Très bel appartement design comprenant quatre chambres, deux salles de bain et un fantastique balcon avec vue sur la mer. Les jardins comprennent une aire de jeux, un terrain de basket et une superbe piscine, l’appartement étant la solution idéale pour les familles avec enfants.

Ce bel appartement possède certaines caractéristiques qui en font une adresse hors du commun, dont sa terrasse privative avec d’impressionnantes vues sur la mer et le Port Olympique. À l’intérieur, la salle de séjour est très spacieuse et diaphane, et toutes les chambres sont tranquilles, grandes et lumineuses. Vous aurez entièrement accès aux jardins du bas, une zone commune à tous les résidents de l’immeuble.

Fantastic property!

The property was fantastic! It had all the amenities we were looking for and it was in a great location! Port Olympic was a quick walk away with water sports and restaurants and taxis were readily available to take you anywhere you want to go. There were also grocery stores very close. The manager for the property that I worked with was very responsive and helpful with questions I had during our trip. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Apartment - Great Value

I rented this apartment with a work colleague for 3 nights. The unit was clean and located in an area that was easy to walk to many points of interest including the beach and shopping, restaurants etc.. Because this unit is located on the 8th floor, it provided a birds eye view of Barcelona and the water. Chiara, the property manager was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and providing tips on the best places to eat and shop.

Outstanding and Modern!

This top floor apartment in a 1960's styled building has been updated and remodeled into a clean, modern, well appointed home away from home, with fantastic views towards the Sea and City. The beds were great, the showers were modern and clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. A 5 minute walk to the metro. A 10 minute walk to the beach and nightclubs. 20 minutes to El Born. Food shops close. For those travelers use to the modern conveniences of America, this place would exceed your expectations.Plus the staff at Enjoy BNC were terrific.

Perfect Accomodations and Location for our Family

Our family of 6 stayed at this lovely apartment for our week's stay in Barcelona. It was perfect for us. The location was close to the beach, which our teenagers walked to daily, and an easy walk to the wonderfully varied neighborhood areas in Barcelona. Before we arrived we were afraid it was too far away from the areas we wanted to visit, but it was not in the least. We never felt we didn't want to walk and found it refreshing to come back to our quiet neighborhood after the bustle of some of the crowded spots. There was a small super market around the corner and an excellent restaurant as well when we didn't feel like going far. The bus and tram service were very accessible and minutes away as well. The apartment itself was extremely spacious for our family with 2 full bathrooms and four bedrooms. The terrace area was an additional bonus, which we used quite a bit at night or early morning. All in all a great spot for us and we would definitely stay again.

Best decision for family vacation

We chose this apartment based on its location, facilities, many positive comments and the pictures. After spending 2 weeks with our family and the grandchildren we can say that everything was truthfully represented. Excellent location for getting to the beaches or to the vibrancy of the city. Beautiful views. The apartment was perfect in size along with the four bedrooms. We were 7 people. We utilized the kitchen for some family meals which worked out beautifully. The grandchildren loved the pool and the swings. Easy access to the metro/buses/trams which was very important when you have grandchildren. The two weeks went by extremely well. Furthermore, the customer service and support from EnjoyBCN was excellent. We had a few little items to follow up on and the staff were there all the time and responded on time and perfectly. Great customer support, great apartment and great city. What more can one ask for when on vacation.

Super appartement

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet appartement situé près de la Villa Olimpica, avec nos 4 enfants. L'appartement est formidable : propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel, avec une vue magnifique vers la mer mais aussi vers la montagne de l'autre côté. Le métro est tout près, la mer à quelques minutes. Un vrai bonheur. Rien à redire.

Great apartment with awesome view!

This is a great place to stay in Barcelona. The best part is the views! Both front and back have expansive views of Barcelona. The apartment is very bright and modern and comfortable. It is also very lose to the beach and walking distance to the city center. We stayed for a month and didn't want to leave! The management is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They were very attentive to our requests and really made our stay enjoyable. Can't recommend this place enough.

A very nice condo with some management problems!

