"Serenity Heights" est un charmant chalet de 2 chambres, acceptant les animaux, niché dans les Great Smoky Mountains. Offrant toutes les commodités de la maison, y compris le WIFI
et accès à la piscine. Cette maison joliment décorée loin de la maison est pratique et proche du parc national et Ober Gatlinburg.

Situé dans Chalet Village, à proximité de Ski Mountain, vous serez à environ 5 minutes de Gatlinburg et à 15 minutes de Pigeon Forge. Il y a des routes de montagne pavées et sinueuses qui sont parfois raides avec des lacets. Le mode 4 roues motrices serait recommandé en cas de mauvais temps et ce chalet ne serait pas considéré comme étant adapté aux motos ou aux remorques. Parking disponible pour 2 véhicules.

Cette unité de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain qui dort 6 est de 2 niveaux. Au niveau principal, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée, avec salle à manger pour 6, un espace de vie avec une grande cheminée à bois en pierre, une télévision, canapé-lit Queen, et des chaises. Il y a une chambre à coucher avec une télévision et une salle de bain complète avec un combo douche / baignoire. Le pont de niveau principal offre un ensemble de patio et le bain à remous relaxant, ainsi que de belles vues sur la montagne à tout moment de l'année.

Dans la mezzanine, vous trouverez une chambre King privée avec une télévision. En dehors de la chambre, vous trouverez un bain à remous avec vue sur les montagnes. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète avec un combo douche / baignoire, et l'accès à la terrasse privée.

Si vous cherchez une charmante cabine de 2 chambres avec toutes les commodités de la maison et de belles vues sur la montagne, ne cherchez pas plus loin, "Serenity Heights" est le chalet parfait pour vous!

Perfect Tennessee cabin

The cabin was adorable and very clean. Perfect location for the places we planned to visit....Gatlinburg and Dollywood in Pigeon Forge. It was amazing to do busy touristy things during the day and then spend some relaxing time in the hot tub. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful property!

We loved our weekend at the cabin. The view is stunning and we spent much of our time enjoying if from the hot tub. The location was perfect for hiking in the smokies. We are very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Great location. Excellent views. Pet friendly. Close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for recreational activities, restaurants, shows; as well as grocery stores for essentials. Plenty of bear activity for added excitement.

Last minute decision to visit Gatlinburg. Cabin was as described - a bit older than expected. View and hot tub was great. Got daily visits from a family of bears!

It was a nice stay but the roads leading there were very scary. There was dog hair everywhere but other than that it was nice.

Great for my family vacation

We enjoyed our stay here, be warned you will see black bears! We could not believe how close they were to us while taking our dogs on a walk. Everything was just as it was described!

Pleasing Stay

This is a nice, clean cabin with a pretty view of the valley below and mountains in the background. Perfect little outdoor deck on both floors, to sit and have my morning coffee. The winding narrow roads were an experience I didn't plan for, but after a couple trips to town & back I had it under control. Over all it was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults.

Cute cabin in the woods

Nice, clean 2 bedroom house with beautiful views! We felt like we were in a treehouse, but still a quick 7 or 8 minute drive to Gatlinburg. Our last day there a bear stroller down the street. Highly recommend.

very cozy and welcoming....

aside from a few unexpected surprises, which were handled expediently, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will agree with some other reviews that the decor is a tad dated, but it does lend a very welcoming, homey feeling. We would have loved to stay another week or more ... the view from the balcony is amazing.

Definitely felt like I was in the mountains!

Nice! Fun times, clean place, great view, good location, quiet, bedding and beds were a+, drive was mountainess so be careful during inclement weather. Only complaint was one towell and washcloth for kitchen, low number of towells and no oven mitts (which we bought and left). We really enjoyed the place!!!!!

Cozy and secluded

We were very comfortable. A/C worked great. Hot tub is awesome! Several bears in the area. Bears were fun to watch. A alittle further from Gatlinburg and park than I thought. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great stay even with unexpected changes

Our cabin was inaccessible due to flooding in the area. We found out the day before and were offered our choice of a few places. The place we ended up with was great. It was close to town clean and the property managers were outstanding in making sure that even with the last minute change our entire trip was great.

Stay at Chalet Village

We had a great stay! A bear got into our vehicle because we didn’t know to lock it lol. The only problems we had were that the floor wasn’t clean in living room and downstairs bathroom and that the deck with the hot tub seemed dry rotted. The rails were a bit loose as well. Other than that everything was great! Thank you!

Beautiful views

Amazing views, quiet secluded area, and very pleasant staff. The drive to the cabin is not for the faint. This is clearly stated in discription. The amazing fire place and Jacuzzi were used every night. We never even turned a tv on. We would rent this dog friendly cabin again. As stated by prior guest the cabin is dated. Bring a cutting board, good knife, and frying pan and you should be able to cook anything.

Beautiful property close to town

The house was great. Check-in was difficult because we were given the wrong door code so we had to get in touch with the after hours call center and wait for help. The place was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The downstairs bedding smelled like urine, food crumbs on upstairs furniture, ceiling fans coated in dust, kitchen utensils and cookware covered in food and grease, and the floors were filthy.

Weekend get away

The cabin was really clean and it was very easy for us to find. Myself, my husband and our emotional support pet love how comfortable the cabin was. We enjoyed see all the different colored leaves that was falling from the trees. We did have a bear out side the cabin Saturday morning. The only thing I would suggest is there was no broom to sweep the leaves that got tracked in, so we had to pick them all up by hand. Also a Swiffer to mop, I had bought my own Clorox wipes to clean.

Just okay. Television in one of the bedrooms did not work Only two trash bags; we purposely cooked two meals a day to save money so we could spend it in town. Hot tubs need rails; almost impossible to get out of. Might seem trivial, but those things were important to me.

So much potential but just okay.

We booked this property for our family of 5 and dog. Overall very nice view. Set up of cabin is family friendly. Being able to have our dog with us was priceless. I would say the whole place needs updated as it is like walking into the 80's. Tons of wallpaper, blue/gray dingy carpet with stains in the main floor bedroom, kind of an old smell. Kitchen needs new utensils and there are barely any towels (not a big deal, just need to bring your own.) Hot tub was nice and clean. In need of a deep cleaning around the baseboards, lots of cobwebs etc. Overall we had a nice time. This place could be so much better with updating! But you get what you pay for I guess.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
