THE SPACE

Has the most stunning views of ANY Chalet in the vicinity. This place is very cozy - and witnesses all the four seasons. This is probably one of very few places in Gatlinburg you can enjoy all year round. You will walk away with fond memories. Your money is well spent for staying in Chalet village. You don't have to worry about the next person in your hotel room - you have an entire place to your self , you have a kitchen, a living room, a fireplace, TV and jacuzzi and what not! You are in the mountain and yet close to downtown. 3.4 miles to downtown - this is about as close to downtown and yet get stunning mountain views.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire living space except the owners closet an d external utility closet. Maintenance personnel or team may access the external utility closet at anytime. Guests will not be disturbed since this is an external closet.

GUEST INTERACTION:
We are available when needed by phone or text.

SECURITY:
Security doorbell camera by the door and outside the property that constant monitors and records audio and video . The guests entering and leaving the property are monitored by these entry way cameras. There are no cameras inside the property.

GETTING AROUND:
A 4 wheel drive or SUV is preferred ( esp in Winter). This is Chalet Village - its a mountain in Gatlinburg and very famous because of its views : you wont get great views unless you drive up a mountain. In Chalet Village all the houses are on a mountain - this is not flat Prairie land. So... Welcome to the mountains! Also a low clearance car may not be good to drive up the slopes.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Chalet Village is a historic village - it is what made Gatlinburg a great place for people to stay. When you stay in Chalet village - you are like one of the locals and you experience what life is like - unlike staying in a hotel room. You have the freedom to explore Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Smoky Mountain National Park and return to your home base at the end of your long day ! Or you could stay all day and snooze, drink wine and enjoy the views; and just relax !
