Charmante demeure des années 1930 dans la vieille ville historique de Georgetown. Courte promenade sur la place de la ville pour dîner, bars à vin, musique en direct, shopping et plusieurs événements tout au long de l'année. Marcher à l'Université du sud-ouest. Des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes cyclables à proximité à partir du parc San Gabriel serpentent le long du fleuve jusqu'au lac Georgetown sans oublier Blue Hole. La maison a une palissade blanche entourant la cour magnifiquement aménagée, détendez-vous sous l’énorme noix de pécan. 6 couchages, une chambre avec lit king size, une chambre avec lit queen size et une chambre plus petite avec lit gigogne. Salon avec canapé confortable et deux chaises. À certains moments peut être flexible en ce qui concerne l'heure d'arrivée et de départ.

Great little house!!!

House is very cute and very clean (which is always my biggest concern) and normally why I stay in nice hotels but this small town of Georgetown does not have higher end hotels so we did VRBO. I was so pleasatly surprised. They did have snacks and drinks in the fridge which was REALLY appreciated. The area is perfect and easily walkable to the cute litte square that has restaurants and some cute shops.

Home away from home

My husband and I have stayed at this bnb for 3-4 weeks in March and/or April for three years. Obviously we enjoy our time at this house! It’s a wonderful location, within easy walking distance to parks and downtown, as well as a short drive to many restaurants and an HEB in the area.The beds are comfortable, the kitchen and bath are well stocked with necessities.We had a bit of trouble with Netflix, which Sandra quickly remedied.We would highly recommend staying here!

nice property

Was great. easy location. Does have a keurig, vs a regular coffee maker. Owner left some pods. May need to bring more if you are a bid coffee drinker. Enjoyed the outside area.

Staying in Georgetown

This house filled the bill for us. We were there for Xmas with family who live nearby. The house was centrally located and walking distance to the quaint old town/city of Georgetown. The home itself is quite old in an historic neighborhood but well maintained. It had everything we needed for our stay. If or when we return for another visit, we obviously will consider staying here again.

Perfect for a Girls Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, and it was perfect for visiting the square, which was about a 10 minute walk away. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was clean, comfortable and welcoming! We enjoyed catching up in the cozy living room. We were a little concerned about having one bathroom, but with plenty of outlets, mirrors, and a vanity area outside the bathroom, it was not an issue at all. The only suggestion I have is to place a rug at the doors (or in the closet to use if needed) for the rainy days. Do not hesitate to book this property. You are sure to enjoy your stay!

Girls Weekend

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected death in the family that occurred the day of check-in, our group was not able to travel to Georgetown. The owner responded to communication quickly and was extremely understanding, kindly allowing us to cancel the reservation. We have since rebooked and are looking forward to our stay!

Perfect Location

Cozy and Clean

My sister and I stayed at the comfortable little house in a neighborhood that feels safe. This house is clean and the beds were comfortable. My prepaid rental car was not available at the airport, so I was concerned about getting around town. It turned out not to be a problem at all because we walked to the square everyday where there was plenty to do. I definitely would recommend this home.

Perfect Stay - Charming and Convenient!

We recently stayed at this charming property and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The home is quaint, filled with all the amenities you could need, and has such a cozy atmosphere. It’s located just a short distance from local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The owners were incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring our stay went smoothly from start to finish. I also really appreciated the open check-in and check-out process, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great location

The property was neat, clean and well kept. Not very well stocked, but adequate for what we needed. Property was smaller than expected, especially the living room. Neighborhood is questionable. Loud cars driving around at night. Overall, very good, but not excellent.

Charming and in a good location

We (four adults) stayed at this property for a long weekend to celebrate a family birthday in Georgetown. The house is small but well furnished, comfortable, and in a location walkable to the entire historic district and university area. Highly recommend.

Great Stay and Location

The location and neighborhood were great. It’s proximity to the town square, San Gabriel River and trail, and the Blue Hole couldn’t be beat. The property was clean and well maintained. Neighborhood was beautiful and quite. The host was communicative and the check-in process was easy and without issue.

Great Week

We were able to spend a week in this magnificent home. The hosts were wonderful in communication and accommodations and the house was equipped with everything we could need. The beds were comfortable, the decor was stylish and the entire home was just perfect. We stayed during the coldest week of the year so far. The home was toasty and the cable/streaming options were more than enough for the large amount of time we spent indoors. When it did warm up slightly, we biked to the town square and parks that were in close proximity to the house. My wife and I will be back soon and often. Thank yall very much for a great week.

Georgetown stay

I was very impressed with your property. One thing I would suggest is you put a grab bar in the bathtub. I am 80 years old and feel it would be beneficial for my safety as well as everyone else taking a shower. I washed the towels for you. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to Georgetown.
