Really clean and close to the beach. The owners were easy to reach out to. It's a preference, but we thought the bed was on the hard side. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous condo and at a great location. Temperature control for shower was very difficult to adjust and the hot tub was the same temp as the pool. Everything else was fantastic.

We really loved the location of this condo and especially appreciated it being on the first floor! We are giving it 4 stars because the king bed was WAY too firm for our liking. We tried the pullout bed and, while fine for our kids, it was also very uncomfortable for us normal sized humans. The decor was super cute and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils (they do not provide coffee). We wish the bed was not hard as a rock or else we would be staying here again.

Great Space

We stayed in town to run the Beach 2 Bay relay and this place had a great location. The spot was clean and very close to the beach. Comfortable bed and a great space to lounge at the end of a long day.

Very clean

It was very clean and cute. Our only issue was figuring out the shower controls, I think it needs replaced, but shower worked. The beach was about 4 to 5 minutes to walk to or get a parking pass to park on the beach from stripes gas station just around the corner.

We stayed at this property when we were moving our daughter into A&M Corpus Christi. It was safe and clean, with no problems or issues at all during the stay. It’s a quick, easy drive to the campus we’ll stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to cut my vacation short a day because of lack of sleep. The sheets were very scratchy also. I was so disappointed because the last two times I've used Padre Escapes, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The rest of the place was nice except I did feel sand under my feet on the floor upon arrival. I think I will look elsewhere next time I come to Padre.

Nice property! Great location!

Very clean unit that more than met our needs. Almost walking distance to popular whitecap beach! Communication with property management group was very easy. Being a lower level unit, you are subject to a little noise, depending on the guests staying right above you, but that’s always the trade-off for lower level.

Great Beach Vacation

Great place to stay. Very clean has everything that you need. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the beautiful weather. Walking distance to the beach. We will definitely come and stay here again to celebrate our 23rd anniversary next year.

The couch is comfy and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials. You can open the blinds and get great natural light. It's perfect.
