Cette maison rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e est situĂ©e sur environ 1 acre et est Ă  50 pieds du bord des eaux. Un grand quai est disponible pour la baignade et la pĂȘche. La maison a wi-fi et Dish pour regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision. La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils tandis que les chambres et les salles de bain ont Ă©tĂ© complĂštement rĂ©novĂ©es. Le fumeur / barbecue est disponible pour cuisiner votre repas prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© de l’étĂ©. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est idĂ©ale pour les familles et il y a beaucoup de place. Cette maison a fait de nombreux souvenirs de famille et nous espĂ©rons que cela vous conviendra. L'emplacement est Ă  quelques minutes du complexe de golf Cliffs oĂč vous pouvez jouer ou faire une partie et profiter de la vue sur le lac.

Great time

The damn was letting water out and the water was stained but we still caught fish from the Newly built dock. Plenty of room for all and so easy to access; two steps to the dock!! Most enjoyable.

This place exceeded our expectations. We chose to spend a little extra rather than book a cheaper option, and we’re so glad we did. We were dreaming of owning this place the whole time. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and looked freshly remodeled. The dock was in excellent condition, and there’s a boat ramp conveniently nearby.One thing to note: the home is located on one of the busiest parts of the lake—which has its pros and cons. While the boat slip wasn’t available during our stay, which would’ve been helpful, but the dock had sturdy mooring poles that worked great and really helped keep the boat away from the dock, but it’s something future guests might want to keep in mind and prepare for if there will be multiple boats trying to tie directly to the dock.

Really to Expensive if you had to pay all at once ,but making payments the owner will allow and that made the stay much better , I would recommend this place to anyone ,it is very beautiful breath taken

Thirst Visit was Exquisite!

While temperatures were over 107 daily being on the lake with a breeze helped. The fish were biting and the A/C kept us comfortable. We really enjoying going back to this home. Would be great for families!

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing this time as well. Beautiful home, spacious dock for our boat and waverunner to tie up to and great fishing in the evening!! Kids enjoyed swimming and close proximity to Hells Gate and bug beach. Already planning to return next summer!

Nice Location

Great location that is in a prime spot on PK. The water at the home's dock can get rough based on location and recommend pulling boat out of water on weekends and busy days. The boat ramp is close and convenient.

Short trip with friends

This house was just what we needed for a very chill short vacation. Very nicely remodeled and comfortable. The location near Hells Gate made it close enough to the marina but not too close to too much boat traffic. We had a great time and will keep it on our list for next time.

Wonderful Lake House

We stayed here as our sons were playing in a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch (about 20min from this property). House was beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you need. Watching sunsets was delightful and our kids loved fishing off the dock and making s’mores! Would highly recommend as this property was worth every penny!

Beautiful house and property

The house was amazing, big enough for all 10 of us. Everyone had there own space and the dock was wonderful,boys spent there time fishing at night. We all hung out in the backyard and not 1 mosquito was out. Will definitely be booking with them again

The best house on PK lake

The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was a great size, there was 10 of us that stayed and everyone had there own space. The backyard and covered patio was very relaxing and a great space to hang out. The dock is a great place to hangout especially if you like fishing,the boys were catching fish left and right (they caught and released). A great house and the host is great, very responsive. Will be back!!!

Fantastic lake front

What a great place! This home has it all, beautiful lake front, large dock, very clean, all the cooking supplies you will ever need. Add in a fire pit and smoker/grill and how can you not have a good time. Very close to Hell’s Gate, marinas and launch ramp. You will have to load your boat daily as the waves can be very tough on a boat tied to the dock. I gave it 5 star! Thanks for share your home with others!

Great place for fun weekend

Pros: Beautiful home in great location. Clean. Roomy. Lake access. Comfortable beds. Newly renovated. Amazing St. Augustine Grass. Short walk to dock. Cons: The grill (charcoal) is located in the front yard with very little shad available. Wakes from passing boats were very hard on our boat tied to the side of the dock. Make sure to bring plenty of bumpers for your boat.

Hi, I'm Steve Frank. My brother Tom and I own the property here on Possum Kingdom Lake. We both grew up in the DFW area. I'm retired and Tom still works. I'm married with two children and three grandkids. Tom is married with four children and two grandchildren We all love the lake for family get togethers.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property has been a great place to spend our summers. This lake has offered so much to us through the years from swimming, water skiing, fishing and scuba diving. Taking evening walks to watch the deer. They can and will come into the property to eat the grass. This is a great area to come and relax or have a lot of fun.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The home has been in our family for many years. We enjoy the open concept of the house and large yard for the kids. It's right on the water making it great for swimming and fishing off the dock. The patio over looking the water usually has a breeze which makes it nice for relaxing any time of day