This condo was extremely nice, clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location to see Barcelona! We hadn’t heard from the property manager since booking in March (this was June 5) and had to contact them about final payment and checking in 24 hours prior to our arrival. Their email stated that we would hear from them 14 days prior to arrival. We didn’t! The check-in process required us to go to the management company’s office, which was not convenient and cost us more $ in taxi fees from the train station. Upon arrival to the condo, the unit was very hot, but the key controlled the electricity, so the power had been out (It was a high 80 degree F day). I called the property management about this, but called them off when it appeared the air conditioning was working (fans were blowing in all rooms). We returned that evening to a still hot apartment and were forced to open all windows for any comfort from the heat. I called in the morning and Pierre, the property manager, came out and checked the system and said it was working fine. Just leave the apartment dark and it should be cool upon our return. 8 hours of darkness and cooling later and the place was still hot as an oven! I called and got the answering service (a Sunday night) and told them it better get fixed tonight or to bring some floor fans over! The fan on the a/c was blowing the same warm air on fan-only or air- conditioning mode, indicating no Freon in the unit or other issues with the compressor. After multiple calls, even with me threatening to involve the authorities over my family’s safety in the extreme heat, nothing was done that night! No Pierre showing up! No fans! Nothing! We suffered through another miserable hot night! We went out the next morning and returned to a nice cool apartment, the way it should have been on night one. However, we never heard another word from Pierre or the management company, EnjoyBCN. The unit is very nice, clean, and very well equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent. There were some noise issues. The unit is on the top floor and the elevators make very loud noises on the roof every time they operate. Seagulls nesting right outside the kitchen window were also very loud. But, overall it is a quiet area of Barcelona convenient to trains, the zoo, bus lines, etc. The management company needs to make check-in more convenient and should ensure the unit is cool with air conditioning operating before guests arrive!

As soon as you told us, we did all it was in our hand to fix the problem. Added to the heat, and probably due to it, there were some power outages in the apartment that lead us to this situation. We called the technician to fix it as soon as we could. We want you to know that this situation is extremely rare and we'd be delighted if you come to visit us again and enjoy the wonderful stay you should have had in the first place. Barcelona beach apartment

The apartment was clean, roomy, and in a perfect location. The only issue we had was the transfer from and back to the airport. I suggest arranging transportation on your own. Also important to know, you have to pick up the keys in a different location than where the apartment is. Other than that, the apartment is wonderful and close to the beach and other attractions. Great place to stay!!

Amazing Barcelona Apartment and EnjoyBCN team is fantastic!

We loved staying at this apartment in Barcelona! It was very clean and beautifully furnished! We were concerned about having to pick up the key late at night when we arrived, but fortunately we were able to divide up our group at the airport and send my sisters to pick up the key while we collected our luggage, then we all met back at the apartment. There is a beautiful view out the deck and from the back bedrooms. The location was nice, quiet area but quick walk to the main areas. Two of our trip highlights were the personalized welcome gifts for our 3 boys when we arrived in the apartment, and then the EnjoyBCN crew when we stored our luggage at their office the last day before flying out. They were beyond helpful and delightful!!!! The city views from the EnjoyBCN office were incredible!!!! We enjoyed our stay very much!!! We would definitely stay in this apartment again, and I have already recommended the EnjoyBCN team to friends that are visiting Barcelona this Summer! Thank you all!!!

Die Abholung des Schlüssels aus dem Schließfach war problemlos und gut durch den Vermieter (auf Englisch) beschrieben. Das Appartment ist modern ist gemütlich eingerichtet. In der technisch komplett ausgestatteten Küche findet sich alles an Geräten, was wir für ein Frühstück und einfache Gerichte benötigt haben - "Grundausstattungen" wie Zucker oder Gewürze sind allerdings nicht vorhanden. Die komplette Wohnung und die Badezimmer waren super sauber, gepflegt und stimmig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im achten Stock in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, direkt an der Uni. Aufgrund der Fenster und Balkone auf drei Seiten des Hauses hat man einen Blick über die gesamte Stadt. Zum Strand und in die Altstatdt sind es jeweils nur ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, die Metro-Station liegt ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Der Vermieter hat auch während unseres Aufenthalts auf Mail-Anfragen sofort reagiert und Unterstützung angeboten. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert, falls man nicht direkt im Trubel der Stadt wohnen, und z.B. abends noch mal schnell zum Strand möchte.

As advertised. Only real complaint was a groaning elevator noise and no amenities like coffee capsules or dish soap. But very comfortable and functional But otherwise quiet building and reachable management.

Great apartment in Barcelona

Seven of us had a wonderful stay at this clean, well-maintained, spacious eighth floor apartment, with views of Barcelona and the Sea. The apartment is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and night clubs. Easy area to catch a taxi or public transportation. Also has a space in the garage if you have a car.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Accès à pied : le métro est à 1 minute. La plage se trouve à 5 minutes à pied avec ses nombreux restaurants du front de mer, et un centre commercial avec un grand cinéma multisalles (films en V.O. sous-titrés en espagnol), ses restaurants et boutiques. La salle de sports n’est qu’à 8 minutes à pied.



En métro : l’appartement n’est qu’à 2 arrêts de métro du quartier du Born, de la cathédrale et du Musée Picasso, à 3 arrêts des Ramblas, du Quartier Gòtic et de la Plaça de Catalunya, et à 4 arrêts du Passeig de Gràcia (la grande avenue commerciale de Barcelone). La basilique de la Sagrada Familia est à 5 arrêts, et le Parc Güell et la montagne de Montjuïc à 6 arrêts.
