À propos de cet hébergement

Venez découvrir Paradise dans ce condo de 1 chambre récemment rénové au bord de l'eau. Parfait pour les couples et les familles qui veulent s'en sortir, ce condo a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le salon et la cuisine ont une vue sur l'océan. Cette partie parfaite de Paradise offre une belle plage de sable blanc qui est idéale pour de longues promenades sur la plage (il mesure 6 milles de long, ce qui en fait la plus longue plage continue dans l'état d'Hawaï).

Les tortues vertes adorent cette étendue de plage et déposent leurs oeufs sur les plages juste au nord du complexe. Aussi environ un mille de distance est Kealia National Wildlife Preserve avec une promenade pour observer l'environnement des oiseaux tropicaux ... sans nuire à leurs zones de nidification. Au cours des mois d'hiver, les baleines à bosse ont choisi les eaux chaudes de Maui pour avoir leurs bébés. Entre décembre et début avril, vous verrez les baleines-mère enseignant à leurs bébés comment se briser, amener la plupart de leurs corps hors de l'eau et atterrir avec un éclaboussement spectaculaire.
Son emplacement est parfait pour toutes les aventures de votre île. Juste au milieu de l'île, vous êtes situé à Lahaina, Wailea et Upcountry Maui. Que vous souhaitiez passer votre temps à vous détendre sur les plages, à faire du Ziplining à travers la forêt tropicale ou à faire du golf dans des cours luxueux, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous.

Fantastic place to stay

I absolutely loved this condo and I really didn’t want to leave! It was beautifully furnished and the view was amazing! I loved that Jennifer had everything you could possibly need and responded quickly to any questions that I had. I would love to come back!!!

Maui 2025

Booked trip in May of 2024. 3 days before arrival received door code. Upon arrival we were denied entry due to double booking by the property manager, who in fact hung up on us twice without offering any help to find us another place to stay. We ended up finding a condo working with Hawaii Real Estate Executives, who were wonderful to work with, We had to cut short our vacation due to it only being available for 1 week and we had planned on staying 2 weeks. Also had to reschedule flight and car reservation. We did receive a refund for the condo booked. I would not recommend booking with this property manager.

First time to Maui and loved it!

The unit is pretty well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Has beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket and noodles to use. The bed is super comfy. Easy quick walk to pool and beach. Sugar beach was great walking. The whales were out in fine form and even some sea turtles poking their heads out of the water near shore. We will be back!

Maui getaway

Wonderful stay, excellent location, loved the fact that we could take daily walks on the beach to the farmers market, get a shaved ice, or just take a stroll, the pool was nice, met a lot of nice people and family's, the grounds were nice and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was great, well stocked and great view of pool area and ocean.We arrived later in the day,after 7:00, our reservation confirmation had the access code, but not the actual unit number..fortunately we were able to get ahold of the host directly! Jennifer was very responsive. Initially had difficulty accessing the w-fi,there were several options for our specific unit and I was trying to access the wrong one..

Great condo

This condo was great! Well stocked and clean. We’ve stayed in other units that had the bare minimum. We were surprised when we walked in to see all the extras! Furniture was comfortable and the view from lanai was awesome!

Great vacation spot

Great vacation place! The place looked exactly how it did on the pictures, beautiful ocean view. Size of the condo was perfect for the two of us. Check in process was super easy. Condo was clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed including beach gear. There is plenty of parking in the parking structure. Private beach just steps away. Location is within walking distance to shops and a restaurant. Overall this is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Maui, it’s not as touristy as other areas, pretty laid back. Finally, Jennifer was great! She is very responsive and worked with us to get a late check out due to our plain leaving late, which we really appreciated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Sugar Beach oceanfront

We had spent the week in Molokai and came to Maui for a couple of nights before we flew back. It was a very perfect spot for us to lay our heads and have a beautiful day to cruise around and see Maui spend time on the beach. The pool. There is a little store just a short walk away, and there are many places close by for eating out. Thank you for sharing your beachfront condo 🌺😎

Beautiful Maui Resort

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, the pool and hot tub were awesome and the view of ocean was fantastic. We were able to enjoy our coffee every morning while listening to the ocean waves. The place had amble parking, the grounds were meticulously maintained, and beach was only a few steps away. Highly recommend!

