condo mignon et confortable. Un condo d'une chambre qui peut accueillir quatre personnes. lit queen et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Très bien situé et de nombreux équipements. Étang de pêche, club-house, piscine avec bain à remous, gazebo, barbecue extérieur, salle d'entraînement 24 heures et centre d'affaires à quelques pas du condo.

Mise à jour en 2014 avec sol stratifié, meubles, lits, peinture et deux téléviseurs à écran plat de 39 '. Prêt pour votre escapade hivernale à long terme, vos vacances ou votre week-end de détente ou de plaisir.

Il y a une vue sur le canal depuis le balcon.

Le tarif comprend l'électricité, l'eau, l'égout, le câble et le WI-FI. Il n'y a pas de taxes d'hébergement pour les locations de 30 jours ou plus.

Nice Relaxing Get Away!

The accommodations were very nice. We had a relaxing get away. Awesome that it was dog friendly too our dog Rocco had a great time as well.

Great location!

This rental has a great location! It’s easy to walk to a permit only for parking beach (you will need a cart or wagon if you’re taking umbrellas, chairs, etc) or drive a little way to a free beach. The unit is well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. We easily went everywhere in the area from here. It is very quiet for the most part. We could hear conversations from adjacent units but that stopped at reasonable times. The pool and hot tub are really nice. I would rent it again!

Spot On would stay again if in the area

Really nice clean condo. Roomy, well stocked, comfy bed.Host easy to communicate with.Facility and pool lovely and easy walk to the beach. Great stay! No issues at all, would hope it was available again if in the area.

Weekend Fishing Trip

The property was exactly as described. We had an unfortunate A/C outage, but the manager/owner was very responsive and took care of the problem as quickly as they could and even gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed this area of Padre Island/Port A/Corpus Christi.

A+ Weekend Getaway

This condo was exceptionally clean and the location is great! Only a minutes walk to the beach and another beach just a minute down the road. The area is not too touristy and offers a few nice local eateries to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

The host was so accommodating and put my needs front and center! Thank you, Tommie! The condo was exactly as advertised, and even better. Parking was so convenient to the condo. This place is 2 min from the beautiful beach! If you need to shop, The Island Market is 3 mins away and has everything you need. Really nice grocery store and nice folks as well. Get your beach parking permit at Valero at the corner! Holy Cow what can I say! I loved this property, and I will be back! You will too! Thank you again Tommie!

Cozy weekend stay

This is an excellent property to stay at, it was decorated nicely and fully furnished. My husband, myself, and a friend stayed here for a weekend trip with other friends who stayed at the condos. It was clean and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was thoughtful and fully explained everything for checking in and checking out.

Close to the Beach

We came for a few days to visit the beach with our corgis and to visit the sights around Corpus. This place was perfect for our needs. It was only about a 6-7 min walk to Whitecap Beach, which is super dog friendly. The inside of the condo is older but clean. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen had cabinets filled with plateware, utensils and some appliances. The washer and dryer are a great convenience to have. The dirt devil vacuum stick was helpful to keep any tracked-in off the floor during our stay. The owner was quick to send over all the check in and check out info. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.

Much deserved weekend

We usually stay at Hotels/Motels, this was our first time using Vrbo. Great instructions from Tommie, had no issues getting in, or leaving. Great condo, clean and very comfortable. The only issue was the gigantic bed, I am a short girl getting up on that bed was an issue, after laughing about it I was able to get on the bed and sleep. Next time I will bring me a step stool!

I can’t say enough about how perfect this vacation was for our family. Tommie was incredibly gracious to respond to our family’s needs. Communication was clear and timely. The condo was lovely, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We would certainly return!

Anniversary Trip

Clean. Bright. Welcoming! Condo was cute & cozy!! We loved being close to the beach! And having a pool at the condo! Thank goodness we found the step stool bc we are short & couldn’t get on the bed without it. Didn’t realize we were on the 2nd floor until we got there. That needs to be mentioned & that the stairs are steep. Thx for a relaxing weekend!

Two day stay

The property is as the described. It's comfortable, and easy to find everything needed for the stay. The bed is comfortable but quite high for a shorter person to get onto the bed and off. A one or two-step step-stool would help and improve safety access. One or two grab bars in the bathtub wall would improve safety. The toilet seat needs proper fastening to the toilet base. The bathtub water control valve knob is plastic and broken, needs replaced. Better information where the trash dumpsters are. Had to ask, they are toward the back of the total property, behind other rental buildings.

Condo was perfect for retired couple

Well kept condos. Property had heated pool and hot tub. Unit was clean and had everything there we needed. Fully stocked kitchen with grocery store close by. Bed was comfortable along with soft sheets.

Great Location

This condo is located about a five minute walk from the beach in a very quiet condo complex. The condo is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Will look forward to returning.

Cute Condo

The condo was perfect for our needs, just the right amount of space for two people and a pug. It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants in Port Aransas. The check-in process was easy. We truly enjoyed this rental and wished we could have stayed longer.

I purchased the property in 2006 when it was converted to an condo and renovated including the cabinets. In 2014, I did a few small upgrades such as flooring, lighting, ceiling fan and other small changes. Updated the bathroom over the years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I bought this condo for long term rentals but decided if I rented it as a vacation rental, I could also visit my self. I also rent it furnished for periods of over 30 days. The property is only a block from Whitecap Beach and it has a pool, hot tub, small pond and exercise room. It's located in a quiet area but is not far from all kinds of activities, restaurants and shopping.
