This is our original condo that we were supposed to stay in from 4-22 Oct but it had some scheduled maintenance during the first week of our stay but thanks to Rentals Maui we stayed in another condo down the road until all the work was done. Rentals Maui really made our stay more pleasant by being friendly and keeping us informed !!!

Perfectly located

What a centrally located area, close drive from airport(in case you Uber), across the street from the beach and park. Essy access to numerous dining locations and SUP and surf lessons use the beach for teaching! We would definitely do this location again!

Nice condo in a great location!

Location is just the best, walkable to most of the best food places, parks and beaches! Nicely updated, for the most part had all the basics. The bed is average and furniture is also average. If you are looking for a great location and somewhat up to date condo with all the basics covered, this is the one!

Comfortable clean condo

We enjoyed our stay because of the cleanliness and plenty of kitchen essentials. Having a washer dryer was super useful. I loved the view of Kalama Park by the ocean. Sunrise and sunset was nice, not a direct view, but quite nice.

Great location in Kihei that allowed us to save on the costs of needing a rental car for a couple of weeks. We were able to walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, bars, grocery store and movie theatre.

Best of Maui

Our stay at island surf 502 was excellent. The view was beautiful and the condo was incredibly comfort le all around. The location gave us easy access to all activities around the island. It is within two short blocks of several excellent restaurants and a really fun food truck garden. Very minor inconveniences were that the bathroom could get very warm and the curtains in the bedroom did not do a great job blocking the light from the hallway and parking lot. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay the condo is very clean with a nice view and lots of space. The only problem we had was that the ac was on a timer so during the night we had to get up multiple time to start it again which was not great for our quality of sleep. Otherwise it was well situate i recommended it.

A Comfortable Stay

The pros: fabulous location in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, South Maui Garden, very clean unit, decent price. The only con is the daytime traffic noise on Kihei Rd. It is loud during the day. It does calm down nicely at night and sleeping was not a problem.

Kihei Stay

This is a great location that is close to many activities, restaurants, bars, shave ice, etc. The check-in process was easy and communicating with the property manager was also simple. The unit could have been a little cleaner than we wished for. There were stains on the bedding, the counters weren’t wiped down well, and the bathroom fan was quite dirty. However, the property manager was very quick to resolve these issues by bringing us a new set of sheets and offering to clean the unit. We appreciated the speed of which our issues were resolved. We also would every once in awhile smell cigarette smoke coming from (what seemed like) the plumbing. The condo is a smoke free condo, so we were very concerned. We mentioned this to the property manager, but it continued every once in awhile. It’s very hard to pin down the cause so we don’t fault the property manager for this and simply avoided the smoke smelling areas in the unit (bathroom primarily) when this would occur. Some of the other reviews mention a concern for safety with the park nearby. We did not have a concern for safety and passersby were respectful of quiet hours for the most part. Overall, great location with a few hiccups that were resolved.

This was an amazing property. The location was perfect. I think we are at over 10 different food trucks. :-). The condo was clean and just the right size. They had great amenities to bring to the beach. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location and condo!

We've stayed at this condo building in the past but not this unit. This one is fabulous! Everything about this home away from home makes you feel comfortable and has whatever you will need. A bonus is the mattress is oh, so comfortable! The view is top notch, you can walk to great food and shopping. Or simply walk a few feet to the beach!

Excellent Location!

Super nice condo with comfortable bed and fans that worked superbly. This location is across from Cove beach where you can sit on the balcony and watch the surfers, volleyball and most importantly, THE SUNSET!! Favorite area of Kihei. Definitely will not be disappointed with this condo!
