The private boat ramp area is gated and only people in the neighborhood can use it by entering a code and it makes getting your boat in the water a breeze because there is hardly anybody else using the boat ramp. The neighborhood is also gated and requires a code to get in as well as the pool house area .The house is newly built and comes with all the basic amenities you’ll need. There is a propane grill in the backyard along with a fireplace inside and outside. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed all of which are memory foam mattresses with memory foam toppers. The 4th bedroom contains a queen sofa bed which has a mattress topper for it as well as a double bunk bed which are both full size mattresses. Also if interested there is a 2021 centurion fi25 wakeboard boat that can be rented during your stay that comes with a captain. Surfboard, wakeboard, tube, life jackets etc included. Hot tub in backyard and community pool is a very short walk or drive from the house.
