AMAZING BAYFRONT CONDO WITH STUNNING VIEWS, BALCONY, ROOFTOP POOL AND FIREPLACE.
Your family of 9 will certainly enjoy this freshly painted 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath midtown condo featuring a fully equipped kitchen, (w/ automatic drip coffee maker), and all the comforts of home plus more. It's a short distance to the beach- (approximately 2 walking blocks).
Recently updated in 2024: dining room and living room furniture, bedding in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and new balcony furniture.
The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and sliders to balcony with an amazing view of the bay.
The master bedroom features a king sleep number bed, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains, private ensuite bathroom with double vanity sink, jacuzzi tub, & stand-alone glass enclosed shower and slider doors to balcony. The 2nd Bedroom features a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom features a twin over king bunk bed. The spacious hall bath features a shower/tub combo. There are streaming TVs and WiFi in the unit for your convenience. This property rents any 3 nights.
Building amenities include: an elevator, rooftop pool and 2 parking spaces. Let's start making memories, book your reservation today.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, (or select the linen package), soaps and paper products.
***Note this white glove owner provides a starter package of 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pod and coffee filters and a 12 oz. bag of coffee.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Couldn't work the temperature controls but the property is beautiful and right on the bay. Balconies were awesome with sturdy furniture and glass railing so you could see everything. Nice having an elevator and parking is not assigned so it was nice picking your parking place. We had to leave a day early due to the nor-easter since my vehicle was like 10' from the bay. Sad we had to leave so soon.

Great Place

This place was very clean and was well kept. Perfect for our family with the roof pool and short walk to the beach. Great restaurant next door and convenient to local market. We will be back.

Great Family place

The property management company was flexible and accommodating for my late arrival. It was convenient and simple. Location was ok. A little further from the bustling action than I would have liked but overall….Good. Place was clean and the best part is the balcony with the view in the mornings. Place also came with beach chairs, boogie boards etc!!! Sweet deal!!! Will definitely stay here again!!!!

The location is perfect, the layout of the condo is perfect. We had a lot of rain but there was plenty of room for the family to play games indoors etc. My only suggestion is to put curtains on the sliding glass doors in the living room. It was hard to see the TV during the day with the glare of the sun and water.

Cleaning

I love the actual property it was beautiful. The staff who cleans needs to do a little bit better the master bathroom, it was his and her sinks one of the sink had cobwebs the master bedroom someone must have drinking something with red juice and it was just displayed, it only took a bleach wipe to clean it but I was very uncomfortable with certain things so we just went and bought hangers and hung up stuff in a walking closet the only thing is I love that place and it's too beautiful to not be taking care of and giving More Love.

The location is great for Ocean City. I would advise anyone who is not familiar with Ocean City that the coastal highway is extremely loud and this property is very close to the coastal highway and right next to a major bridge. However, the view of the bay from this unit is beautiful. The unit itself was okay. It was not super clean when we got there and some things are broken. The management company didn't fix them. They said they would have to wait until after we left. Dealing with the management company is not easy and vrbo doesn't help at all. They just take your money up front and then you have to deal directly with the management company for everything else. The management website is terrible. Their communications lack complete information and are sent piecemeal. If you want to rent this unit I would recommend you skip verbo and go straight to Central Reservations from the beginning.

The place was nice but

When we arrived the code to get in the front door would not work, we called and they tried to have me fix it but still was not working so they said they’d send someone over but never did. We just ended up using the backup keys which was fine but just annoying because we have a group of people to share one key. Then we noticed the fridge and freezer weren’t working. We called and someone came to fix it but it still didn’t work and we had to throw all the food we brought for lunches and snacks, and our frozen stuff away because when we woke up it was completely warm. The place was nice and the view was great but for the price we paid it should have been better.

Good morning Laura, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are so sorry you had problems during your stay. The refrigerator did have problems where it was fine and then it was not cooling correctly. The owner immediately had a new refrigerator delivered to the property and everything is good now. I see Central Reservations did give you a rebate for your inconvenience.

Beautiful condo, poor maintenance and inspection

Beautiful spacious condo. Was a great size for our family and we loved the pool and location. Well decorated and a beautiful master bedroom. Huge! Check in and out were easy across at the office. Condo needs to be inspected / maintenance issues reported to management prior to renting the condo. Shortly after we arrived we realized as we were putting our food/ drinks away the refrigerator wasn’t cooling at all. So 2 of the 3 days we stayed the fridge didn’t work at all. An appliance repairman did eventually come to repair it, but this put a big damper on our stay trying to work around this issue with a full family and children. Why was this not fixed before we arrived? One of the bedroom TVs didn’t function properly and the guest bathroom didn’t have a drain stopper for baths. We ended up using the kitchen one just to get by. One of the guest room windows the blinds weren’t working properly and needed to be repaired after we arrived so the first night there was street lights shining into the bedroom. Although these may not seem like a big deal to management, it adds up to the experience of the renter.
