Cette maison récemment rénovée est située sur environ 1 acre et est à 50 pieds du bord des eaux. Un grand quai est disponible pour la baignade et la pêche. La maison a wi-fi et Dish pour regarder la télévision. La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils tandis que les chambres et les salles de bain ont été complètement rénovées. Le fumeur / barbecue est disponible pour cuisiner votre repas préféré de l’été. Cette propriété est idéale pour les familles et il y a beaucoup de place. Cette maison a fait de nombreux souvenirs de famille et nous espérons que cela vous conviendra. L'emplacement est à quelques minutes du complexe de golf Cliffs où vous pouvez jouer ou faire une partie et profiter de la vue sur le lac.

This place exceeded our expectations. We chose to spend a little extra rather than book a cheaper option, and we’re so glad we did. We were dreaming of owning this place the whole time. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and looked freshly remodeled. The dock was in excellent condition, and there’s a boat ramp conveniently nearby.One thing to note: the home is located on one of the busiest parts of the lake—which has its pros and cons. While the boat slip wasn’t available during our stay, which would’ve been helpful, but the dock had sturdy mooring poles that worked great and really helped keep the boat away from the dock, but it’s something future guests might want to keep in mind and prepare for if there will be multiple boats trying to tie directly to the dock.

Swim and chilling

Property and house were great - everything was very well maintained. We had a blast on the floating dock catching lots of small catfish and large perch as well as swimming and jumping off diving board.

This property is exactly as it is listed. The host was very responsive, the property was immaculate, and the check in/out process was seamless. We had an amazing week just living on LAKE TIME! I will say, the water is about 80 ft deep on this end of the lake and being on “open water” there were always waves. We required our younger children to always have vests on, even if just on the dock. Life vests are not provided on the property. We brought our own.

The kids wasted no time in utilizing the diving board.

Great time

The damn was letting water out and the water was stained but we still caught fish from the Newly built dock. Plenty of room for all and so easy to access; two steps to the dock!! Most enjoyable.

Great weekend at the lake!

I have rented this home 1 to 2 times a year for the last 4 years! My family and I always have a wonderful time! The owners are extremely nice and easy to work with. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the lake and is always very clean. I hope to continue to rent here in years to come.

Great Stay with Friends!

Met our friends to tour the lake and hang out together. Incredible stay!! This property is definitely a 10 from the home, location and space, to the dock, boating, swimming and relaxing. I don't know if we could have found a better place. Very close t everything. We brought our boat and was able to tie very easily to the dock with their tying system. The waves did get rough on the weekend as other reviews stated, but our pontoon did fine. We had a great time and will definitely be back to stay again.

2nd time staying here

This house and the owner are great all around. The location is perfectly situated on the lake, and has a very close private ramp. We will continue to look for this listing on our annual PK trips.

Family Vacation

This is our 4th time staying at this location and we love it! We will be back again next year! Brand new dock this year with whips for the boat also. Swimming, fishing and enjoying family time together ❤️

Hi, I'm Steve Frank. My brother Tom and I own the property here on Possum Kingdom Lake. We both grew up in the DFW area. I'm retired and Tom still works. I'm married with two children and three grandkids. Tom is married with four children and two grandchildren We all love the lake for family get togethers.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property has been a great place to spend our summers. This lake has offered so much to us through the years from swimming, water skiing, fishing and scuba diving. Taking evening walks to watch the deer. They can and will come into the property to eat the grass. This is a great area to come and relax or have a lot of fun.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The home has been in our family for many years. We enjoy the open concept of the house and large yard for the kids. It's right on the water making it great for swimming and fishing off the dock. The patio over looking the water usually has a breeze which makes it nice for relaxing any time of day
