Proche des plages, des magasins, des restaurants, des bars et de l’équitation. Privé, atmosphère relaxante, coffre-fort, calme et convivial. Apportez votre bateau, jet ski, kayak ou paddleboard. Dolphin Watch avec café du matin si vous êtes un lève-tôt. Beaucoup de pêche à la porte arrière. Accès direct par bateau à la Laguna Madre, tous les points des voies navigables intercoastal et offshore. Waves Resort (anciennement Schlitterbaun Waterpark) et le golfe du Mexique sont à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Fun and Sun. L'accès à la plage comprend les jetées et Packery Channel au nord et la jetée de Bob Hall au sud. Padre Island National Seashore est à 10 minutes au sud sur Park Rd. 22 pour de nombreuses activités familiales. Corpus Christi shopping 20 minutes sur le JFK Causway. Great couples stay on the water!

Right on the water, clean, comfortable, close to the beach as well. My husband and I had a fantastic trip and enjoyed this home so much! We sat on the back patio and even fished just a few steps from the back patio! I would 100% stay here again! Great check in and communication!!

Best Beach Stay

Richard and Linda were beyond amazing from the first message. Beautiful house with such a great view. We loved being able to just walk out back and fish or just watch the boats go by. Very clean it felt like we were at home at their place. I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else when we take a trip down to the beach. Thank you for letting us have a piece of your heaven.

Cozy spot

We loved this cozy little condo close to the beach. There was a shower right at the front where we could wash off sand so we wouldn’t track it into the house. And our almost-3-year old loved climbing up and down the spiral staircase.

Great fishing spot

Loved all the comforts of home with access to a great fishing spot. The location was close to many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Richard was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay. We hope to stay again when we're ready to catch tons of fish!

Stayed here over the 4th of July week and couldn't be more pleased about the location and amenities. Right on the canal with great fishing and easy access to the Laguna Madre. Will bring my boat next time.

Perfect home away from home

Richard was great to communicate with and very helpful, best owner we have come across, A+++. Property is perfect and back terraces have amazing views of the water, if you get up early you can see dolphins and a beautiful sunrise. Location is peaceful and quiet. We liked it so much that booked our summer trip before we even left.

Home away from home

Second time staying and will not be the last. Communication with owners, specifically Richard, is always timely, and he will keep you informed of the things going around. Love the place! It was quite during the winter and can tell you that during summer with neighbors around, you will not even notice them. Book stay your stay, you will not reject it.

Good Stay

The property & condo was breathtaking. Being able to step off the deck and be right there on the fishing deck was incredible! I was quite disappointed in the fishing at this location.. as that was the biggest part of why we booked here. Spent a lot of time fishing & barely even got any bites. Otherwise, was a wonderful stay.

Cozy Getaway

REEL Paradise! was perfect for a couple's short getaway. Clean space, nice furnishings, everything you could need during your visit. More amenities than we had the time to use. Awesome decks overlooking the water, just outside the backdoor. Relaxing and carefree time spent.

Relaxation Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here! Communication was phenomenal, location was perfect, views were stunning, beach was close, restaurants were delicious. It is a perfect size for two people. My only word of caution is the only way to get upstairs to the bedroom is by climbing a narrow spiral staircase with very tall steps! I'm a shorty, so it was work for me. I just kept repeating, "High knees. High knees!" Even so, I'd happily stay here again!

What a beautiful property and wonderful amenities. We came for our 15 anniversary and had an amazing time soaking in the pool and watching all the boats and wildlife go by. We will be back as soon as possible! Our hosts responded quickly and we were provided with everything we needed! Thank you so much for a memorable stay!

Amazing from beginning to end

The owners communication was spectacular and the property was just what our family needed. I spent about 7hrs a day with the kids at the pool or looking at the canal. Just fantastic!
