Great location near the beach!

This condo has everything you need for a great stay near the beach. The kitchen has all the necessities and the living room is comfortable for relaxing. Nice quiet bedroom with a comfy bed too. Across the street, the beach is a very easy, short walk, and of course the pool is convenient as well. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella and other toys for kids of all ages.

Perfect spot

The unit was the perfect stay for my wife and I. The unit was very clean and the size was great. It was about a 10 minute walk to everything you would need at Kalama Market. The best beach was literally across the street.

Perfect Kihei Spot

We loved our stay at the condo. It was just right for walking to the beach, local restaurants and a bit further a grocery store. The condo was equipped with everything for a day at the beach, grilling, or hanging by the pool. It was a short walk to a perfect beach. We’d stay again!

Home Away from Home

Eve was a great host! She was kind and helpful as well. This unit was very cozy. It had everything you needed and more. Location is perfect with a bbq grill on one side and the pool on the other side. The beach is within walking distance across the street. Local grocery stores nearby. Parking is ample. We will be recommending this unit to other Kamaaina ! Mahalo Eve!

Best located condo in the whole property! 25 ft from the BBQ pit (brand new btw) and about 50 ft from the pool. Short and easy walk to the beach in a pretty nice neighborhood. Would recommend!!!

Great Condo and Perfect Location

We stayed here for 14 nights and absolutely loved this condo. The location was ideal, and we really liked the ground floor. The condo was so handy to the beach (across the street) and many restaurants, as well as Foodland for groceries. The bbq area was literally steps from the condo door and the pool (which was lovely)was steps from the patio door! We enjoyed sitting on the patio as it receives lots of sunshine, and has a big umbrella if you prefer the shade. The kitchen is small but functional and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. There are lots of bath towels and several big beach towels, along with Tommy Bahama lawn chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler. We found the bed to be very comfortable and there was lots of room in the closet, dresser and night tables to completely unpack for 2 weeks. The air conditioning kept the condo cool. Communication with the owner is easy and she responds quickly. Thanks Eve for a wonderful stay!

Ground level-Charlie Young Beach

Perfect location! We used the courts, pool and BBQ. The kitchen is a little short on pans or trays for BBQ transportation or using oven (we like to eat in). The bed and pullout couch were comfortable and there were lots of pillows provided. Thank you Eve for easy communication :) we would definitely stay here again.

Stay was excellent!

We loved our place. Only thing, I might have chosen an upper floor. A little noisier than we’d like. Evelyn was a wonderful host. Answered all our questions and responded quickly. If we ever get back, I’ll stay at Maui Vista again!

Wonderful location in Kihei

We were very pleased with the condo Evelyn revised for our ten night stay! It was equipped with all of our basic needs for cooking! The location is great with just a five minute walk to beach access. The only thing I would reccomend is possibly updating the mattress in both rooms. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to stay at a really incredible price!

Lovely apartment, great location!

We had a great stay in Kihei! The place is in a very safe neighborhood, very close to a wonderful beach where we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset on the beach chairs provided. The price was much lower than a beach-view location with pretty much all the benefits. The first evening we watched whales and turtles from that beach. The kitchen really helped keep the price down as well. A quick stop by Costco on the way from the airport helped us cut down on food costs. Even better, Eve was very accommodating when the airline changed our plans and she had every right not to be. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring break 2023

Condo was a nice place to call home during our 6 day stay. All kitchen items which we needed were found. The living room had ample seating as well as the dinner table was cozy for two. The bed was very comfortable. And the parking situation was very accommodating- even to late arrivals such as ourselves. If given the opportunity- we would pursue staying here again. The only issue we found confusing is the light switch in the bedroom didn't seem to operate anything. The lamps in the room all worked fine, just couldn't turn them on with the switch. Nor did the ceiling fan seem to be affected by the switch. Thanks.

Great location, well equipt condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It's worth noting that there is a nice new couch (not in the photos) that was more comfortable to sit on than I assume the old tropical/bamboo one in the photos. ;) The bed was too soft for my liking, however my husband quite enjoyed it. The unit comes with all of the beach equipment you can think of including chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, a cooler and even a few sun hats! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Although it had no view to watch the sunset, we really loved the ground floor unit overlooking the beautifully lush and well manicured grounds. Excellent location near the pool and bbq (which shuts off automatically at 9:00pm so you don't have to worry about noise) Our only note would be that the floors were not washed when we got there, so they turned our feet & socks black. I'm sure this is a one-off occurrence by cleaners and not really the fault of the owner. Overall a great stay in Kihei!
