The view is really breathtaking . From the terrace is possible
To see the two bay.
The appartament is perfect , cozy and full of charm.
Also the location is really good , close to the beautiful Port , restaurants & shop , is possible to walk for reach any point of interest.
If you want really live a St Jean Cap Ferrat atmosphĂšre that place can be a good choice.
If you have a vehicle ask for the private parking .
We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Laurie & Fabrizio's apartment.
The apartment is clean, tidy and has everything that you may need. The view is even more amazing than the pictures!
The kitchen is well-equipped and lots of towels / linen are provided. The owner is friendly and responded quickly to any questions.
The apartment has a convenient below-ground garage where you can securely park your car.
The apartment complex has a very nice pool and a sauna.
Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is ideally located; approx. 30mins' walk along the beautiful coastline to Beaulieu-sur-Mer where you can catch a train (around 12mins) to Monaco, or hire a boat from the marina there.
It is also easy to drive out to the surrounding areas such as Saint-Tropez, Grasse, Nice, Cannes and so forth.
Highly recommended and thank you for making our holiday so special!
Best regards,
Sally & Craig from the UK
Our stay in Cap Ferrat was fabulous and the apartment is perfect for two people. The terrace is very large and the view to the bay spectacular. This was our 4th stay here I believe and itâs never disappointed us. The local shop and bakery are a short walk and the beach is only about 10 minutes walk. We have never felt the need to hire a car as the bus service is very frequent if you want to go to nice, there is also a train station if you prefer and places are very easy to get to with the transport.
I would highly recommend.
Cap Ferrat is a very friendly safe place to stay
Disastrous stay in this apartment
Appartment downstairs renovation during our stay the whole day, extreme building noice, lack of elevator (14 days), lack of repair of tiles in the corridor (14 days), dirty pool area, unhygienic toilets and showerrooms in pool area, etc. Minimum response from owner. We left 2 days earlier to find a hotel in Nice. Bad service!
We spent two weeks in this wonderful apartment. As one reviewer has already said, the photos donât do the place justice. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and much needed as we were there in July/August and it was very warm at night. During the day, if we werenât out exploring on our Vespa, we spent all our time on the very large balcony. The views across the Cap and over towards Monte Carlo and the Italian coast are stunning. The view is constantly changing with new yachts arriving every day.
Iâm surprised that not one reviewer has mentioned the pool. Itâs fabulous! It is shared with other apartments in the block but most of the time we had it to ourselves.
The port of St Jean is just lovely with some great restaurants and bars and ideal for people watching. If you like fish, La Goelette along the front is well worth a visit.
The port itself is a very short walk from the apartment and there is a wonderful boulangerie and a supermarket selling just about everything you could possibly need.
We only used public transport to get to and from the airport but it was clear that buses are frequent and you can easily get into Nice or going the other way, Monte Carlo and Menton. If you do have your own transport driving the Corniches is a must, particularly the Grand Corniche. Go even higher up to the Fort de la RevĂšre which looks down on the hill top village of Ăze, St Jean Cap Ferrat and Nice. The other side of Monte Carlo is the beautiful village of Roquebrune and weâll worth a visit; La Grotte & LâOlivier is lovely for lunch.
While we didnât meet the owners of the property they kept in touch and were available if we had any questions. We had a truly wonderful stay and celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. We hope to return in the future.

My wife and I spent a week in the apartment in October. We've been to St Jean Cap Ferrat on numerous occasions and we've always had a great time there.Staying at the apartment belonging to Fabrizio and Laurie gave us an even better appreciation of this great destination. The apartment was absolutely fabulous. We could not fault our stay there. It was spotlessly clean and had everything in it to ensure it was a home from home.Whatever you think you may need,it had it.As for the view from the terrace....absolutely breathtaking. The photos don't actually do it justice as you look over the village and port and in the distance to Monte Carlo and Italy. We ate our lunch on the terrace everyday as we could never have had such a view from anywhere else.It was just so peaceful. In terms of it's location,it was literally a 2 minute walk to the village and port, about 5 minutes to Plage Passable and 10 minutes walk to Plage Paloma. There is a bus stop about 25 seconds walk from the apartment that takes you to Nice or in the other direction,Monte Carlo and Menton. We didn't get to meet with Fabrizio and Laurie but dealt with them via emails. They were really helpful and even contacted us during our stay to ensure that we were happy with everything. On arrival and departure we dealt with Mme Svetlana who was absolutely lovely. She was always on hand if we needed anything.Overall a brilliant holiday in a fantastic apartment. We will definately stay there again.
First, there is that great terrace with the breath-taking view. And itâs all yours, because there are no direct neighbours, at least not when we were there. You are at the top of the building with a panoramic view over Cap Ferrat. Normally when we go to the Cap we usually go to a beach. This time, we never went. There was no need. So, it was days on the terrace: breakfast on the terrace, lunch on the terrace, dinner on the terrace, and drinks on the terrace. In between, we lounged on the terrace. At night, a great panorama of the little port, the lights of the yachts, and the speckled illuminations of the three Corniches are like a string of pearls in the darkness. The apartment itself all in white is full of light and is perfect for two people. The minstrel gallery bedroom is an unusual feature and although the ceiling is a little low for the tall (which we are), it was not sufficiently distracting to put us off. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. A good point are the parking arrangements. The basement garage is spacious and very secure. A bonus. All in all despite the low ceiling of the minstrel gallery â weâll book Fabrizioâs & Laurieâs flat again. We should also mention that Svetlana, who looked after us on their behalf, is excellent and charming.
The main assets of this apartment are : location (center of Saint Jean you can do everything by foot), breathtaking view form the very large terrasse and the quietness. You are in the heart of Saint Jean in the busiest period of the year and yet in the quiet.
Breathtaking View ! We Spent most of our time on the Terrace ! The perfect place for a quite and peaceful getaway
The apt was perfect and suited all our needs.Well located to restaurant's ,shops & Beaches.
Thank you so much Fabrizio & Laurie. For a Magical Holiday! We will come back again
Really nice appartament.
The view is fantastic, the terrace offer a unique location.
In couple of minutes you can reach the see by
walk or the beautiful Port of St Jean Cap Ferrat.
Good place to stay for romantic holiday ...
