Island Surf 303 is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the third floor offering a private balcony to relax and unwind. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space, allowing you to settle in and fully embrace the island lifestyle. For extra guests, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

Designed with an island-inspired touch, this condo is equipped with mini-split A/C systems in both the living room and bedroom, along with ceiling fans in each space, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment throughout your stay. For added convenience, a private washer/dryer is located in the kitchen area. You may enjoy your meals indoors or step outside to your private lanai, set for two, perfect for dining with a beautiful sunset view.

Island Surf is located in the heart of South Maui, offering exceptional convenience with private on-site parking and just steps from a variety of popular shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and, of course, the beach! Directly across from the property is Kalama Park, one of South Maui's most beloved beaches, ideal for relaxing or enjoying water activities. Welcome treats were a nice accent on arrival! The building is directly across the street from the park and beach. The condo has all the basics for a good stay, appliances, cooking equipment, cleaning supplies, but not much for beach gear. Parking and getting to/in the building were a bit confusing, but otherwise no issues getting in and out. There are restaurants, food trucks, and stores within easy walking distance. Kihei is beautiful and has a great vibe. This is somewhere I would consider staying again if I return to Maui :)

Comfortable condo & great location

The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Very comfortable and stocked with beach gear. It is very close to the beach, next to delicious food trucks and nearby shopping. Can't wait to return!

Amazing place

The location is the hest in Kihei 'walking distance to shops and restaurants and a block away from the South Maui gardens. The view from the leaving room is fantastic . The apartment is well equipped and was also very clean. I would not recommend this place because I want to keep it for me...;-)))

Clean and nice condo in a great location. Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owners prompt response to getting us fresh blankets for the pull out couch and a working coffee maker. We especially appreciated the beautiful view from the lanai!

Tons of amenities. Loved the fact that the kitchen had pots, pans, utensils, and good appliances. Bed was so incredibly comfortable and we had good space and the lanai overlooked the local park and a spectacular view of the ocean especially at sunset. Great central location to Wailea (20 min drive), and about a 30 min drive to Kahului. Tons of food trucks for great meals are only a few mins walk. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Island Surf had everything we needed....

.....to have a great Maui vacation. My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at the Island Surf for a week in January. The condo was perfect for a "do it yourself" vacation, with a nicely equipped kitchen, washer&dryer, etc. Close to nice beaches. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic location, stunning views

Absolutely fantastic ocean front location, watch paddle boarders and surfers from the comfort of your balcony, great way to start the morning with a view of the ocean. Lots of included amenities and close to Foodland, cafes and Kalama park. Great communication from Marian, we really enjoyed our stay! Mahalo!

The Best Stay in Kihei - Highly Recommend!

This stay helped make our Maui vacation so easy. The place was perfect for all our needs. The location, value, and ease of access was the best part of it all. The beach and Maui Wave Riders surf rental were right across the street among plenty of food and shops within walking distance. With all the amenities and Marian providing all the info we needed, we didn’t need to reach out for anything. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect location

Just back from an 8 day stay at the unit. Very clean and well maintained with a great location close to restaurants and activities. Owner was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend. We travelled as a couple with two adult daughters, we enjoyed the view and the possibility to surf right in front of the condo.

Beautiful Unit

This is a great unit in a great location. The South side of Maui is definitely the place to be and being able to look out and see the ocean from the kitchen and living room is magical. I loved the condo! Beautifully and Tastefully remodeled with everything one needs for a vacation on Maui.

The condo had all you needed and then some! Excellent location to airport and shopping. I only wish the unit had air in the bedroom as the living room air did not cool the bedroom. Over all very pleased.

Beautiful Condo

Clean, well appointed, nicely furnished condo. Close to everything and across from Kalama Park which offers a nice walking path along the waterfront. The condo is on the main drag of Kihei but it didn't detract at all from the absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean and the park. My favorite part of our vacation was the stunning view from the balcony, I didn't want to leave my front row seat.

Perfect location as base on the island, well equipped app

Close to all destination, perfect as base location. It rains the least here on the island. Nice beaches all around which we loved after a hard hiking day. If you arrive late, you can use the pool as well. We used the bbq facility which is great. Big parking lot. Well equipped app with nice sunset view. Shops, restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
