This bright and sunny apartment is situated on the top floor corner of a small traditional residence and benefits from a dual aspect. It has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a modern, practical living space, including a bright open-plan living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom has fitted cupboards and a queen-size bed (160 cm). The living room has a sofa bed (140 cm x 185 cm), ideally for children or one adult. The bathroom is newly renovated, and there is also a guest WC.

The charming 5 square meter terrace has a lovely sea view, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The apartment is ideally located in the village and within easy walking distance of the beach and the port, with its restaurants and local amenities.

The apartment is within walking distance of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer. If you want to go to Nice or Monaco, you can take the bus not far from the apartment.

St Jean Cap-Ferrat is one of the most beautiful places on the Riviera. You can walk along the sea and see the beautiful exclusive villages here. You can dive or snorkel in the clear water, or why not visit Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, a fantastic pink villa built by Baroness Beatrice Ephrussi de Rothschild in the early 20th century, with several exotic gardens.

Great Find in Saint-Jean-Cap-Serrat

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this small apartment on a quiet side street two blocks from the harbor. All sorts of restaurants and shops within a short walk. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location!

Fabulous location! You can easily walk to two beaches in Cap Ferrat (loved the beach club at Plage Passable) and all of the restaurants and shops at the port are very close by. The living area is quite spacious and we loved the convenience of the washing machine with two young kids. Be aware that the bedroom is very small, but we very much enjoyed our stay and had a fabulous host with great communication!

Place was very clean, nice area if u want to walk alot. I read about parking being issue...and it really is. There is parking at the place but not able to use. Condo had no # so wasnt sure if i was at right place. Other than parking was great...also the view is different than shown from the room.

Very busy area. School is across the street and noisy! Parking is impossible. Sea view is peekaboo and feature photo is misleading. Basic amenities, tight quarters, IKEA throughout. St Jean Cape Ferrat is the marina side, no true beach access so we vacated and found alternate apartment for the duration of our stay at Villefranche sur Mer. On the water, beautiful beaches, incredible view. Quiet, parking, great restaurants and charming town. Research both areas so you know the difference.

A bit overpriced

Need a small mirror in the small bathroom The towel hangers and closets hangers are for someone 6 ft tall, not 5 ft. Maybe some of them could be lowered to accommodate shorter people. One bath towel and one hand towel per person for a whole week. And not that good of quality so get wet and don’t dry easily. VRBO listing states sleeps 4 but they charge extra for linens for 3rd and 4th person. Not suitable for more than 2 adults, preferably a couple. Anyone else sleeps on the hide-a-bed in the living room. All have to share the bathroom for showers. The apartment is in a good location and only a couple of blocks from the bus stop. Not worth the price. Fairly quiet street but there’s a school across the street so if you’d like quiet during the day, you won’t get it while school is in. Bedroom window can’t be opened all the way because paint flakes would fall all over the bed. The exit rules are very extensive and a little ridiculous. Especially since you pay a hefty price for cleaning. No bar soap in the shower. Only liquid. For the location and price, it seems like things were done and furnished on the cheap. Audrey was great. No toilet paper holder. There’s a paper towel holder so why not one for toilet paper? No towel bars. There are hooks on top of the shower which are too high for short people. The towels don’t spread out so are difficult to dry. Especially since you only get one bath and one hand towel per person for the week.

The add clearly says that this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, i.e you can stay four guests here. The apartment is often booked for more than two guests and it works just fine. The add also says that there's one bathroom so that you need to share shouldn't be a surprise. We charge per person for sheets and towels, so if you add a guest as this guest did, then of course there will be an additional cost. One shower towel and hand towel per person is what is included and if you want more, just let us know and we will arrange it. We rent sheets and towels of good quality. We have chosen to provide with liquid soap and not bars as it is more hygienic. We ask for help with a few things like stripping the beds and taking out your own garbage before check-out, we don't ask you to clean. It really helps us getting all apartments ready in time for next guests. This apartment is very nice furnished and is a gem to stay in on Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. You have restaurants, shops and beaches in walking distance and it will take you 15-20 min with the bus to get to Nice. The bus passes Villefranche as well, another gem on the French Riviera.