Outstanding accommodation on maui

We loved sugar beach and want to come back! The complex is just the right size, not too crowded but big enough to have a nice pool and sprawling grounds. The location is amazing as a jump off point for points east, west, and north. The beach itself is never crowded, offers great swimming for young kids, and even fair snorkeling. The condo comes very well equipped with kitchen equipment, many sand toys, and beach chairs. Despite being a busy spring break week with many families, the surrounding condos (above below next door) never disturbed us with noise. We would love to come back!

Overview

The property is dated and could use a coat of paint. Shower doors leak badly, you must keep a towel on the floor to prevent flooding. There are no smoke detectors. Quiet hours were observed which was helpful since we were over the pool. Unit was well stocked with everything vacationers needed.

Great stay on Sugar Beach

Condo is in a great location. Steps from beach and pool. Very quick drive into Kehei town. Very well decorated and consistent beach theme. AC works well and keeps bedroom cool. Kitchen well equipped (needs a cutting board). Would absolutely stay again!

The place was perfect! The proximity to all things was amazing. A few steps from the pool, a few steps from the beach, incredible views. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives!

Excellent unit, excellent host, excellent location!!

First of all, this unit is BEAUTIFUL. It's clear that the owner enjoyed decorating and providing her guests with thoughtful decor and amenities. I know it's beautiful because I was nosy and looked in other empty units as they were being cleaned. I was glad I booked this one. Second, due to a screw-up on my end, the owner (thank you AGAIN) resolved a booking problem that was totally my fault (had 2 trips saved under VRBO for different dates and I guess I booked the wrong one? I'm an old), and it could have gone the other way. Third: EXTRAS -- so many towels, chairs, swim masks, boogie boards, an umbrella...dishes, dish soap, trash bags, books, puzzles, games, laundry detergent, extra pillows -- NOTHING was missing. A cute little basked with rolled up washcloths to help scrub off that mineral sunscreen. Very nice. The check in process couldn't have been easier, there is even on-site carts for hauling groceries or luggage or if you don't have a teenager for slave labor like I did. What's nice about staying in these "older" condos is that they've had a long time to get their act together and everything anyone needs is totally ironed out. Kihei is a nice location -- 10 minute walk to Ululani's Shave Ice (teenager recommendation), short drive to Lahaina, short drive to airport, shorter drive to southern beaches. It was our first real vacation in nearly a decade, and it was spectacular. Funny story: My family stayed at this same building when I was 12 years old. 40 yrs. ago.

This condo was beyond our expectations. The condo was clean, well furnished, had necessary items such as towels, blankets, pots, and pans. In addition, we found a beach umbrella, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, ice chest, and so much more! The best part was the amazing ocean views from the living room and kitchen area. We would love to come back and stay again in the future. Our only negative thing to say were that the bath towels smelled slightly moldy. Probably related to someone keeping the towels in the washer wet for too long. One light bulb was out and one of the remotes had bad batteries. Those were such minor things that would not affect our want to stay again in the future.

Rest and rewind

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed or would want for a sun break from the winter snow. Checking in and out was a breeze. Wi-fi works great for our needs. Used the shared barbecue grills with no problem. It was great to have a farmers market close by.

I moved to Maui almost 20 years ago with my husband and boys, ages 1 & 3. We became part of the community through coaching and being team mom for several youth sports including soccer, basketball and baseball.

I love the ocean, paddleboarding, watching for the green flash at sunset and when the humpback whales are in season.

Hosting helps me share what I love so much about my island home and reminds me to not take it for granted.

I love walking along Sugar Beach.

If you wander north, you'll see many crabs, fish and birds. You may see the outrigger canoes going for a paddle. They have visitor paddles if you would like to experience it. You can also learn how to e-foil. Kealia National Wildlife Refuge has a walkway over the pond for perfect views of Haleakala, West Maui Mountains and many types of birds, fish and butterflies. If you go to the end of the beach, you'll reach Maalaea Harbor featuring Maui Ocean Center, shops and restaurants as well as many fishing and sightseeing boats.

If you go south, just across the street from Kihei Canoe Club, there's a convenience store, bakery, farmer's market and shave ice.

The resort offers a concierge, massage, sauna, bar/restaurant, pool, spa, and BBQ's.
