TOUT NEUF!! Ce condo en bord de mer spacieux et spacieux (900 pieds carrés) se trouve au dernier étage d'Island Surf, au cœur de Kihei, dans le sud de Maui. Profitez d'un coucher de soleil parfait sur votre véranda privée ou détendez-vous dans le salon moderne et ouvert. Cuisine moderne récemment rénovée avec toutes les commodités, y compris laveuse / sécheuse et lave-vaisselle. Superbe chambre queen avec télévision et vue sur 2 côtés. Il y a une piscine et un barbecue communs dans le bâtiment, ainsi qu'un parking gratuit dans un terrain réservé derrière le bâtiment. Island Surf est idéalement situé à côté de boutiques, restaurants, parc, plage et école de surf. Au moment de vous arracher, l’aéroport n’est qu’à 25 minutes. (Studio attenant disponible).

Really beautiful views of the ocean from a well appointed condo. The multiple food cart pods within a few minutes walk was great. Everything worked well in this unit, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

The host was great! She gave us lots of info before our arrival. The view can not be beat!Enjoyed the whale activity. The variety of the food trucks was great… all within walking distance. The condo was very comfortable.

This is a great spot in Kihei. We enjoyed the food truck oasis behind the building, the ocean across the street, and close access to beaches. The condo is well set up for guests and even provided us with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and an umbrella! It is exactly as pictured. We didn’t need a car for several days in this spot, other than ubering to the Maui Brewing Company close by! Also, the corner convenient store in the building made it really easy to get snacks and anything we forgot. Would recommend!

We think the air conditioner unit ran for both 600 and 600A, so it ran often when we were not using it. It was loud, leaked water in front of the sliding door and blew hot air on us when it was already hot enough outside.The unit was clean and served our purpose. We had never seen or heard of a washer dryer combination as one unit. Perhaps printed instructions would help. Details of the unit mentioned a deadlock. There was not one and the door handle was quite jiggly. We were a bit nervous about leaving valuables.This is a perfect location, close to everything Kihei. We’ll definitely be back.

Very clean

The view was amazing. Saw many whale from the balcony. Wish we had binoculars. Very clean condo. No air conditioning in bedroom. Living area has air. Great View and Close to Everything

Brooke was amazing to work with. There was a terrible storm days before we arrived and Brooke kept us in the loop about roof leak. Which was not leaking when we got there. Did not affect our stay. Watched the whales and people learning to surf from our balcony. Mostly all amenities but could have used oven mitts and a spatula.I’m sure if I mentioned to Brooke she would have gotten for us.

Great spot in Kihei!

We loved staying here! The unit was very clean and quiet with a great view. The location was perfect, right across the street from a park and lots of activities at the beach. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and it’s a quick drive to grocery stores. The unit itself is on the end away from the elevators. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed (and lots of spices, coffee, etc.). The bed is comfortable and there’s plenty of space to unpack and relax. We really felt at home here! Brooke was a wonderful host and communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Our daughter is already asking when we will be going back!

Light bulb on/off over kitchen table, appears it’s an electrical issue (Brooke’s daughter witnessed this). Ditto with left side light bulb in bathroom. Both randomly go off/on. Water gets on bathroom floor as the lip and shower curtain do not contain water into shower. Soaks the shower rug making it unusable. Also bathroom sink drain is partially blocked. Need round corners of bed frame. We are leaving with several shin bruises. Also king bed which can easily fit would be better, current bed is very small. A/C in bedroom is great, however blind does not cover the window. As it’s at stairs to pool we get traffic and they can see in bedroom.Goes without says not having a usable washer/dryer was very inconvenient. Took a few hours dealing with it to realize it was broke. Also it would help to have operating instructions This is the 5th different condo we have stayed in. Of the 5, this was our least favorite.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I truly wish we had heard about these concerns during your stay so we could have addressed them right away. The only issue we were made aware of at the time was the dryer malfunction, and we did offer to cover the cost drying items but you said it was not an issue. We did also bring gifts as a gesture of apology for any inconvenience. We have since replaced the washer/ dryer to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. The flickering bulbs were simply due to burnt-out lightbulbs which were immediately replaced. Regarding the shower, the rubber edge must remain in place to meet wheelchair accessibility requirements. To help prevent water from escaping, it’s important to keep the curtain inside the shower and avoid stepping on the rubber lip. As for the bedroom, the bed size was clearly stated in the listing, and the window is equipped with both blinds and curtains for guest comfort and privacy. We always aim to provide a comfortable and positive experience, so I genuinely appreciate your input as it helps us make continued improvements for future guests.

Amazing View and Location!

Brooke's property was amazing! The view and location were excellent! We loved sitting out on the lanai to watch the sunset and drinking our morning coffees from Lava Java (great local coffee shop about a block and a half away) just people watching. I loved the location as everything is within walking distance, you are definitely in the heart of Kihei. Communication with Brooke was great and always quick and responsive. The place was clean as well! Check in and check out were easy! I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again when we come back! Thank you so much Brooke!

Unbeatable location spectacular views

Top floor unit near all the best of Kihei. It was a pleasure to build such a rapport with the owner during our stay. The condo is tastefully decorated and is set up with a multitude of basics you’d need to make meals. Being on the end and sharing a wall with only one other neighbor made the place feel huge and the cross breeze is the best. The rain shower in the shower is very relaxing as is the lanai that has spectacular views of the sunset and ocean. We wanted for nothing and immensely enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Hope to be back soon.
