The property has high speed wifi/internet so you can enjoy streaming with your login credentials from the Smart TVs. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one covered assigned and another unassigned. You'll have two parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. Condo is located on the fourth floor and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse, Tequila Frogs and Alley Oops to name a few! A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
