Nice and clean

Property was clean and just as show in the photos. We didnt have beach chairs as theybwere broke sonwe called and they brought us 4 new ones. The same day. Beaches were not to crouded and the gas grills were clean and worked great. We wouls stay again.

Nice location- close to pool and ocean

The condo is in a nice location but, it could stand to be updated and cleaned better. The pillows in the primary bedroom definitely need to be replaced.

I would definitely rent this condo again. The condo was spacious, elegant, clean and had all the modern conveniences of home. We also had easy access to the pool and Ocean, just breath taking, we loved it.

Steps from Beach

We were very pleased with the location and ease of check-in. It was perfect for us! The only issue was the cleanliness. The floors behind the bathroom doors and the corners of the bathroom were very dirty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

This area of the beach is considered a Natural area so vehicles cannot drive on this part of the beach which was perfect for us. Nice pool and unit was just like the pictures. Away from the tourist shops and restaurants which was perfect for us. If you wanted to be close to Ocean center area it was a very short drive.

King bed very comfortable, nicely furnished, should have a warning to step over the metal and baseboard in front of balcony sliding door. Dishwaster has fowl smell, suspect dishes are put in with food on them, drain needs to be cleaned. look behind both bathroom doors and under vanity ledges, floor very dirty! Exterior of property kept very clean and well maintained.

Beautiful location, interior starting to show some wear and needs TLC

The unit location is its best feature. I spent most of my time on the balcony, in the pool or on the beach. The interior of the unit is starting to show wear and for the cost of the unit, it needs some upgrades. The sofa is extremely uncomfortable. The towels and sheets were SO scruffy and stiff they were miserable to use. I know you need to bleach everything but use some freaking fabric softner. There were plumbing issues and the floors were so slippery I thought I was going to break my neck walking across the floor (housekeeping issue). The staff at the building were amazing - they work extremely hard to keep it clean and well maintained. Its typically quiet and everyone is friendly. There's no driving or pets on the beach here which to me is a major plus.

Filthy but a great view!

First the good: Beautiful view, quiet location, close to Publix, restaurants, stores, attractions, etc. The grounds are well kept and the pool is clean. Kitchen is updated just not well stocked. Now the not so good: Condo was FILTHY! I have lots of pictures but no way to upload them here. I bought a new shower liner for the master bath as the one there was full of mold and mildew. I cleaned my own tub and removed hair inside and out from the previous guests. We notified the property management company, Vacasa the night we arrived of the dirty conditions all over. It took them 5 days to get someone out to lightly clean the unit. The refrigerator was nasty, all the floors and windows were dirty, hair and other stuff in the corners and along all the baseboards. The floors were so dirty, our socks were black on the bottoms from walking on them. Poor lighting in the living room/dining room area. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Dining room chair falling apart. Missing light bulbs in fixtures. Vacasa's answer to this was to refund our cleaning fee and add 100. Wow.The sad thing is this could be a fantastic condo to rent, if the owner would replace the furniture and fix the dining room chair and the management company would do their job and make sure units are actually clean. Additionally, the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom were not comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was very comfy, but too high to get into if you are short. I had to buy a stepstool. I'm 5' 1" tall.

Great location

We’ve stayed at Shores Club for a few years now and you can’t beat the location (non-drive beach, etc) and we love it. This unit (105) is a great spot on the first floor with the pool, bbq, and beach access located just outside the door. First floor is incredibly convenient especially when traveling with kids (or older family members). That said, this unit could stand to be cleaned a bit better before arrival. I feel this is a reflection of the management company more than anything but some simple things could be done to better present a unit that has so much going for it. I’m definitely an “attention to detail” kind of person so perhaps I notice these types of things more than most, but to me the level of dust in the common areas and bedrooms was unacceptable. Clean laundry was left in the dryer, just washed laundry was left in the washer (which, when I found it days later, smelled horrible), and what I presume to be dirty sheets were left in a pile at the foot of the washer. A little more attention to basic cleaning measures re: dusting and cleaning the floors would go a long way. Again, I probably notice a little more (or maybe I’ve just watched too many episodes of Hotel Impossible) but these would be easy things to improve upon that would really present this unit in a way that coincides with its fabulous location. Everything else was great, response from maintenance (minor refrigerator issue) was adequate, some things in the unit are kind of beat up and in need of replacement but is something you kind of expect with a rental unit. All in all I would recommend based on its location at the Shores Club on the super convenient first floor. Some small adjustments and better attention to detail from the management and housekeeping teams keep this from being 5 stars like it should be.

I’m 46 and had never planned a trip in my life, but finding this condo on VRBO made everything so easy. The booking process, communication, and even check-out were all done right from my phone—super simple and stress-free.The condo itself was very clean, located on the first floor (great if you have pets), and had a beautiful view from the living room and one of the bedrooms. One note: the grass area shown in one of the listing photos isn’t directly accessible—you’ll need to walk to the front near the road or to the side of the building. It wasn’t a problem at all, especially being on the first floor.The parking garage was a bit of an adventure—it’s a steep straight-down ramp, and our assigned spot was tight against the wall, which made it tricky with a large F-150. We ended up parking outside, which worked out fine once we realized that was an option.My only real complaint (and this is no fault of the condo owner) was the keypad for beach access. The numbers are worn off from heavy use, which made it tough to see.The beach itself was gorgeous and so close to the condo. The sand was packed and easy to walk on, which was a huge plus for me and my elderly dad—much better than the soft sand we’re used to in Panama City Beach.Another highlight was how close everything was. Restaurants and shops were just minutes away, and I highly recommend “Our Deck Down Under.” The food, scenery, and service were absolutely amazing, and it was only a

Great family vacation

Good, Bad and Terrible

Perfect weather! Loved being with my 4 grown children. Refrigerator not working at check in. Water in the floor. Unit smelled terrible like burnt food. Old coffee grounds still in pot that takes 45 minutes to make one full pot. Desperately needs replaced, mold all in the bathrooms and in the bedroom with two double beds. Whole unit nothing had been wiped down. Everything was still very dusty and gritty with sand, floors were clean and bathrooms were clean.The terrible part of our stay was they were dredging sand down at Port Orange and trucking it up to our end of beach. There were dump trucks and bulldozers the ENTIRE week working. Beep, beep, beep is going to be in my brain for weeks! The ramp and steps to beach were getting very covered. Wagons were very hard to push or pull so was so deep. Could not relax or enjoy ocean due to ear piercing noise Entire week.

Noisy stay

Rented bottom floor so we could have easy access to pool and beach but construction crew had our door blocked the entire week! Almost unbearable noise from 8:00 to 4:00 every day We should have been offered another condo or at least refund part of our money Not good Vacasa!

The place was OK, but Vacasa customer service was awful

The sheets and mattress in the Master bedroom were stained. The silverware was put way with crusty food still on it. There was construction happening, which we were not notified of prior to our stay. We were limited to the pool use because if it, and more importantly, the noise during the daytime in the unit was deafening, due to the drilling and chipping away at the cement to install new windows and doors throughout the building. If we were notified ahead of time, we would have made other arrangements. Vacasa was so kind to refund the cleaning fee and 1 night, even though the noise was going on for many days during our 9 night stay. I’ll never do business with VRBO or Vacasa again.

Great location.

This condo was so convenient to pool and beach access. It was a great girls weekend! We loved that it was no drive beach in front of unit. We will definitely stay here again.
