There were lots of linens that we weren't expecting. The condo could use some updates in the kitchen. The refrigerator needs to be updated and the kitchen table. They were both a bit of an eye sore. Other than that everything was to our satisfaction.

The unit was spacious and the views were nice however, the screen door did not close properly, the refrigerator was rusted on the outside and the inside of the refrigerator, the master bedroom smelled like a skunk sprayed the entire bedroom(if you know what I mean) and the smell never went away. I read a review about this unit after I booked it. The review mentioned the rusted refrigerator so I spoke with a VRBO rep. and they assured me that it would be taking care of....but it wasn't taking care of. Sooo disappointed. I will never book with VRBO again.

Property needed repairs, WiFi was not available all week, there was no deck furniture was available, parking passes were useless, tile, carpets & tile dining room table need good cleaning. Refrigerator was rusty and missing parts in freezer.

Misrepresented

I would not stay in unit again. The pros the size and location of the property are perfect. It was unclean, had bugs and there had been a pet in the unit. Carpets were filthy, walls were filthy, blinds were sparse and inoperable, the broken blinds were stuffed behind and under furniture. The refrigerator was rusted and an eyesore. This place has potential if owners/management and cleaners get in there to get it updated, cleaned and properly treated. Currently, it’s a huge no! It’s actually disgusting they are currently advertising and charging for this place.

Just Shy of Perfect

The location to the beach and amenities is great. The condo is spacious and well laid out, very convenient to the roof-top pool and elevator access. The condo contributed to an overall enjoyable stay. However, there are several problems that should be addressed. The storm door latch is maladjusted causing the door to not close correctly. The garbage disposal does not work and the sink on that side is clogged. The blinds for the sliding doors have broken and missing slats. The balcony had three plastic chairs, one was broken and unusable.

Spacious Condo

Condo is large enough to sleep 10ppl. Three bedrooms and each has it's own bathroom. The kitchen was large. The dining table was big enough to fit my large family. We had a great time.
